Yes it looks like it is the sister company which I believe was formed for the R+D side of the business. What I was told is that the owner could be the poster boy for MMJ, they are on the short list with HC. Time will tell if that is the case, all I know is they are in a great location for growing MMJ and that's why I own this stock.

I think it's just waiting on the stamp. Check out Leamington area, the most greenhouses in Canada lots of sunshine just what these plants thrive on. No better place to grow and do research IMO.
