So if bought 40,000 shares of aamrq, how many shares of AAL did I end up with??
Wow think that’s the next bounce down?
Anybody buying today?
This is so fxcked. I was .70¢ away from my sell action earlier this year. Should have cashed out.
It seems that it’s a form to make the announcement of the refinancing of the 1.8b loan with better interest. The other looks like they are buying more planes and investing in company infrastructure
“On May 15, 2018 (the “Closing Date”), American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and American Airlines Group Inc. (“AAG”) entered into a Fourth Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit and Guaranty Agreement (the “Fourth Amendment”), amending the Amended and Restated Credit and Guaranty Agreement dated as of May 21, 2015, which amended and restated the Credit and Guaranty Agreement dated as of June 27, 2013 (as amended prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement,” and the term loan and revolving credit facilities established thereunder, the “2013 Credit Facilities”), among American, AAG, the lenders from time to time party thereto, Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as administrative agent, and Barclays Bank PLC, as designated replacement term lender.
On the Closing Date, the aggregate principal amount of the term loans outstanding under the Credit Agreement (the “Existing Term Loans”) was approximately $1.8 billion. Under the Fourth Amendment, American refinanced the Existing Term Loans with proceeds of term loans incurred pursuant to the Fourth Amendment (the “Replacement Term Loans”). Pursuant to the Fourth Amendment, the interest rate margin on the Replacement Term Loans was reduced to 1.75% for those loans with interest rates based on LIBOR (compared to 2.00% for the Existing Term Loans) and to 0.75% for loans with interest rates based on an index (compared to 1.00% for the Existing Term Loans). Under the Fourth Amendment, American also extended the maturity date for the Replacement Term Loans to June 27, 2025. The revolving credit facility under the Credit Agreement remains unchanged and, as of the Closing Date, there were no borrowings or letters of credit outstanding thereunder.”

Where did you get this report?
The options play last week didn’t seem to move pps one way or another. I seriously need to cut bait if it’s heading to the 30s
Anybody see the Zack’s report on options? It says “huge move” on the way....thoughts?
Yeah new trader....so new in fact I started this circus show with 40000 aamrq. Thanks
When’s the bounce? I wanna shore up my cost basis and just trying to figure out if we’re going to have another red day tomorrow
"After several email exchanges, including one in which Buttrick mentioned he’d turn 60 years old on Nov. 25, 2018, Parker wrote, “I’ll bet you a bottle of wine AAL hits 60 before you do.”
“Our stock at that time was $40.06, and Sam was 57.96 years old,” Parker said, showing a Power Point graph of Buttrick’s age versus the airline’s share price. “So it was a pretty aggressive bet. We had to go up 50 percent in the time it takes him to be 60 years old.”"
Got the birthday boy flipped. Either way ??????
Y'all remember when the CEO was bragging about his birthday, wine and 60+pps? Yeah I got his birthday locked in my calendar. He's on track to get a box full of flaming horseshit at this rate.
Looks like we're getting some resistance at 45. Think it'll so sub 44 or are we bouncing up?
What the hell happened this morning? The whole industry is being hit.
How many downgrades have we had though? Me thinks the pattern is going to change and honestly it's not a terribly exciting gain. I've been playing with ual this week. I told myself maybe I should sell but I didn't see this downgrade happening yesterday. It sucks be as soon as I woke up I saw the BI push notification about the jobs report and was happy....until I saw the shocking prices drop.
Idk man. Seems to be getting stupid dg's and not really going anywhere the last six months.
Downgraded
That after hours high is crazy. What in the world?
Honestly that would be a great idea. I truly believe that the over supply will have to be consumed by an upcoming war. Everything that I've read in the last two years concerning military grabs and consolidation of power all over the world leads me to believe oil will be going back up.
I believe the majors and OPEC are driving down fracking profitability to buy up the wells at lows, reduced supply while driving demand with war-basically pulling a Rockefeller type grab before manipulating the price back up.
The frustrating thing is the lack of inverse relationship of oil to our pps.
That was my sell price a year ago at 56. It's been like watching the grass grow ever since. I was in aamrq too so I've def made money but losing a fuel hedge bet is getting old. Hopefully people and organizations looking for bargains now on this dip will start talking about aa's low p/e multiple and their results that actually matter.
Starting to see a climb. How are you all timing this?
Just a little brevity to lighten the mood.

That the gulf carriers where biting into their profits. The article was from today so I'm assuming it's hot off the press.
Ok so I conferred with a family member that works for AA, and they knew about this weeks ago. Maybe that's the reason for the initial pullback that hasn't made since with the swings in oil.
I'm definitely pissed. Up all night with a newborn, wife super sick, and I was hoping higher stock futures would bode well by the time I was up and had somewhat reasonable brain function.
Many expletives this morning.
What's your point?
Thanks!!
Hey All,
Somewhat off topic. I want to step up my trading game in options. Anyone have a good reference source or a mock option trading platform they can recommend? AAL board rules!
So I can expect a larger dist this time around? I'm confused. Why on earth would Schwab show that I have it twice a month later?
I remember the same thing happening last month and it disappeared the next day, a few days away from the dist hitting everyone.
Yup that's about right. It's the same share allotment as last time.
My new dist shares showed up in my Schwab "gain/loss" section. Holy crap I wish I had put more into AAMRQ. This happened to the account last time. Such a nice sight.
Hey All,
First post but have been reading the boards for a while. I have a question from a post that came out when the actual merger started and how to calculate the worth of AAMRQ. Let me know if this is right.
PPS*1.314-17.18=X
X*number of aamrq shares held=total value
For Ex
33.04*1.314=43.41
43.41-17.18=26.23*1000=26230
Thanks!
