Sounds like haresay from Anna. How could she truly know the financial status of the company? Did she see the financial statements? I'm gonna guess not! Such sloppiness, charges filled with assumptions and opinions from Detective/Postal worker Anna. The new expert in medical fraud, covid-19, allergies and such. Shouldnt she be out delivering mail or looking for all those ballots that have disappeared into thin air? Lol.

Perhaps an acquisition by a private company was completed before the charges were filed. As far as I understand, ARYC was in a quiet period and then ordered by the judge to cease communications with the shareholders. Hmmmm... makes me wonder if there's more to this story. Quite frankly it seems as though corporate restructuring is underway. Perhaps an acquiring company is in the process of creating a new leadership board. This would have to be disclosed to the court at the event of a trial.

If Mark doesn't reach a pre-trial deal.. I believe they will try to convince the Judge or Jury that Mark is the "Scientist" of the company and he was not involved with billing and did not comprehend the rules and regulations of how payments and incentives were governed. His wife already agreed to terms and the DOJ can hang their hat on that if they choose..
Apparently Mark has already stated they he wasn't involved in the billing aspects of the business..
A fine and similar 3 year ban on holding a corporate leadership position could be sufficient..
Possibly combining an agreement with conditions set to satisfy a judge /jury going forward for the company and its shareholders..
Definitely worth waiting for IMO.

No hurry to grab "tax losses" at this point in the game. Selling for tax losses in June is not great advice. The story here is NOT over yet, though some may desperately try to convince others it is. Lol. Longs have waited this long, why would anyone give away their ticket no matter how bleak it may look today?

Obviously it makes no sense to sell ARYC at these levels. If you've held to this point might as well wait and see what happens. Plenty of people willing to tell you what they "think" is going to happen, but... they don't know any more than the rest of us. Good luck to all the longs!

Whoa, must have hit the hornets nest with a rock! I can't wait for the last two years of Arrayits financials, rumor is they are in Genetech/roche's posession now. Didn't Arrayit have an FDA contract for food safety testing as well? Along with the allergy testing and the pinner test. They may have been secretly "killing" it. We are getting close, I can feel it. I am NOT SELLING A SINGLE SHARE! Sorry to disappoint those who want 0001's. So sorry, bawahawahahaha!

When the court orders a company to file, chances they are going to file or be in hot water with the Judge.

Really could appear that someone or some entity is "front loading" this stock. Could be retail believers, could be ihub message board regulars, could be Iconic, Genetech, DOJ or Mark's cousin, lol. Who the hell knows? But it is trading, that cannot be denied. I really hope its the San Francisco DOJ, just saying. Lol. That would point to "Big" things ahead!

That all depends... what would you call the "stealing" of shares? Probably not trading. The expert market is the most opportune time to acquire massive amounts of shares for a fraction of the value! Whether it be private investors, institutional investors, or even the company buying back shares to prepare for the "sale" of the company or otherwise. All in my humble opinion of course.

Um, we are welcome to post on the boards we like! I for one like posting here on Arrayits board and if someone doesn't like it they can go elsewhere. I see volume picking up and believe Arrayit to be a stock headed upwards.

First time I ever saw "dumping" drive a stock up 66%. Bueller??? Help please.

It can't be... or can it?? Maybe the FDA and FEDs are relaxing a bit now that many vaccines have been $old err distributed.

If we all work together, we can suppress this stock. Apparently what Mark and company is doing isn't enough, we need constant reminders as well. But why? Because peeps are still frickin buying, that's why! Is this stock ready to surprise you with some positive developments around the corner? Apparently some people think so. People may be buying at these levels with the idea that the price may double or triple in the near future. The company may be in trouble but some may see this as an opportunity.

I am starting to feel that there's something going on here that some don't want investors to know about. Mark has been ordered to be silent but he hasn't been convicted of anything yet and could be making moves as we speak. Maybe we will hear something at the next status conference. Not required to file anything as far as I am aware either. The bees are swarming around the nest it seems. Let's see how many bees start showing up...

What if.... the company sold off assets and or completely merged with another company? How would investors find out? As far as I understand they are required to remain silent as per court orders... So theoretically they could be making moves and no one would know. It really seams strange that the lab apparently closed around the same time Symbiotica announces similar allergy and covid-19 testing technologies...

A closer look at symbiotica shows they also have an allergy testing technology eerily similar to that of Arrayits. One of the founders also has ties to the San Francisco bay area... let's see if there are any dots to connect here.

One never knows what can happen down here in the penny universe. The company could be preparing financials as we speak. The court proceedings could be the one thing that could light a fire under Mark's ass. I know I would produce what I had if I thought it might keep me out of prison.
