Which ones?
You can trade after/before hours?
Once again, making assumptions on things that were not ever said.
How do people not seem to comprehend:
A) ...that it is allowed and perfectly reasonable to express a difference of opinion and/or question things that happen at a company one is invested in
B) ...questioning doesn't mean I don't think they're going to be successful or don't have a path to success
C) ...investing doesn't mean "love everything the company does or get out."
And I don't even know what "getting all emo" means. Apparently the only people welcome on this board are those that are in lock-step with everything KT does or has ever done or said. And I have expressed concerns to the company, fyi...but as you may or may not realize, they don't really seem to care much what shareholders think or say, evidenced by the lack of annual meetings and a basically non-existent BoD.
For the last time, I'll say it again: I believe in what KBLB is trying to do. I also think they could very well have a revolutionary new product. I am 100% hoping for success. But no, I'm not going to just shut up and never criticize something I feel deserves it.
Yes, I have ~$30,000 worth of shares. I've never said I didn't trust the company!!
I have simply criticized the way some things are done. That's allowed! Do you think everything that's happened with
this company over the last 10 years has been perfect and nothing could/should have been done differently?
If so, good for you. People are allowed other opinions and can still be hoping for success and believe in the underlying idea/concept of the company.
I very much hope that is true. And if it is, my money will spend just as well as yours.
By I stand behind that statement...and there has been no "whining." Again, some people cannot handle criticism, even when it's warranted.
There's no kissing of anyone's ass...at least not on my part. You just can't seem to handle anyone questioning anything Kim says or does. That's
the bottom line. And when they do, you go into Attack Mode.
There are points that you make that are accurate that I agree with. There are points that Webslinger and other critics make that are accurate that I agree with.
I'm not pretending anyone is "the bad guy," I'm simply pointing out your behavior; you attack those who disagree with you. Emotion on my part has very little to do with it; of course I'm frustrated by how long this is taking. Who wouldn't be? People can be frustrated and still be hopeful for success, which I absolutely am.
Any CEO with Kim's record who worked for a company with a real Board of Directors would likely have been replaced years ago.
FFS, you're exhausting...
I never said anything about KBLB or their potential success "insults" me. Apparently reading comprehension is a challenge for you. I said you mostly insult people who dare to criticize or challenge anything that you messiah Kim says or does. I'm not a "troll." I'm someone who doesn't just blindly accept everything that's put out by a CEO who has a terrible track record and has yet to actually produce marketable amounts of the thing he says he can produce.
I currently own 265,480 of KBLB, and have owned shares for more than 10 years. I WANT THE COMPANY TO SUCCEED!! I'm just not willing to accept everything that Kim says as gospel. My attitude is more in line with "Trust, but verify." Kim will earn my trust when he actually does the things he claims he can do.
Apparently that insults YOU.
I love how you have nothing but insults and "it's gonna happen, just you wait and see," with a side of "you just don't understand how this stuff works."
No one is allowed to even question your precious baby Kim or how he does things. Any criticism is seen as an attack on you and/or the company and an assumption that the person criticizing the OBVIOUS issues we've experienced over 10-15 years of KT pulling the football away at the last minute is the enemy -- and stupid -- and a "basher."
Ha! And I love the classic Kim-Speak: "...we believe..."
That immediately removes any obligation to be accurate about anything.
"I believe I am the best looking guy in world." Not untrue, even if I'm hideous!
The market wants substance from this company, not fluff. It will wait until there is something substantial before actually running. People have been burned far too many times by Kim's BS, half-truths, obfuscations and outright failures to fall for every head-fake he makes.
No more ramping, scaling or fixin-to do stuff. Silk or bust.
"I cannot believe that it is trading this low after all the phenomenal PR's Kim has put out this year."
😆😅😅🤣😂
Apparently you have yet (after more than a decade) to connect the dots that every time KT opens his mouth to announce the latest round of not production numbers, the market, at best, yawns and turns the page. You say we're close to tonnage. That's the only news that's going to matter.
Or it could be someone whose name rhymes with Jim Clompson.
Smart enough to know the difference between "then" and "than?"
I love how anyone who isn't in full agreement with a D is a "Trumpster."
But 12 years later he's more committed than ever!!! With such gems of wisdom as "GO KBLB!," "Back up the truck" and "the train is leaving the station" on auto-repeat for more than a decade, it seems he's changed his tune.
Or has he just reverted/continued with the behavior that cost him all that money over the 30 years he admits he was a dupe for penny scammers?
That's good to know. Thanks for that bit of info. Having someone seem optimistic about that deal who doesn't have any reason to make KBLB look good.
That certainly could be possible that is was omitted...or overlooked...or just not known at that time.
Is the Kings deal dead?
Great. Thank you for those posts. I will check them out and see for myself.
Arachnodoofus...that's what called "showing the receipts." Now I can look at these and see the supposed misleading statements, etc. If someone can show (with facts) that slinger is incorrect or is being misleading, then I am willing to look at them and be persuaded. But just saying "YOU'RE WRONG" and "GO KBLB" is no really going to cut it.
Thank you, EOT. Sincerely. I will check those instances out.
So you just don't have it. If you did, you would gladly show it to me so that you could smugly rub my face in your perceived victory. But you don't have the receipts, do you? You haven't successfully debated Webslinger on the issues...you've just plugged your ears and sung nah nah nah to yourself. But that's obvious that's what makes you happiest. Enjoy!
"Do you invest based on past, present and/or future expectations?" Yes. What has happened in the past is an incredible indicator of what may happen in the future. What is currently happening is also valuable...future expectations are built off of the past performance and present actions.
There is no "bitching and moaning," there are statements of fact and, of course, frustration with what any logical person would see as a CEO being purposely misleading and failing time and again.
While your constant enthusiasm excites new people who show up to this board to see what KBLB is all about, the voices on the other side offer the counterbalance, so that hopefully the new person has both sides with which to inform their knowledge base. "Complaining about someone else's positive outlook" is what you call it...I (and the others probably) would call it showing the other side of the coin, so that those new to KBLB don't have a lopsided base of information to judge from.
Eventually the boy who cried "wolf" has to show us that there actually is a wolf somewhere. Taking years to generate a fairly paltry amount of silk is not impressive. Not to shareholders and certainly not to buyers. Until they can show they can do it repeatedly and on-demand in high quantities, this goes nowhere. Until KT delivers on the things he says they can do, this goes nowhere
Well, since I don't spend all day every day on here, reply with the link to where you've done this multiple times and I'd be glad to take a look. And to be clear, there is no "smearing" going on, just pointing out the NUMEROUS failures this horribly run company has stacked up over the last 10 years while they've managed to accomplish nothing to positively impact the share price of the stock.
If you look back over the years, I was just as gung-ho as you bunch of cheerleaders for the first 6 or 7 years, and I battled Webslinger's positions. I still own a core position in the stock, but have traded in and out when I was able. I still want this to succeed, but I won't just join the Glee Club and sing along with whatever nonsense is coming out of KT's mouth this week.
And yet, all you have to dispute his claims, which are laid out plainly with references, dates, quotes, etc., is "Nuh-uh! That's not true!"
If you could counter with something substantive, then you'd have a persuasive argument. But you don't counter with anything but that his claims are twisted.
Put some facts where your mouth is and supply substantive counters to his claims. Otherwise, keep practicing your cheer routine and we'll know it for what it is.
"Cannot defend their positions..." HA!!! Webslinger has a 20+ item list of data "defending his positions," and you all play the ostrich and bury your head in the sand. Those with the undying faith and love of KBLB and KT are the ones who can't defend their positions. All you have is "You guys just wait and see...it's coming...and you'll be sorry you missed out." You've been singing the same tune since I got in -- and I mean literally you, B-man -- almost 10 years ago.
"It's coming. Like a coiled spring. The rocket is about to launch. Back up the truck. What a bargain. Time to load up. GO KBLB."
Very true. Maybe someone who's a serious computer techie type could do some digging. That would be interesting. If it's true, I doubt KT covered his tracks very well, judging from how he bumbles the thing he's supposed to be good at every day.
Right! I've actually wondered before if he actually was KT, just using this site as a way to pump.
Talk about emotion being bad for investing!!! You're so deeply, head-over-heels in love with KBLB that they could say they're shutting down production and are going bankrupt and you'd praise Kim Thompson for his strategy.
They say "never fall in love with a stock." Well you've not only fallen in love, but you've married it and become the battered spouse who still defends the abuser.
You've wasted years of your investing life on this abusive spouse called KBLB.
Don't go buying that yacht just yet, super chief.
🤣😂😂😂🤣
Soon it will be soon.
Talking with you is exhausting. Like a 3-year-old who just keeps asking "Why?" to everything you say, because you just learned that word.
Yeah, I'll complain if I want to and feel it's warranted. I'll also celebrate if I make money. I'll also criticize KT when he's a buffoon and congratulate him when he does something right.
How about you go bore someone else for a while.
I'll leave the past in the past when KT accomplishes something substantial.
But this little upswing is nice for my trading shares, so I'll happily take a few bucks.
If the share price were to even get to 10 cents, KT would open his big stupid mouth and ruin it, like he did when it got to ~50 cents and he announced the RS. When he could have just a) kept quiet, b) released some positive fluff (as opposed to his usual meaningless fluff) or c) kept the F quiet.
Well done, sir, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
We're saying the same thing as the reason. As for the eyes with which I'm looking at this; it's those of an investor...always has been. But it is now a much more cautious and skeptical investor compared to the one who bought 8-10 years ago.
Agreed. Those who know the history of Kraig know that the history of Kraig is the reason the share price is in the toilet. It's not in spite of what they've done in their quest for spider silk, but BECAUSE of what they've done and how they've done it.
I hope you're right, because it's been a long, fruitless journey so far.
The thing that belittles the news the most is the share price.
This is the longest "dip" I've seen in any stock for a long time. Does it still count as a dip when it is 3 years old? Asking for my technical analysis.
Looks like about enough silk to finish Ben's Santa Claus costume for this year's company Christmas party.
Ben is the saddest little man who knows nothing but somehow still has relevance on this discussion board. Didn't he admit years ago that he no longer is even associated with KBLB?
All you cheerleaders need to prove everyone wrong is for the company to actually do what it keeps saying it can do.
Two words for you: three cents.
