My wife and very pregnant daughter and daughter in law left Columbus and should be landing at JFK shortly. If your in Bloomingdales or Nordstrom and smell hot plastic and see 3 beautiful women, especially one waddling around like a duck, you’ll know they’re my girls.
I’m still here waiting like everyone else.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas to all!
It seems like with approval it won't be "also ran" technology. Now if someone produces a formula that allows the drug to detect the level already consumed and render any rxcess useless, then Elite tech would possibly be considered "also ran", but until a major breakthrough I don't think so.
FYI, I have a drug pump implanted but still I am prescribed IR opioids for breakthrough pain and obviously are not ADF Formula, but with an ADF Formula would be able to supply an extra layer of protection against abuse.
koolaid, I'm still around and holding, I'm just not doing the day to day.
I am in the A category. I bought BPAX in January after the P3 trial failure and remain optimistic. JTFM and jeff make solid points why I believe. There's not many times you get a payday like the potential one we have coming. I was at a $9.16 PPS avg after the merger and bought and sold several times while it made its way through the $20's $30's and $40's. It was gambling and I got lucky.
The 1500 shares I just sold will hopefully bite me in the ass. I'm here for the duration.
Good Luck to all.
Greetings all old timers. I'm still in although I did sell 1500 shares Monday to get my wife a car she's always wanted. I've had my last surgery in Feb and decided to spend most of 2018 in WPB and taking trips back to the farm as needed. This will be one of very few summers away in almost 60 yrs but it's time. I'll still maintain ownership but daily operations will go to my nephew and 2 long time employees.
I've been checking in here and keep hoping to see some news on Libigel. Hopefully something is in the works as JTFM has found indications pointing to possibly something going on. With the No Act filings we retail holders are kinda left in the dark as to what's actually being advanced in the pipeline or as far as deals go. I'm in for the duration or until we get a deal on Libigel. Maybe selling those shares will bite me in the ass and the share price runs or we get a deal soon. I'll host a huge party at either the farm or WPB when that day comes.
As always Good Luck To All!
Pete
Kenny!!! Good to see you. Hope all is well, get down to WPB.
I agree, Libigel and GVAX are unrealized assets that have gotten no real mention of a plan moving them forward. JTFM has what I consider to be a solid handprint of Abbvie involvement in Libigel, and there are clinical trials for GVAX but why is there no mention from ANIP? I guess a gag order is probable but there wasn't any value assigned to GVAX or Libigel during the merger. Hopefully something happens in the first 6 months of the New Year.
Happy Holidays from West Palm where it's about 65 degrees warmer here than Ohio. I wish a safe and prosperous New Year for all!
skarkey1, this particular pill mill was busted sometime back in May 2011 and is awaiting sentencing. Being it's a rural community there is no police force only 1 full time deputy sheriff for that part of the county. Scioto County Ohio is about 625 square miles with around 80k people. At one time there were 11 pill mills until the law was changed in 2011.
Elite with its ADF opioids could help keep problems like this from even beginning. Opioid abuse is at the forefront and Elite could be the tip of the spear. With the warning letter lifted approval for a couple of the ANDA's could be a short time away.
Hopefully Drs. like the one above are a thing of the past.
The FDA needs to step up the process or give priority to opioids with an Abuse Deterrent Formula. The following is the Dr running her "pill mill" which is about 15 miles from the farm. Sentencing has been postponed twice but is supposedly scheduled for January 2018. This is just the amount of pills she was pumping out and the part about her seeing 20 patients a day is very low. There would be 20-30 cars in her parking lot anytime I drove by.
The three are accused of dispensing a cocktail of diazepam, hydrocodone and oxycodone not for a legitimate purpose, and outside the scope of medical practice.
Investigators say Margaret and John would "examine" more than 20 customers per day and would provide large amounts of prescription medications to the customers who they likely knew where drug addicts who were diverting or selling the medication.
They say the Temponeras' would charged at least $200 per office visit, only accepted cash, and would not accept insurance payments.
When Temponeras' license was suspended, the DEA alleged that between January 1, 2007 and November 3, 2009, she made over 3,000 unauthorized distributions of controlled substances. They also say she ordered more than 800,000 dosage units of various oxycodone products in 2010 alone.
I'm sure you would, not sure how Nasrat would feel about it though.
I can state for a fact the acetaminophen in an opioid does not deter snorting. Having worked in the construction trades for ove 36 years I have seen it all. Guys snorting Percocet, Norco and any other opioid they could get their hands on. Hell I've even seen them snort Xannax and Valium but that's a different problem altogether. While I'm happy that Elite has their ANDA's filed for those drugs, obviously the end game is to market the ADF opioids and once the FDA is confident that big pharma is ready with their Abuse Deterrent Formula opioids then they'll decide that acetaminophen really isn't a deterrent, but not until the big boys catch up with us.
I'm not going anywhere for a while. I too see so much untapped potential that whether there's a deal now or not with everything going as it is the sp will grow organically. Btw I jumped in right after the failed Libigel trial.
Conix, I'm not so sure about the big drop but do agree the ELTP will be a candidate for tax loss sell off. I'm sure there are many here underwater but not all of us that have held. Thanks for all of your help in the past and am hope you remember when you helped with anip (at $22) and where it is now. Thanks a couple hundred thousand times over!!!
Yes. I am confident in my investment here and believe most of the heavy lifting has been done and now it's just a matter of the next 12-18 months of waiting for everything to get buttoned up. I hoped you looked at ANIP.
A few more days of gains like this and I'll be able to pay for the house we bought in WPB. Let it run!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all here from West Palm Beach. 30* warmer here than back home now and it just gets better here the colder winter gets back home.
I'm not to crazy of letting my shares go unless we get north of the $242 that JTFM has mapped out. I wouldn't mind seeing a Libigel deal that triggers the CVR's and gives us a percentage and just letting our shares grow organically. What kind of money are we worth now? In 2 years?
I believe that Elite will be acquired for their tech. As soon as we get a drug approved, be it an extended release or instant release using our patented 2 bead system and show that it really works and that it can be manufactured that we will either get a partner or a new owner. Elite would be a good buy for a pharma that's was wanting to get into the pain treatment segment.
N2k, loads of great info to read as we continue our trip to WPB for the winter. Although my wife is scarring the piss out of me driving, she's not used to the extra length of her new escalade esv. We needed the room for the dogs because there is no way I'm going to be 5 months without our dogs. JTFM on the ani board has loads of info and signs of abbvie hands all over it. I've been in from Dec 2012. Seeking alpha article last month or so.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. We are hosting dinner for our new neighbors, they found out the big ol long haired tattooed hippie with the loud Harley isn't a bad guy after all.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING to ALL!!!!
i have to agree. Elite has o be able to get the drugs out. It doesn't do any good to make 6 million units if there is no way to get them out. As far as buyouts or mergers go look at the history of BPAX and what good can happen from reverse splits and a reverse merger with ANIP and now looking to be acquired. I mention it because I'm there and it's story is somewhat similar to Elite, small R&D, one product, one failed P3 trial, I think you can see the similarities. May be interesting to you n2k with your m a experience. Upside.
And that's why I still sit back waiting for the pieces to start falling into place. My total investment along with being lucky enough to take profit a few times allows me to be more tolerant of the time line. Do I wish everything was already in place? Yes. Do I believe that it will happen? Yes. Once the warning letter is closed out and we get the first ANDA approval then it could be an approval about every quarter or so and then things really pick up once we can get our generic OxyContin.
A simple link to a claim from the original poster is the normal protocol. If you make the claim provide the source, it's done in peer review articles and other published media.
Happy to help out
"OxyContin is the deadliest drug of all. An opiate found in such painkillers as OxyContin and Percocet, it's prescribed after surgeries and car wrecks, and to people in chronic pain. ... To be so deadly, it's a wonder they let the likes of it out of the lab, let alone prescribe it for pain relief!"Dec 28, 2011

I don't understand who is guaranteeing stock price futures? Is it through a broker? Surely you're not suggesting that a random poster on a public message board guaranteed a certain price and you believed it? You really should be happy with a guarantee...you're getting $2.10 out of those .40 shares. After all a guarantee is a guarantee.
"Im not buying at .35,I'm still going to wait until it breaks out over .40." I wonder how that strategy is working out. Next time try buy low sell high, works like a charm.
I had KERX back in fall of 2012 at 2.16 or so and jumped out at around12.00 early Dec 2013 on the run up of the drug for dialysis Auryxia. I wish I had a lot more than I did but still happy with what I got. I haven't followed it much since then. Last I looked it was in the 5 buck range.
Catty, I was listed...just incognito.

Great words of wisdom. Hearing you lay it out like you did reassures me I've made the right decision. I hold a large stake here and have said on different occasions that I had reached my goal for the number of shares I own and I have always added. Im coming up on another milestone as far as number of shares I hold and after this one I am done. With mine, my grandkids education acct, my 2 kids, my brother and brother in laws shares, we have a rather large position and we all are waiting.
Yeah right...and after the raping and pillaging of grandma and her medicine cabinet I suppose they go shoot up marijuana leaving needles everywhere. A little reading would go a long way.
Grab a few more down here.
$57K isn't going anywhere. He waited 90 days to make a limited declaration of emergency 90 days and 10,000 overdose deaths later. Fund the FDA for a special department to prioritize and expidite the review of ADF opioids, brand or generic, for any current and future filings for the next 180 days and make it easier to get treatment. Any Dr can prescribe opioids but to prescribe Suboxone a Dr needs 8 additional hrs training to get a special DEA number so they can track Suboxone, the treatment drug. It just seems harder to get the treatment than the problem.
Stock mom Elites ADF opioids are just as habit forming as the non ADF opioids. The advantage of Elites ADF opioids are the high barriers to abuse. Those abusing Elites ADF opioids are basically wasting their money and taking a chance of being put into withdrawal.
All opioids can be habit forming, with Elites opioids there is the added safety of being abuse deterrent.
BB I found it interesting that the Fools article didn't mention them having the sleeper that could potentially be worth more than the generic and brand name drugs combined.
Elite should try to pick up an ANDA for Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and Naloxone Hydrochloride Sublingual Tablets, the generic of Suboxone, the drug used to treat opioid dependency. I know a few people who have either got their kids into a Suboxone treatment program or are in the program itself. I believe with more access to care, a generic in the space would be a solid performer.
What drug is Der Fuehrer talking about taking off the market? OxyContin, Fentanyl? Taking those off the market isn't going to stop anything. Seems like what's needed most is education, more access to treatment and safer opioids. Elite can help in the fight with it ADF formulas but that's not the total answer. Drs are going to have to spend more time with their opioid prescribed pain patients. They need to do more random drug screens along with the regularly scheduled ones, also calling patients in for a random pill count would also help. The blame is not all on Drs and the drugs themselves, the patient has a responsibility to take the medication as prescribed.
Good to hear alls well. As one that's been there a few times it's best to follow orders...oh and the Drs.orders too. Hopefully its a nice ride.
It's bullshit like that that makes it difficult for real chronic pain patients receive proper care. Drs are hesitant to prescribe opioids that could make a difference in a persons quality of life. It's one of the main reasons I had a drug pump implanted. I now see my dr for a refill about every 6 weeks and have had no real problems after the initial adjustments to get the most relief out of the least amount of drug. This eases the mind of drs because the patient has no control over the drug other than twice a day I can get a smaller amount for breakthrough pain but after I get the first one the second one won't release for 8 hrs after the first with only 2 within a 24 hour period.
Good luck to all
JTFM
Do you think the CVR's would still be listed in our account if there was no chance of future value? ANIP spent more than 2.5mil?
Lol JTFM that 10 billion for CVR's would be just fine with me. I wouldn't mind being a CVR multi millionaire, or any kind of multi millionaire for that matter.
I think they know it's better to pay the 50 mil than to take a chance in court, hell I don't think I'd take that chance and I have and do like to gamble. I believe you figured the CVR's value at $2.05 or so. That'd be a nice pop calculated on BPAX number of shares.
