I may be wrong, but the warrants sold during the offering haven’t hit the market yet.
Paulson has been receiving cashless warrants for years as part of the payment for brokering CYDY raises. They also take 13% of the cash raised. Very nice profit for Paulson.
Grip - Per the math in the filing, each share is 7.9, which includes 1 warrant, another .2 shares and more than 13% cash to Paulson!
7.9 cents per unit!
“Uh yes, matters not what the board did except if they too sold shares at the same time. If they participated knowingly that has to be proved in another court setting.”
Wrong. Reference the 2 previous shareholder lawsuits CYDY settled, including one based on NP’s “unmitigated greed.” No difference this time around as NP is at the center of the current shareholder lawsuits.
“I don’t know closet, the DOJ is not looking at CytoDyn and Nada as one unit.”
We’re talking criminal vs civil cases. NP is the one who is alleged to have committed the crimes while serving as CEO. From a civil standpoint, CYDY misled investors under the leadership of NP and the BOD. Note that at this point the civil cases are still pending and haven’t been dismissed which indicates CYDY may be liable for NP’s actions. This wouldn’t be the first time a company pays a settlement to shareholder due to fraud by officers within the company.
“G…Heck,, they’re not even prosecuting other executives when Nada was on the team trying to advance Leronlimab,, leronjimab…G,, that video on YouTube was hilarious…”
That’s because they’re supporting the federal case or I assume they are.
“Another thing to note is…they’re not prosecuting Scott Kelly who was arguably the boss of Nada…”
Nobody was the boss of Nada. He fired anyone who questioned him and hired everyone who wouldn’t. Reference settled shareholder lawsuits for facts supporting that statement.
“However,, if Nada won,, and it showed moving of the goal posts for indications including,, but not limited to BLA and EUA process…”
The available court documents still fail to clear NP of the fraud charges involving the BLA (or that’s my opinion of what’s been filed). The making of the goal posts (justified), bias (justified), etc., was all a result of NP’s poor interactions with the FDA dating back ten years. Can’t blame them.
“Nader and Iranian co-hart most likely to be found defrauding the company. So damages in favor of CytoDyn may well happen.”
Um, no. Both were CEOs of the company and defrauded investors. NP will
not be paying CYDY back as the BOD kept voting him in. CYDY may have to settle lawsuits due to NP’s fraud.
Amarex case: could bring in money for the company.
Nader Case: could cost the company money if he’s found guilty.
Tons of COVID cash floating around in 2021, especially in the pockets of the younger generation who use social media for trading. Those same traders don’t have that cash. Fake head pump going on.
“You can mark this post.”
This is a good post to go back and read.
“Kazem vigorously asserts that he and Nodder ARE NOT TWO PEAS IN A POD.
The filing provides plenty of evidence to back up that assertion.”
EXCEPT that one time when NP said file the BLA no matter what’s missing, Amarex filed the BLA incomplete and both companies subsequently PRed that a completed BLA had been filed. Besides that part of the alleged fraud, no, not in the same pod.
“Now show us the hold was lifted in the 10Q”
Not sure what you’re referring to. The clinical hold was lifted months ago and I’m confident it was filed in an 8k and mentioned in the 10q, just like NP’s felony convictions.
“And his second conviction was , his check for $100.00 bounced ,
well , when I was an intern in the hospital , many of my checks bounced ....I must be the biggest criminal in USA , everyone else are angles here ..”
If you believe anyone is charged with felony fraud for accidentally bouncing a check for $100, then I have a bridge to sell you. That pattern was there for all to see, some caught it, some didn’t, but no coincidence he’s pending a 3rd felony.
“The following information may be relevant to an investor’s evaluation of Dr. Pourhassan, as well as an investor’s decision to buy, sell or hold securities of the Company:
a. On May 3, 2006, in Superior Court of Washington for Clark County Case No. 204227D, Dr. Pourhassan was convicted of a felony domestic violence court order violation. Dr. Pourhassan pled guilty to violation of the provisions of a protection order by contacting his former spouse via email with communication intended for his son. Dr. Pourhassan performed community service, paid a fine of $100, served 24 months of probation and was ordered to comply with the protection order.
b. On June 9, 1986, in the First District Court in Logan, Utah, Dr. Pourhassan was convicted of a third-degree felony of theft by deception for overdrawing his bank account by approximately $100. Dr. Pourhassan was placed on one-year probation.
c. Dr. Pourhassan filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah, case number 91-24348, and in 2001 in Portland, Oregon in case number 01-36712-elp7.”
FELONY domestic violence and FELONY of theft by deception (deception like maybe the BLA isn’t complete?). Great CEO material!

“The press people will be knocking on some doors to expose and interview bashers and looking to interview fda people”
Hopefully they call NP for an interview so he can hold 3 fingers up to the camera and milk his followers via a gofundme.
“statistically you are way ahead of Misiu in your lies.”
So you acknowledge she lies. That’s a big step forward. You just earned your $5.95.
“Bahhh ahahaha 20.6 million shares of dilution just to raise 3.5 mil.”
Correction: 20.6 million shares to raise $3 million. $455k goes to Paulson for fees PLUS 3.1 warrants.
So the $3 million they raised cost $455k in cash and 23.7 million in shares.
“Executive 1, Executive 2, and Executive 3. So, if there was a conspiracy afoot at CytoDyn, why aren't these unnamed "Executive 1,2, and 3" being charged withe same crimes as Nader Pourhassan?”
You know exactly why, Mr.PoopyHead: they all flipped on NP, the leader of the BLA debacle, followed in close 2nd by KK, who apparently also knew about the debacle but loved his CYDY job as the SEC document reviewer and the juicy free stock that came along with it.
“What if I told you I have intel from Cytodyn saying they were never under investigation, the former CEO was.”
The former CEO was part of the company. So if they’re investigating the CEO for actions as he took as CEO, they’re investigating the company.
Also, if what you say is true, what CYDY is telling you is in contrast to what their 10k/q has said for 2 years:
“The Company has received subpoenas from the SEC and the United Stated Department of Justice requesting documents and information concerning, among other matters, leronlimab, THE COMPANY’s public statements regarding…THE COMPANY’s retention of investor relations consultants…”
“The company cannot predict the ultimate outcome of the DOJ and SEC investigations OR the case against Mr. Pourhassan.” - They differentiate between the investigations into the company and the case against NP.

Per their official SEC filings, including the most recent 10q (follow link above), the company is under investigation by the SEC and DOJ. Are you saying the company has made misstatements in 2 years of SEC filings?

Biggest question is where will the company get the $5-10 million to run this trial? Paulson?
“I agree , so stop attacking a retired dermatologist !!!!!”
Then stop using your credentials to back your claims on a drug not related to dermatology.
Hold lifted was going to happen, we all knew that. Now we wait for the trial to commence, which requires cash the company needs to raise.
Personal attacks are used to avoid the point in question, which is why is a retired dermatologist pushing statistics for a non-dermatologic drug that came from a questionable CRO and a felon CEO?
You use your “Dr” title here to put weight behind your opinion, but as any doctor would support, dermatologist aren’t credentialed to work in the ICU on intubated COVID patients. Dermatologist do great work, there’s no arguing that, but I wouldn’t expect an Intensivist to use their Dr title to put weight behind the orthotics company they’re invested in (that would be ridiculous).
Lastly, again, ask yourself why the “82%” is not listed on any official CYDY material post-NP era. Once you find the answer to that question, you’ll know why COVID is no longer an indication CYDY is pursuing, why they don’t tout the “82%” or “3000%” NP PRed, and why CYDY is on a path to peer reviewed data, not CEO approved data.
“And again , if only Leronlimab will get the EUA for 82% mortality benefit”
You’re supporting a statistic calculated by Amarex, sold by NP, and removed from all official CYDY related material (website, SeC filings). No true immunologist, internist or critical care physician would back such a poorly supported statistic, but I guess a retired dermatologist would?
“But retired pediatrician/dermatologist who volunteer some of the free time do.”
Neither a pediatrician nor a dermatologist would be credentialed to treat ICU patients, whether current or retired. “Volunteering” at the help desk doesn’t count.
“And I will concentrate on what is important to my patients ,
Survival .”
Retired dermatologists don’t have patients
Active dermatologists don’t treat COVID patients in the ICU.
No, not a thing, but your years of entertainment as an amateur actor on this discussion board have been fun. Keep it up.
“Keep squawking ...i'll bet anyone here any amount of money that Cytodyn goes after all the bashers along with the SEC and DOJ....any takers?
CYDY isn’t going after anyone. That would cost far too much money. The SEC won’t go after anyone, either. No meat there. There’s still skeletons in CYDY’s closet that need left in the closet, so CYDY’s best interest is to produce good clinical trial data.
“I'll wait for the hillbilly to come back with some Mohamad crap...let me make something clear....I'm from NY, Italian, in the concrete industry.”
We already knew this info. You’re about 2-3 years behind. Catch up.
“pseudonym
Like using Leronsaline?”
Mocking leronlimab by using leronsaline is not a SEC violation. Using a fake name to hide the fact you’re being paid to promote an article for a company, and own shares in that company, is a SEC violation.
“This is so funny , review your posts to me ..
—The cow
—The Miss moo
Whatever other insults , I try not to remember , my lawyers have all this sh**t ..,”
Have you told your lawyers you published an article with a CYDY paid pumper who used a pseudonym to avoid his conflict of interest with the company (SEC violation)?
“Here is something else I watch. The Bollinger bands pinched (got close together) before the breakout on 2019.”
Strange your chart “interpretations” also occur just before known catalysts. Huh.
Unless I’m reading the 10q wrong:
CYDY had $147k in cash at the end of November 2023
paired with
$123 million in debt
Craziness
I’d argue that the black beret was first warn by Army units in the early 60s, but I’ll admit I was unaware Navy PBR crews wore them as well.
Hmmm. Rangers wore the black beret unofficially during Vietnam. Rangers are Special Operations. Only someone with such knowledge could make a comment that you did.
“Also, Black Ops is covert operations and when I was in Vietnam I wore a Black beret and was involved in operations.”
So you are Black Ops on iHub?
She used to vouch for NP’s integrity. Means nothing.
So you’re telling me tthe good doc had no idea that Mike Sheikh was a paid promoter for CYDY? Highly unlikely considering his name and aliases have been all over this board for years.
“In contrary to the manipulator talking about his twins harmed by Leronlimab.”
You worked with a known CYDY pumper, a paid promoter who hide his name and CYDY relations (a SEC violation), to “share” your case study with investors. That’s manipulation if I’ve ever seen it.
More biotech baggie talk.
Sounds like typical biotech baggie talk. “I’m way in the green. Bought the bottom every time.” Ah uh.
Likely an article by Mike Sheikh. Magically his company BIXT is randomly mentioned. That’s not a coincidence.
