P.O.S.
This has turned out to be one of the worst investments I've ever made, now we do a private placement at all time lows, just perfect.
Time for Chris to sell CMRZF to someone with deep pockets.
I agree way too much talk we need offtake agrements, they have sent out samples and have the data we need action.
Any idea what is holding up Q4 and end of year numbers??
SG Blocks Inc.'s shares rose 8.2% after hours to $5.82 after the company gave its preliminary fourth-quarter and fiscal 2020 outlook.
The construction engineering company, which designs and makes container-based structures, expects revenue for the December quarter to be no less than $5 million, compared with $337,000 in the comparable period a year earlier.
For the year ended Dec. 31, 2020, SG Block estimates revenue will be no less than $6.5 million, higher than the $3 million in revenue it reported in the previous year.
The company said it will reschedule its earnings release for March 25 after the market close, citing delays in its financial review and auditing due to an outbreak of positive Covid-19 cases in its finance and accounting department. It previously scheduled the release of its results for Wednesday.
Leaving your money here is dead money, nothing going on for months and that's if they can fix the CO2 problem.
I would think that the second makes the most sense, the RS won't be until another 8 months or so no reason this won't move to the $14-$15 range then if they do a RS it will bring in institutional investors and the price will go up.
What copper sales?? With this CO2 problem nobody knows when we will see any production.
have you called IR? last time I talked to him I was told we would have a copper sale in feb well that never happened.
I know exactly how the process works, I was making a statement about integrity and accountability which this company lacks, there is no reason why shareholders aren't updated on production in a timely manner it seems as if they are always hiding something.
So Monday starts March and we got no sales of copper in January or February after IR said for sure we should have a sale in February, really getting hard to believe anything that they say.
So does anybody know if we are actually still producing any copper sure does seem like a long time since our first shipment
So why hasn't there been another shipment?? If they are ramping up production no reason shipments are going at a regular rate.
The project is sound, the people in charge don't give a shit about shareholders.
Management sucks! why didn't they wait until they had another shipment let the stock price move up on the news and then do a privet placement at a much higher price which would mean less dilution.
That's what I like to see!!
I'm good with holding, no need to sell now this is bonus money.
I have to agree it sure looks and acts like a shell purchase/merger. For them to complete anything they need to buy back majority of shares floating around at a very low price, that is why retail can't buy. Hold for now and lets see what it is worth to whomever is buying the shares.
Keep us posted...thanks
I have to say I've never heard that strategy but with the amount of shares you have if this breaks into the pennies your strategy would gain you a very nice profit.
From what others are saying it seems that retail can"t buy so it must be Institutions. Now I can't say that's for sure or not.
Crazy how all of a sudden a dead stock will start trading again.
I only have 200,000 left from a long time ago but if it could get into the pennies from nothing I would take it and run.
27.56M traded....0006 don't know what is going on but would love to see it continue.
there is a bid for 156,680,000. someone wants to get all the shares...why???
Very good article.
There is 46,680,000 and 17,121,779 on the bid???? WTF
What part??
Management isn't going to address the article, bad PR move I believe by saying nothing possible investors will believe what was written to be true.
The big question is how long did it take to produce 90,000lbs? They want to produce 25 mil a year which is 2.083 mil a month.
Over 500,000 shares dumped is not a couple of investors getting tired of this stock or wanting into something else when the avg for the two exchanges is 130,000 a day. The next press release is going to have numerous things that we aren't excepting and with how fast it went down today who knows where it will end up. The only decision is to dump it now or hope this is rock bottom and the news won't take it down to .50
Look at the volume, its more than 50% of the 10 day avg on the OTC and its trading 3 times more shares than the 10 day avg on the TSX.
There has to be some inside news that normal investors aren't getting but insiders are it's the only way to explain this massive selloff.
I agree with Lack of marketing/visibility but I have talked to IR and we have the acid supply, and if we get tighter lockdowns everywhere then it would make the price go up since supply is down. So they need to hire back all the people that were let go or find replacements, get more wells going, show production and do a better job marking this. Management should have been ahead of this no reason we aren't running at 50% of the wells and producing at a steady pace, after a year of doing nothing but working on the wells this is unacceptable.
You do understand that a mining company is not a regular company? There is a mining cycle and charts mean nothing, the share price is driven by what stage the mine is in and the demand and value of what you are mining. We are past the de-risking stage and are into production according to management copper is at 10 year highs and demand is high, no reason we shouldn't be seeing a steady upward trend.
HOW in the HELL does a mining stock drop when the mine starts to produce??This is when the stock price shoots up and the commodity that we are producing is in high demand.
I agree with you no reason for them not to be ramping up production, everything is in place and they have been testing the wells all last year and we were told that any problems were addressed and taken care of.
Above 10,000 would be great, the part that concerns me is management.
Waiting a year for them to come up to full production is definitely not worth it they have had an entire year when nothing was going on to get that field into operating order. So many other companies who's stock price will be moving up it would be stupid to have money doing nothing for a year here.
