Restricted and common stock are separate even though they are a part of the outstanding shares.
If you think they are deleting their own restricted shares you are clueless. Restricted means just that, restricted for a certain period of time.
If I issue restricted shares and give them to a company for a deal. You wouldn't be able to delete those shares before the vesting period was over.
The filing says that 80 million shares of common stock will be rescinded, according to my calculations there is only like 88 million in the common float. So a %90 reduction in shares possible here.
common stock does not include restricted.
your common stock is part of the floatt, the common stock is what you own. What the company is telling you will be deleted.
restricted shares do not become common until they meet certain specifications. That's why they are restricted.
They decrease the float with capital share reduction which is what they are doing.
No way to deny it, the company is telling you common shares will be deleted.
Breaking--news GROC to rescind 80 million common stock
Right from the company's mouth 80 million common stock will be rescinded. That is how they are removing $1 million in liabilities, which all basically went to insider payroll.

Here it's right from GROC's news release.
2nd paragraph talks about how 80 million common shares (that's the shares you own) will be deleted. And I am going to be honest, who knows how much float there really is. Shareholders probably lose everything in this deal.

GROC said in the news release that 80 million common shares would be rescinded. That sounds an awful lot like you will be deleted to me.
float shares are a part of the outstanding shares and they will be cancelled equally with everyone else.
Why would I loan you money to buy a company? Why would I not buy the company and have you work for me? Besides there were no new notes in the filing.
Quote from the recent filing "(ii) The Company has no significant internal or external sources of liquidity;"
there is no cash left.
if you get diluted that's no good.
Considering this company is worth like 2 billion dollars with 50 million in revenue and declining. I would say 80 isn't too bad of a call.
Ok that was the top, see you guys at the bottom. Lol at clearpath buying this that was a good laugh today.
failure to deliver error's today on china blood corp. Market Makers been selling phantom shares?
revenue per share has been going down.
Even though some numbers have turned black your revenue per share has been going down. The reason is because they have to dilute the shareholders to raise money. This means you get less return on investment when ( if ) the company does start making money.
animal zoo!!!
lots of people said to sell this stock.
Glad I covered my position, this is looking good for the longs.
closed out my put options, but I still think the stock has more room to go down.

I really do hope this company hits its 7 million guidance for the sake of the shareholder's at this point.
my burrito's are always cold now. especially the mild salsa, I have never heard of salsa being cold but it always is.
docket 714 is interesting, what do you think about it?
At $3/share the market valuation is $12 million, CLNT has $12.9 million cash on hand. This is way undervalued.
it's overvalued
Did they pay him off? They might be paying off doctor's to hype their drugs.

Sorry .06 is not the floor this stock at 1 penny is still valued at $2.7 million dollars.
Paul Rosenberg doesn't sell any shares during the Marijuana bubble. Looks like Paul never studied the .COM bubble. He made around 1000X on his investment with no sales and didn't take any profits.
Don't feel bad guys Paul Rosenberg could have made hundreds of millions, but he doesn't know what a return on investment is.
This stock is going to zero
No more debating this sums it up
