Nipton sold again.
Longtime posters and investors here might be interested in this news.
From the Las Vegas Advisor January 2023 mailing list:
"January 04, 2023 07:36 Spiegelworld Buys Nipton for $2.5 Million: It's a curious development to be sure, but worthy of the production company behind Absinthe, OPM, and Atomic Saloon, all of which we reviewed highly favorably, plus Superfrico, the "psychedelic-Italian" restaurant at the Cosmo, which we loved. According to the Wall Street Journal as reported by Casino.org, Spiegelworld "secretly" purchased the California town of Nipton several months ago for $2.5 million, $500,000 less than the asking price.
Nipton is a tiny town of 25 souls located a few minutes from I-15 about an hour southwest of Las Vegas in California. Originally a service center for area mines, it never quite turned into a ghost town, but almost; in 1984, it was bought by a California geologist for $200,000. In 2016, the owner sold it for $5 million to American Green, which planned to turn it into “the country’s first energy-independent cannabis-friendly hospitality destination.” Those plans dissolved when San Bernardino County banned cannabis activity there and Nipton went up for sale again.
Spiegelworld intends to "make Nipton the company’s global headquarters, a 'circus village' where artists and performers can live, rehearse, and work. Though the details aren’t ironed out yet, this would tentatively include a large office space, an art park, and several performance spaces, including a large theater."
Since buying it, Spiegelworld "has dedicated itself to the decidedly non-creative task of governing it. This has included hearing complaints from longtime residents, cleaning up 250 tons of debris, and dealing with septic-tank problems. Most of the work is being performed by two of its prop masters, who now live there full-time with their five chickens." Spiegelworld founder Ross Mollison told the Wall Street Journal, “Imagine it’s 'Schitt’s Creek,' but owned by a circus.” "
Best CBD I bought that was associated with AG was bought at Nipton from the young couple who had the little building around the corner from the Trading Post. Very nice couple, who really believed in their products, which by the way, worked.
They've been gone for awhile, last time I went to Nipton, a massage parlor had replaced the CBD shop.
Need to go back to Nipton, has AG cut all ties there?
Give yourselves a pat on the back. Per Skye, cd borrowing down 70% this year! Profits are sure to follow/sarc.
Finally a real money making way to use the AG vending machine!
This is no joke.
Sell N95 masks to help protect against the Covid19 virus.
Vending machine in China selling 2 N95 masks
Don't forget the N95 mask price has exploded upwards.
Lindel, are you listening?
Yeah and then it was reported here that Shearin had a dui and was let go.
Your CANX portfolio DOWN 38% DUE TO ONE 250 SHARE TRADE!
Nipton definitely foreclosed on and no longer contributing to AG bottom line.
Actually it never provided a penny even to the bottom line.
Prove me wrong.
Anybody who read a few posts here has no excuse for going ahead and putting any money into this. * Unless you are a convertible debenture holder.
Nipton visit 1/23/2010
First good news! Jim the Mayor is still working at the Nipton Trading Post.
He remembered me from past visits. I did not ask anything about AG.
Now for other things of note.
The AG sign is still standing roadside on the way into town. The tipis are still standing(along with the "artwork from Burning Man?) with one tipi just the stick frame in process of repair.
The classic cars are on the other side of the road parked together behind a private property sign. Speaking of which, there are posted private property signs all along the road on both sides.
I walked from the railroad tracks on the west end of town out to the solar field on the east side. I did not see any reference to CannAwake anywhere, not in the trading post either. The spartan trailers lot now has other type trailers in it, but there is what appears to be a spartan trailer at the other end of town. It might be rented out, It did seem like more of the old homes there might be inhabited and the rv park is now on the north side of the street. I could see several rvs parked there- lots of private property signs at the street.
The Whistle Stop Cafe was open and someone told me the Nipton Brewery beer is available inside. The pavers are still there where planted and blank ones are avialable inside the trading post.
The CBD Shop run by the young couple is gone but there is a massage parlor now at that location. Note that there is a small selection of cbd products available inside the Trading Post as well as lottery.
The AGM dispenser is still in the Trading Post at the same location where in the past Mr. Smalls demo'd it for me and the hotel is now the Hotel California. The AGM is labelled PawPuddy on the front and has a display of products available, unfortunately all out of stock. There was still a small amount of AG swag still available. I must emphasize that unlike in the past, American Green isn't plastered all over the place now.
There were a couple of new art pieces outside, a giant octopus on the north side of the road and some giant flowers by the flagpole. I visited once and a few days later drove through the town and both times there were people there so it is getting some business.
I am going to put up some photos and maybe video to my blog, no ads etc,
and if there is interest, I will put the link to the post here, hopefully to be done in a couple of days.
Before I forget, Jim told me that the circular art is made of supermarket shopping carts welded together and when the wind blows, some sort of musical tones come from the art.
All in all, a nice visit.
Short video of AG's new chef.
Somebody probably just broke wind ahead of you.
Hope they were drinking that new AG cbd water.
Waiting to figure out which shell to burn imo.
A great story about a day trader's good luck.
Technically not about Erbb but this should be of interest to the day traders here plugging away.

An incredible opportunity for you to lose your total investment.
What's next if they ignore the notice?
22% so far. Down.
Most laughable argument for AG ever.
Wonder how many public companies have received virtually all of their revenue the last 20 years via share selling, i.e. convertible debentures?
Thanks for the link, great stuff, double decker outhouse!
I, and quite a few others, believe ERBB exists only to sell shares. Their lack of success for doing any other profitable activities the last 20 years sure makes it appear that we are right.
Difference is Dow companies have audited financials. ERBB does not.
So who do you trust?
This is a city like Booger Hollow, Arkansas is. By the way, Booger Hollow's population, per the sign, is 7 countin' one coon dog.
Do they have Nipton beat?
Yeah, a pink sheet getting a "good" start after 20 years of promising with no results, except for what, 4 reverse splits?
I am convinced that dumping Steph- en was the dumbest thing Jacobs and Gwyther ever did while running this company.
Hydr8 was founded by Gary Wilkos, former allstar athlete, whose college career ended after he took a traumatic hit to the spine in a game. Michelle was the co-founder.
My research shows that it may be an "Eneco Refresh" company, which is a 20 million dollar small cap in Australia, ASX:ERG that is owned by Eneco Holdings in Japan, a major player.
I am thinking that the links coming up may be due to the "Hydr8" name. There are plenty of references to that name that refer to bottled water from different companies so the Eneco reference may not be correct. In fact, it may be a mistake by Google. A red herring.
More information on Gary Wilkos. He is the president of Ticket Media Corp in Las Vegas. Middle initial R. On True People Search, it is Gary L Wilkos but with possible other middle initial L.
Ticket Media is well known in Vegas.
For the benefit of the newbies, can you explain that last statement?
Nipton is a dream. Tyson is the real deal. Folks you don't have to believe me just google Tyson Ranch.
But I do admire your zeal.
If AG had been serious about making Nipton a pot mecca perhaps they might followed this guy's example:
The Reinvention of Mike Tyson: How he's Rewriting His Story with Cannabis
True People Search, free Android app, serves up address. Google street address for street view, links to Zillow which has 28 photos. Nice pool house.
Google Earth shows what looks like a Uhaul 32 ft truck parked in front of the house. No idea when the satellite took the photo.
As the Dow plummets, some investors are fleeing to safety, such as that which $CANX provides
What a real marijuana vending machine and company look like.

If a movie was made, I'd have Stephen Shearin play the Colonel.
I am disappointed by that news. A nice young couple ran it, I hope they didn't lose everything.
They came in when SS was running things.
If any stock needed to be hated, this is the one.
The only ones making bank are insiders and convertible debenture holders??
Do you have any idea how many investors from this very board have called in and to date NADA has been done about the AG practices?
They even went through the 2 year CHILL- ERBB the stock that keeps on giving- to the convertible note holders that is.
Latest from Lindel Creed in yesterday's weekly email from AG:
"KIOSKS
From the desk of Lindel Creed
President of Automated Dispensing
American Green, Inc
Why do I need a self-check out?
Speed, Convenience and well it is just what consumers do today.
I was in Vegas a month or so ago and went down to the dispensaries, and you know what I did for the 1st 10 to 20 min, stood in line waiting patently as the very nice budtender spoke to a person who had a ton of questions.
Don’t get me wrong I was that person with a ton of questions at some time also and I am glad that bud tender took their time and explained and answered all my questions but now I am more educated and just want to grab my stuff and go.
The self-check-out kiosks are a great way for certain items such as vape pens or pre-rolls or eatables can be dispensed to us whom do not want to wait in line for a bud tender.
As more and more states come online and more and more people visit the limited number of dispensaries or stores that are allowed to sell these great products, well more and more lines form.
Now I am not the only one that was waiting in line and many were not so patent as I was as one person even said wow ya know what would be great, if they had a vending machine to sell what I wanted and go.
The person was back about 4 people so I did not get a chance to explain that there is just such a system and American Green makes it.
The American Green AGM is such a versatile system and it comes in many different configurations to accommodate package size and needs.
The AGM comes as a top of the line Pro Model with Age Verification that is truly state of the art and not just some phone app that, well we all know how phone sharing is, about as easy as ID sharing.
The age verification on the AGM is done by way of bio metric vein verification and that you can not share with anyone as its either your bio read or no ones.
The AGM does not just come in one choice, it comes with or without temp control and can be with or without the 32” touch screen.
If you have not seen such a machine well take a look at our Kiosks page.
Here you can download a brochure and if you need a lease option just download the application.
The AGM is truly a selling kiosk as it can have a 32” full touch screen that gives you an area to run ads and promos on products.
It also can give you full back end sales reporting and even email you when products are low or machine needs attention.
With so many products on the market today don’t let your brand get lost next to everyone else’s, stand out and give your brand the marketing it deserves with full kiosk branding and full 32” display that grabs ones attention and lets customers interact with your products.
Product descriptions and promo events are all available with the use of the AGM pro.
Like any other business you have business equipment that is located inside your store to sell products and promote products, let the AGM be that item that sets your store apart from others.
Need to hire another person because your store is so busy? Put in the AGM system and it pays for itself in less time than another employee.
Take a look at the complete AGM line and if you need something even less flashy but still want to do automated dispensing ask about our refurbished basic machines at much less money to get you started.
Please let me know how I can assist,
Lindel Creed

Probably thinking she is going to be moving back to Nipton soon. I hear they are in need of some good management.
Wow, look at all the Zazzz machines in the warehouse.
Just search the Spencer Mountain Road address on Google.
Those solar mirrors on both side of the road were there before Nipton was even in escrow. I'm talking years.
