You were right about the former management, but I have a feeling it might have went back to before the last bunch as far as mismanagement.
If this is indeed the end of the line, I put just short of 10,000 into this sad situation. This is the first time an investment of mine has ever went to zero. I have registered losses but never totally. After seeing some of my fellow investors holdings or at least what was said was invested I can consider myself fortunate.
Does it have anything to do with one party having more financial resources than the other? I've seen this happen before in our judicial system.
They did not take a picture, not as secure as that courtroom was and we both know the trouble they had to go to just to enter the courthouse. These guys are communicating circumstances and giving the illusion that one of them took a picture. I say they are bluffing or else they would post it on this site.
Sirhaggus, or other esteemed colleagues did I hear that right?
Thanks for the schedule, it is possible if not likely that this will proceed to trial based on the fact that one of the T Mobile lawyers was challenging the interpretation of auto switching and whether a jury could understand it. That was the only reference I heard about a jury.
I'll have to concur with everything sirhaggus described in his posts. You did miss the first two arguments and maybe more. I will ask you if you thought it was respectful to the United States showing up at a federal courthouse in shorts and sandals. I was sitting with sirhaggus and he was hammering that ipad so I would say his note taking was spot on. We tried to talk to you during break and after hearing but you were kind of standoffish.
I wish all shareholders could meet Sirhaggus and talk with him for a few minutes. He completely changed my perspective on this company and the reasons for the total failure on all levels. My opinion is that our lawyers did not stumble at all and made an excellent presentation of facts. I think they hit it out of the park. Wonder what happened to original lawyers?
I enjoyed meeting you and getting a rundown of the history of the company. Stuff I had no idea was going on. I want to commend you on your high integrity and ability to take notes like you did as I got a little behind on the technical aspects of the arguments. In my opinion the T Mobile lawyers must be thinking that it's going to jury trial because they were wanting the definition of continuos service to be ruled in their favor so that a jury could understand. I made it home about thirty minutes ago and shed that suit and tie. I trust you to keep all of us informed and now have no doubt you're the MAN!
Sir H, I will try to meet you at the courthouse around eight in the morning. Hope you are enjoying the cool weather. It had been super hot.
I want to warn all those who will be driving in Marshall about the intersections, they have cameras and they use them to issue tickets. We were driving to Houston three years ago and were traveling through Marshall at one of the intersections , we had the green but as we were proceeding the traffic stopped in front of us, stalling us while light turned red. I was issued a ticket in the mail two weeks later. Marshall is not one of my favorite towns in my home state.
I will be driving from Texarkana Tx. I don't know any of ya'll, but I'll be the big ugly one.

Hope to see you also Sir H.
See you there I hope, since it is only fifty miles from my home. Don't worry about the ones that rejected your offer of information, they will read it anyway.
We got a nest with eggs, no chickens, so don't count them until this receiver proves that he can't be bought and paid off like the alleged misdeeds of Texas judges that has been posted here without any foundation of fact. DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS.
David Williams did not file suit to do us shareholders a favor by putting us in receivership. That was an unplanned result of trying to regain the stranglehold and gridlock he caused. In my opinion we were headed in the right direction with the hire of the Tech Officer, so I would not be patting any backs in a pre-concieved victory
It might surprise you that friendly judgements can be purchased in the other forty-nine states as well. It is a sad example of legal and moral deterioration.
Ok, your insight is above reproach.
Respectfully sir, he did not. They have been convicted of nothing yet. If you was not guilty of the same thing you said HOT was I apologize.
Go back pre-receivership when you had Turrini and Pierce ready to hang, I don't have time.
I don't remember what you responded to me about, but you should be an expert on non-verifiable charges since you have slung a few around.
I concur. I got to get busy.
I did, and it can be perceived that it was a statement made in the context of the first and second sentence since it was a sentence by itself. I was told. We don't have much going on do we? HA HA
#56165
Go back and look at post#56162 Sir H. He said I was told. Is it any harder believing that than the unfounded allegations against the former officers that millions of dollars disappeared under their watch?
He said it was told to him. Why would it be so hard to believe it considering the evidence that was presented in the Delaware litigation?
I pick and choose information to believe just like you and others with the siphoning of millions from the company that it never had. That is laughable and delusional.
I always thought he was the most crooked of the former BOD. Thanks for giving me a little case of satisfaction and vindication evan though things look grim for us.
I hope you are right about final pps, that would be a fandango for me at .08 with 80,000 shares. I remain skeptical that I break even.
He meant first amendment, I hope.
Selling that office furniture might cover the costs, maybe?
I don't know.
Yes, now we still need to sell that office furniture to ensure max returns.
You blindly left out loser Dave Williams.
Same for you!
It should not be a surprise that you and I disagree, but I do applaud management for trying to remove him legal or not. Thats how I feel about it, so go off about me not having integrity and I'm still waiting on your proof that Turrini and Pierce were in a backdoor deal with Diac where they benefited behind the scenes.
All I said was my average buy in was .08, I need the final liquidation share price to be that or above.
That judgement was vacated.
The final resolution will have to be .08 pps or above for me to keep from losing thousands. Thats the best I can hope for. Instead of having a portfolio in a company going after infringers and deals that would provide position and strength, I and everyone else is relegated to the agonizing wait for the final evaporation of company.
