It's still morning here, novice. So I'll just say...
Aloha!...
Hey alltheway,
Did you get my last message?
Alltheway, I'm going disguised...
Maybe as a person of middle eastern decent looking for a taco bell (yo quiero taco bell!) How will that fly in the prc lol... you know I am just kidding but please verify that the email was you.
Aloha,
Sheik Triple M
Hey Novice,
That was you right? Not an imposter? I need to verify.
Thanks!
Hey alltheway,
Or anyone else who wants to reach me. Use my alias here at outlook dot com.
Ok I'm bored on the plane so...
I'm just wondering if I'm out taking pictures and video of pharmaceutical shipping warehouses in the prc, am I going to be arrested and thrown in a prison camp for 'spying' for the NSA or CIA? Keep an eye on the news and please help me if you hear of such an arrest.
Aloha!
I'm not wanting to meet Wang to get inside information. I may be able to help him and I want him to know what I can bring. If I have to file as an insider to accomplish this, I'm willing to do so.
Southside-r not Southside, there not their...
Sorry typing on a plane isn't easy sometimes.
She's a native Southside... we were their when the sox won the world series... it went nuts in the Irish part of town! We visit often, love Chi Town.
Yes but I will be back to the Southside Village of Oak Lawn in December for Christmas and my brother in-law's wedding on Dec. 27th.
The weirdest thing just happened to me.
So I'm on a flight back to Hawaii running late I stopped near the gate and got Chinese food to take on the flight (I'm currently using inflight wifi). So I finish eating then open my fortune cookie and what fortune do I get? See the picture bellow.
See if you can zoom in and read the fortune... yah, the 'FAR East'!!!!
I will look out for everything you suggest if I decide to go. Pictures and video will be taken.
I already have the trip planned out if I decide to pull the trigger... miles will get me a free roundtrip from HNL to Taiwan on Hawaiian Airlines. From there lots of flights to Hong Kong and then into Kunming. I can do it for less than 1% of what I have invested in FCPG. I'm close to making a decision.
If I do it, I will not announce it until after. I want there to be an element of surprise... could be next week, next or the next. No one will know when or where until it's done. I would also bring pre-translated letters explaining who I am, proof of my position, and what I may have to offer
We'll See!!!
You make good points!
Which is why I want to see for myself.
They said they would make their decision on or before the end of October. They didn't say when they would announce it! It could be a few days or even a week before we see an 8k.
Living in Hawaii, I'm very familiar with the Asian culture. I have some friends working on a translated letter. We will see if proof of over 2% ownership buys me 30 minutes of Wang's time. And I can bring a lot more to the table too, financially, only if this company becomes more transparent.
7 goals if I decide to visit Kunming City:
1) Have a great time no matter what.
2) Hire an interpreter to drive me wherever I go (not hard in the prc… many college students need extra cash).
3) Check out the fcpg operations, incognito style (I need to research all known addresses they use).
4) Attempt to meet with Mr. Wang (with my interpreter) as I may have something to offer.
5) Visit as many pharmacies throughout Yunnan as possible and ask management who their supplier is and/or if they’ve heard of Wang’s company.
6) Provide real time updates each day I am there.
7) Get home alive and well (actually, this should be #1).
Thinking about it oltimer, see next post...
Where are you today, alltheway?
Are you sleeping? Did you take on a night time job so you can buy more shares?
I know it wasn't you selling on Friday because it was the MM.
No, She's not manipulating the market... She got scared!
Remember, it is highly unlikely the MM has any more info about fcpg than we do. Get caught 'holding the bag' on a Chinese company with no financials and no auditing firm and you are the laughing stock of your company!!!
Yes, even the MMs get scared. Lose your companies money and you are done! It's evident in all the selling on Friday followed by the backing off, big spread (% wise).
Oh and before you ask me how I know the MM is a she... Because if it's a he, then HE has no balls!
Good Morning to you too, novice and David,
I fully agree with both of you!
Although right now I'm more interested in the trading patterns of this stock.
Who unloaded on Friday? MM games?... I don't think so!
SELL now while you have a chance!
Remember my post to you last year, alltheway?
Notice how the date matches the numbers on my alias...

Hey alltheway,
You got it wrong. I live on the Island of Maui... that's why I said a 'hop, skip, and a jump' or maybe it's better to say a 'skip, jump, and a hop!'
Hau'oli Ka La Ho'ola'a!
I'm serious alltheway, I'm a dual resident in Arizona and Hawaii. I'll be back at my house in Hawaii in November... from there it's just a hop, skip, and a jump!
Aloha!!!
I bet a few of us combined hold a very large percentage of this company and with that comes power to some extent (at least in the form of voting). I'd like to go to China and pay Mr. Wang a visit. At least see for myself what is going on.
Someone saw all the bids (my self included on those bids) and decided to unload!!!
Thanks alltheway,
I am trying to figure out this activity.
My trading software is having trouble loading time and sales data... Who has the link for the online time and sales?
Hey novice, excellent DD with following up!!! I also agree with David, Pack and your analysis... It has to be any time now.
Also seems to be a little selling at the bid today... lucky for some of us!
The ask is coming down too... someone unloading a few shares out there?
Here's what I think they are doing since there is low volume...
Last week and this week I put several Good Till Canceled buy orders in at different price points... above the bid, at the bid and below the bid. My order above the bid became the bid that they posted. Within a few hours I got a small partial fill but the rest of the order sat there unfilled and also they weren't posting it as the highest bid... In fact, it didn't appear on the board at all even though it was an open GTC order. But the next price point down was also my order and it did show as the highest and ONLY bid at that price. It sat there for a day or two and although sells were being executed at my bid price, my higher bid (.7 cents higher) and my other bid (the only one posted at the time) weren't being filled. Finally the next day, once they had enough shares they picked up at lower prices, they filled both my higher bid and my bid which was at the time the current highest bid. But they did not fill my lowest bid.
So in short, since most of us are buying at the bid, when a sell comes along they are filling it to themselves at a lower price, then later selling it to one of us at our bid (higher).
That's probably right... another 10% drop...
Although I think I finally figured out what the MMs are doing!
MM GAMES AGAIN!
MMs are playing games. I've had GTC buy orders in for days now that haven't been filled
Alltheway, you've been called a paid pumper and a fiddle tout or something like that from jk and lto. Others have called you a liar, short, accused you of working for fcpg and having multiple aliases. I'd take all the name calling and accusations with a grain of salt if I were you. And if you do get any other information, please don't withhold it. Some do appreciate that you share it but take it with a grain of salt too. Thanks!
Good observations lanob, and a very succinct analysis. Obviously we can only speculate as to how this reorganization will be structured. Imo the financials will be strong and an HK listing will be a huge positive. Let's just hope there is no dilution involved in the restructuring. Since fcpg is an otc pink stock, the primary listing will have to be on the HK unless they can list on a US exchange first which is unlikely. The big question for me now is will they have to dilute to get shares listed in HK?
Well Alltheway, first off Doug says "you really do not understand the purpose of a dual listing." as if he and/or the company has already mentioned it... the method they will use to move to HK is what we (or at least I) have been trying to figure out. But assuming he is actually in the know and is being honest, then this raises many, many more questions which I don't have time to get into now. For a small example, whose shares will actually move to HK or will they dilute our shares so that they can issue HDRs and raise more cash through an offering of HDRs in HK? Also, since the OTC isn't actually an exchange, they can't have a secondary listing in HK. So are they looking to list on a US exchange first? Many more running through my head but no time now... thanks for posting that email though!!!
That is a good possibility and I hope that is what they do. But I just don't understand why they don't release the financials unless keeping the price down somehow benefits them. If they have financials audited by Rotenberg strong enough to get them listed in HK then this stock takes off imo. As dmg says, there is no way the financials aren't complete... so why not release them?
Declaring bankruptcy here wouldn't help them get to the HK since they would need 3 years of strong financials to list there. But withholding the financials from us and keeping the share price down could help them imo. I have been researching methods of listing on the HK and there is no direct path to the main board unless moving from gem. It seems that cash through an initial sale will have to be involved. Even using an ADR they would first have to list in HK then a sponsoring institution here would have to buy shares and list them here as adr.
PART of my chat session with my broker (and please read below):
Customer: Hi Chris, I have an otc-market stock in my account that may be seeking a move to the Hong Kong Exchange. I got this information through a reposted email I saw from an associate of the company. They are a Chinese company and because of the negative association from all the scam reverse-merger stocks, they feel they can do better in Hong Kong. Since I am not familiar with this process, I'm not sure if my stock will be replaced with stock on the HK exchange. If it is, will I be able to trade this stock on the HK exchange through my account?
AgentChris F.: That is an excellent question. Give me one moment to type a response.
Customer: ok
AgentChris F.: Generally, the same stock would not be listed as it would occur as some type of reorganization. You would not be able to hold the stock in your account if it does trade on the Hong Kong exchange. If you do have a specific stock in question, you can certainly call us and we can verify if there is any type of reorganization on the security.
AgentChris F.: You may also wish to contact the company's investor relations to verify if this will occur and how they will do this reorganization.
IR??? LOL!!!
I'm still trying to get information on how the process of moving from a U.S. security to the HK will occur. I'm not sure if we will get HK stock to replace our existing stock or not... It would depend on how Wang structures the reorganization. The only information I have been able to find and/or heard involves buying back the stock then relisting in HK all in one move. I sure hope this is not why Wang is not releasing the financials and keeping the share price down. David or anyone else, do you have any information or examples of how we might move to HK?
Hey Red... just don't make any jokes using the names Wang, Wong, Dong or Lo. I don't want you to get sued like that tv station in California.
