Lindel..if you can't manage to service 1 machine in a timely manner how can a business owner have confidence in ordering 100 machines from your company? If I called your company after ordering 100 machines and was told, "sorry, its not a warranty issue", I would scrap all 100 machines and dump them on your front step along with a truck load of horse manure.
You're assurances are as worthless as the useless machine that is sitting idle at the Nipton location.
You will handle it? If "handling it" means you will sit on your hands for 4+ weeks and do nothing then it shows the character and work ethic of you and your company.
Whether or not it is a company location or a customer location, you should want your only 2 machines out in the field to be operating, and gathering field test info, right? That is the whole point of having the only 2 machines out there.
You obviously don't get it. Your company is doomed to fail.

REALLY LINDEL??? 4+ weeks and the issue is not resolved?? I could have a locksmith out the same day or within 24 hours at the latest. Your "team" is completely incompetent if this is true. Proof that AGM will never succeed if for the very fact that the service of the machines is that piss poor.
A LOST KEY BRINGS DOWN A MACHINE FOR 4+ weeks??? You will work with an owner if that happens? No thank you. If after 4+ weeks you can't get a locksmith out to open the machine, it is a useless paper weight in my store taking up valuable floor space that is not earning revenue. Drove By Cultivation Warehouse Today.
If this reported address at 2902 W Virginia Ave Phoenix, AZ 85009 is the cultivation warehouse, there were work trucks and activity at 1 pm when I drove by there today. I'll drive by next week and see what I can find out. I just drove by to check it out and see where it was located in relation to my residence. I'll keep you all updated.
Are you really surprised that the dispensary location did not open 8/1? I've visited the location several time and nothing was done to the building since its purchase. There has been no activity. No sign, no security cameras installed, no employees prepping for opening, no cars, no construction trucks. Absolutely nothing.
UPDATE: Dispensary Location. Drove over to the dispensary location this morning. Based on my visual inspection, it is my opinion, that nothing has been done since the building's purchase and 100% will nothing open in that location on August 1st which is 3 days away. There is no sign, no security cameras installed, blinds still closed, no activity or cars parked out front prepping for an opening. The building is buttoned up just as it has been in my previous visits to the location over the last 90 days.
I'm heading out to visit the dispensary location this morning to see if there are any changes. Any requests before I leave?
There were no permits of any kind posted. I will go there again each week up until August 1 and provide an update of my observations. I highly doubt an August 1 opening will happen. They are 4 weeks away. Even the local Burger King that was under construction had workers there every day up until the opening day. They are 4 weeks away from opening and not a sign of anything or anyone or any changes since the unit was purchased.
For those ignorant people who would like to see a plat of the property and the building which shows Building B #104, here you go. Don't ever doubt what I tell you. I've done extensive research.

It is unit 104 which is the entire half of the building (which includes #102). Please do your research before telling me I went to the wrong unit. Here is a link to the deed filed with the county which clearly states the unit.

I will visit the building again at the end of July which will be approx 80 days from the announced 90 day opening date. Based on my observations so far, I doubt there will be any change.
8611 S Priest Dr #104, Tempe, AZ 85284 is the address of the building for the intended dispensary. The building is a block from their HQ location. I visited the building at 10:30 am today. Exterior pictures of the building were posted in May by another member. Nothing has changed from those picture or from when I visited the location in May. The blinds were drawn just as they were in May. No activity or evidence of construction or modification to the unit in any way. No sign. No cars in front of the unit. The unit is exactly as it was when I visited in May. Those are my observations.

I visited the dispensary building today in Tempe. 50 days since the purchase and press release. Nothing has been done. No activity. No sign. Blinds still closed as they were when I visited in May. Press release on May 10th stated it would be opened within 90 days. Well, 50 days in an nothing. 40 days left.

UPDATE: American Green & Truth Lighting.
I know many people have been eagerly waiting for a response on the existing relationship between Truth Lighting and American Green .... Well its simple, April of 2014 Aaron and Myself developed and created our M series fixtures, we had no financial backing only our product prototypes and a idea to run with. That's when we were introduced to Stephen and Michael of American Green ( The CEO and VP of Cultivation of AG ). They approached us with the fact that they had a growing publicly traded Cannabis company that was in need of a Lighting division.
They asked if they could purchase and buy Truth Lighting out right for a hefty sum. Being the men we are Aaron and my self are from a small town in MA and we never expected to become rich or live lavish lifestyles so we declined and asked if they could pay us each a salary that would comfortably pay our bills giving us stability.
We agreed we would maintain owner ship and handle all shipping and receiving along with customer service. Allowing AG to keep 100% of the profits made on all Truth Lighting sales, all they had to do was fund all of our endeavors meaning prototypes and operating costs of Truth Lighting inc.
At a later date we were to finalize all contracts and agreements with them paying to turn our inception of Truth Lighting into a entity and trademark our brand putting us into a binding relationship where Aaron and Myself would never be able to lose our positions and will maintain our salary and a 4% royalty on all products sold.
Well that later date never came, we lived up to our end. We were never put on a payroll we never received any stock or shares as promised. AG never made us into a Entity and never trademarked I had to do all of it on my own pocket. After I was told they were terminating our contracts and moving forward with our products.
This was all due to a huge misunderstanding which at this time has been worked out between the new CEO of AG and myself. Any existing customers with warranty issues may contact Truth Lighting directly @ 508 667 7686 ask for Seth Whitney.
American Green will still be a relationship we entertain with preferred pricing on all of their facilities. We will take over all existing customers and stores.
