The 10-Q is due on June 15th and the company plans to file -- so hopefully on time.

Verus Cares is not able to offer any kind of play-by-play, at the advice of counsel, due to the heavy scrutiny on any news related to the pandemic that might be considered promotional. So, until they have another signed, confirmed order, it will remain quiet.

The 10-Q is going to provide a lot of information, so that is right around the corner.
