All words - no action
Can't you recognize a scam when you see it? Anyone can create a website or publish a few documents. SIBE was acquired for one purpose: To steal money from unsuspecting people.
Mashugana
Really? Because its up to 2 cents?
Management has always been puppets. New CEOs every year. They are successful before they join and after they leave, but suck when at SIBE? Why? Wizard of OZ is behind the scenes running the "books" and questionable financial reporting (why are Statements always late?). The Wizard also did the same with Dutch Gold Resources and you can see how that turned out. The Wizard was prohibited from being an executive or board member of a publically traded company due to SEC legal action when he first did this with Vista. Thus he needs his puppets.
And they keep quitting.
How can this company grow if their executive management keeps turning over.
Scam.
Another Rick Smyth piece of work. Has a history of this. Did the same thing with Dutch Goal. Was banned by SEC.
Read the SEC Filings from Late 2011 and 2012. SIBE has been making promises about BIG DEALS and RAPID EXPANSION into the blended learning market since then. Now it is 2015 and they have little to show.
Just a pump and dump scheme - no real company behind the stock puppeteers. Stock was $2.00 when they reverse split. Not its headed toward sub-penny.
And that's what all the other companies say. SIBE has no differentiation and no money.
No money and an old idea. Everything SIBE has stated they will do is already being done by many, many companies in this space across the globe. This is nothing new. It was not new 10 years ago. Why are these guys acting like they invented water. Big public companies with lots of money are already doing this. No room for a broke company playing copy cat.
Circling the drain.
SIBE used the "old" common stock to pay bills and compensate officers in 2011 and 2012 because they had no money (sounds like a familiar pattern). Those people's stock was rendered completely worthless through the conversion. That is why the management team has turned-over multiple times. They don't get compensated. And YES they were panning themselves off as a blended learning company back in 2011 and 2012.
Do your homework and check out the SEC filings in Aug 2012.
SIBE converted prior common shares so there are no old stockholders. Company rendered original common stock as worthless. So this is probably the new shareholders who were given stock instead of cash for expense payments just dumping stock before it becomes a sub-penny.
Oh yes they did. Acquired in 2010 when Steve Carlson was CEO. Don't confuse the frequent turnover in executive management with who really is pulling the strings here. Meshugeneh & Rick Smyth are the only constant since 2010. Major shareholders and major compensation for "consulting". Going on 5 years and still nothing to show but a huge decline in stock valuation.
Similar pattern in the past paying bills with stock. 2 years ago paid bills using stock, then rendered the stock worthless through a conversion. Anyone taking stock for compensation got zero for their effort.

No. Only a few people who pay themselves "consulting fees" for doing nothing. Those "Consultants" who are hiding behind fake management are the only people profiting. And all those "consultants" all map back to the same few people, directly or indirectly.
Wasn't this at $2/sh a couple years back? Yikes!!
Smyth makes more in "consulting" fees than anyone else makes included their fake management team. The SEC Filings show that. How much "consulting" does a company with no operations need? Been doing this for 4 years now. Nothing!
Smyth owned NEWCO4EDUCATION. Finger prints are everywhere. Not a good person to be involved with. SEC confirmed that from his days at Vista.

Richard P. Smyth, and Meshugeneh, LLC, (Mr. Smyth is the sole member and manager of Meshugeneh, LLC), both of which are significant shareholders of Sibe
Who is Meshugeneh? Major consulting pay to this company. Rick Smyth again. Only a matter of time until the SEC catches up with him... AGAIN....
Rick Smyth at work once again. Beware.
