Powerdyne International, Inc. provides continuous duty independent primary electrical power to those companies who wish to become partially to fully independent of the electrical power grid. PDI can sell electricity at a lower cost than their current utility company and guarantee system performance. To accomplish this goal a controlling document called a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) will be created. In addition, PDI, under the same agreement, will provide a product to provide, in addition, either heat and/or cooling. This is done through a process of Cogeneration also known as CHP, Combined Heat and Power – cooling is also available.
Powerdyne International Inc. (PDI) was organized to provide independent, cost efficient primary electrical power.
PDI is staffed by individuals with experience in manufacture, marketing and sales of quality, renewable power systems. In addition for compliance and greater market acceptance the Genset would use only gaseous fuels – natural gas and propane would dominate.
The electrical power market is vast and grid power dominates it. However, there are avenues open to providers such as PDI to bypass the grid and thousands of substations. There are users who have an interest in reducing dependency upon and/or elimination of the grid entirely. PDI enters as the total primary power provider, including flexibility with product customization and jointly acceptable long term PPA’s – power purchase agreements.
PDI will materially reduce the complexities of electric power requirements with focus on cost savings and a guarantee of power quality for the user. PDI may be a recent entry into the electrical power market, however the advantages offered form the basis of recognized long-term relationships.

The only part they are excluding from the public version is the Lease rates and the billing rates they are charging Farmacia Birsas Del Mar.
A legitimate company would do this so that competition and future clients cannot see the amount they charged in this deal. This allows them to negotiate higher rates!
