Hello Potse, are you still following YBGJ? It has been somewhat quiet and I saw the recently filed prospectus. What do you think about the state of the business with YBGJ? Any shared insights would be highly appreciated. Thank you and all the best!
Thank you Potse, your posts and research is very valuable and of course glad to hear that you are still "onboard"
It appears that off the large volume traded on Friday, more buys than sells.....
Potse, would you mind sharing your thoughts on YBGJ?
Looks like a washout, hopefully we can start soon in moving up again. I still keep mine. We arent dead yet. Somebody picked up some real cheap shares.
Market is thin, there arent many shares in the float, so the Market Makers will bring it down (bid and ask) for as long as there isnt any buying interest. Large spread is also indicative of low float and volume. The sellers need to be worked through. All my opinion only.
Management not very smart IMHO, too much destruction to the share price for no apparent reason.
Somebody dumped their shares at market, for an ugly price indeed. I am still holding.
Because you cant buy many shares down below 50 cents. This is for larger investors. Any large buying will make this run hard IMHO. The problem for now is hat there is no buying.
Maybe they shoudl consider getting some depth rather than equity. One shareholder is giving them a loan, so maybe this could make more sense.
Certainly not helping the insiders selling their shares at $0.5. But maybe they will cancel the S1, that would really help us going back up quickly. Just a thought.
Somebody is picking up the shares at very low prices. Impatient seller hitting the bid price..... at 50% off.
Somebody not willing to wait some more I guess. The filing didnt have any large surprise in it. As far as I can tell.
Quarterly report is out, any thoughts?
Well, I guess we are getting rid of weak and impatient shareholders. Will keep my shares looking for higher prices in the future. Not much of a downside from here IMHO.
Another S1 ammendment filed today. Not sure about the changes yet.

Does anyone have any indication on how the S-1 share sales are going? Any other news in regards to YBGJ?
There is reason to do it both ways, I guess.
Nobody knows about this company and they are being silent so far, e.g. no press releases. They might place their shares first and then start talking about their business to move share price higher. Could make sense IMHO.
The 12M shares will be sold to some larger investors, not over the exchange. If they sell those shares to some larger invetors this will give the share price a boost. Since the float being traded over the stock exchange is rather small, the induced buying of shares can move the stock quickly. Ever looked at shares going public. They buy the shares prior to going public at a large discount to how they trade over the exchange, once traded.
I understand. I also liked the shares better above $3, but hey these shares can move quickly. Lets hope they prove to be a good investment, time will tell. Dont see many shares being offered/sold in the market either...
Institutional investors. Try to buy 12 million shares at 26 cents, impossible. No real selling taking place, the number of floating shares is low that is why there is little to no trading. Current share price isnt reflecting much of anything. I would like to hear from management and prices should move. This might take a while but I do see a large potential here IMHO.
Dont really see any big changes. Lets hope for those S1 shares to be picked up quickly.
The S1 was already filed on May 6th, so this is S1 ammended.
So we got an ammended S1 today, kind of hard to tell the difference.
Very quiet here. Any new updates?
I only had time to have a short glance at it, so far nothing unexpected as far as I can tell.
Quarterly report out. Any thoughts?
Thank you for your well done research! I very much appreciate your quality posts here.
Has anyone ever been in touch with the company?
Nice spread
Hard to imagine we are only worth around $35 million based on current market cap taken from OTCBB.
So Cheung Ho Shun is in the red by now. Current market cap is only around $35 million depending on current outstanding share count (taken from OTCBB). So how many legacy shares are we dealing with? I wonder if and when the management will start updating and talking. I just keep my shares but amazed on how things unfold. Any thoughts from your end?

Dont think so, time will tell. I am still expecting big things, might take a while but I am okay to give it some time. First we need to get rid of the weak hands. In the end it is better to get rid of them early rather than have them holding us back once things are picking up. Just my humble opinion.
I decided to not keep track of daily price swings for a while. It seems we will have to be patient with some possible legacy shares selling having to take place, that might take a while to be eaten through. My shares wont change hands at current prices for sure, so I am willing to wait.
Thank you Potse for your information, very valueable as always. I own most shares from prior to reverse merger and both bought and sold some shares after the reverse merger. My broker kept limiting my selling and blocked me several times as they claimed they need to verify if I would be an affiliate in which case there would be restrictions for my selling, which of course I am not.
True, with 99% of shares held by insiders, but still. Maybe if they need some sort of financing or in the distant future an uplisting, it would help. We shall see, I still believe we will get rewarded down the road.
I will at least wait until the company starts communicating with the shareholders. That is for me the missing part. I will hold all my shares over 30K. That is NOT the way to take care of shareholder value IMO.
