I think that you are forgetting about either the warrants or convertible notes...I can't remember which. They won't have enough free cash, even with increased revenues, to pay those investors and grow aggressively at the same time. They will have to issues shares and dilute to maintain enough cash to fund all that. Personally, I am not jumping back in until these issues are resolved.
yep. I sold out as I have been burned too many times holding OTC companies through dilutive rounds, but I am watching like a hawk. If management continues to execute I will jump back in. GLTA
so looks like they need to dilute to raise cash to pay off notes converting in 2h of 2019? Am I understanding that POS form correctly?
Would be nice to blow past .25. I noticed a nice size block trade this morning
HLYK is not a biotech/pharma company with a drug to sell. So not a good comparison IMO. But hey we are sitting right at .25 now. Hope this sucker holds the line so we can break out
I am not following, please explain. Amazon is not in this space as far as I know.
C'mon baby. Break through .25!!!
I like the look of the products, but management seems incompetent when it comes to the business side of things. I have basically lost my initial investment of about $1500 and won't give them another dime until I see some serious revenue from sales. IMO it will never happen with 6-8 week delivery from their website. That is garbage. If they can't deliver a product quickly to 1 customer, how in the world will they be able to handle large orders? Given that, I won't sell any shares as it makes no sense. I will just hold for eternity as they are already worthless. Maybe we get lucky and I can recoup some losses.
The study was not designed for efficacy, so I don't think so. They start looking at efficacy in phase 2 studies. I myself am not 100% sure on the proof of principle for efficacy yet.
Nice pop today. If it holds I wonder if this means that some of the shorts are getting squeezed out, but not sure the volume is confirming this. Would love to see this climb and hold above 6 until some sales #s come in.
Finally cleared the resistance at 18!
volume is really light. There is plenty of time for it to pop and stick above $1
Can't wait to see some clinical data. The quicker the trials begin the better! Wonder when the IND submission will occur.
New stock owner. Like the science and the stock especially in light of high press coverage of opoid abuse in US
I agree. I have a BSc in biology with a biotech emphasis and I like what I have read so far regarding the science. Definitely seems like a good buyout target, and is definitely a buy and hold stock at this point IMO
can these guys not get VC cash or big biopharma cash for running trials? I thought I saw something a few days ago when doing some due diligence that BMY has previously helped out with cash...or am I remembering wrong?
new video on their facebook page. I wonder if they will use modified clips or the entire vid for YouTube and/or Facebook ads
They did mention in a filing that they may have to dilute to raise cash for operations
Delivery takes 6-9 weeks? Seems like forever in this day in age. Why is this so long I wonder
I will take it! I take back my scam comment for now. This is when i am glad to be wrong! Prices do seem to be high, but they I think they are considered designer denim. I do wonder what their marketing strategy is. Hopefully this will breathe a little life in the stock
mmm, I don't think it is overvalued. They have no revenue and no product. A few jeans used for a photo shoot doesn't count. They have 0 proof they have any inventory at all. I wouldn't touch this until they show some real revenue or at least for now proof that they have inventory. I bought this as a speculative buy and I figure I will never recoup my money. But I can always hope to get lucky!! Maybe someday they will get their shit together, or perhaps it really is just a scam.
I think you are right. Either that or management is just incompetent. Can't even get the first round of production done lmao! I am down a significant amount, but won't sell. That being said I am definitely not giving another dime to these guys until they produce the goods and sales results start coming in consistently.
for sure. Love getting exposure to silver with a solid dividend! Using dividend to increase position. will probably be doing that for awhile
super volatile on lots of volume today. Glad to see those drops getting bought up!

Cartel Blue, Inc.'s New Division, EOC Underground: Hemp Apparel Orders Exceed Expectations
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2016) - Cartel Blue, Inc. ( OTC PINK : CRTL ) is pleased to announce that its newly created eco-friendly hemp fabric apparel division, EOC (Evolution of Consciousness) Underground, urban streetwear collection is exceeding all sales expectations.
Interest in EOC Underground's eco-friendly hemp fabric urban street wear collection has been extraordinary. EOC Underground has commitments for its hemp apparel collection from over 200 stores and counting. The pace of demand has been so rapid that back to back orders are piling up.
An offering of various sizes and configurations of free standing displays of its hemp apparel and accessories is being overwhelmingly accepted by marijuana stores located primarily in Southern California. Its free standing displays allows rotating sales of men's and women's hemp t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags. In a second wave of production, EOC Underground will add denim shorts, jeans, vests, jackets and scarves.
The Company's President, David Rhodes, stated, "We have been chasing demand the entire year and are throttled down on manufacturing. We are maxing out all of our capacity at all our contract factories. As much as they can give us, we are taking. In January, we will finally be well stocked and then the rate of sales to retail stores can move forward."
It is estimated that there are over 4,000 medical marijuana stores in California with over 2,600 located in Southern California alone. Legal cannabis sales in the United States jumped 17 percent, to $5.4 billion, in 2015 and are expected to grow by 25 percent this year, to $6.7 billion, according to Arcview Market Research. By 2020 legal cannabis sales in the United States are projected to hit $21.8 billion. While medical and recreational consumers are flocking to the stores, EOC Underground collection of urban streetwear hemp apparel will be front and center.
Hemp apparel fabric exudes superior properties. It is one of the strongest and most durable of all natural textile fibers. Apparel products made from hemp will outlast their competition by many years. Not only is hemp strong, but it also holds its shape, stretching less than any other natural fiber. This prevents garments from stretching out or becoming distorted with use. Although hemp may be known for its durability, its comfort and style are second to none. The more hemp is used, the softer it gets. Hemp does not wear out, it wears in. Hemp is one of the natural fibers that possesses increased strength and absorbency, even more than cotton. Hemp fabrics can also be recycled more easily than other natural fabrics. Clothing made from hemp is resistant to mold, moisture, UV and UVB rays, is not easily discolored, is antibacterial and regulates the temperature.
I agree. Not sure what the deal is.

I messaged Cartel Blue on Facebook for an update and they said: "T-shirts will be out the end October and jeans the end of November".
I replied asking: "will they only be in those 2 foreign markets or will i be able to buy 'em in the states?"
CB responded: "They will be online at first and we will be trying to get the stores as soon as we can".
