Well, don't get poison ivy. lol
lol....yeah. Good times. Like going to summer camp and coming home with poison ivy.
lol...this isn't the end. That was a while ago. This is just part of the process. When people give up and move on for good.
So far they have sales of $620 for 2019. Hold me back on this one. I got out a while ago. Won't be getting back in. Lots of hype and nothing to show for it.
Have to say though that the $620 is pretty impressive when compared to the $18 they made for all of 2018. rme
Their best chance of getting a hold of someone is by contacting Lee. If they don't have his email at FX1 or CPD, I'd write him. This thing ain't going nowhere any time soon.
Weight Watchers is being killed by Keto according to today's news. IMO it is not helping to have Freestyle points. I signed up for a 3 month account last year and cancelled 3 weeks in. I've been doing Keto since and am making it a lifestyle choice.
The problem with WW is that the Freestyle points allow you to eat unlimited amounts of Chicken, Fish, Fruits and Veggies. Unfortunately those have calories and its a crutch to fall back on.
Also, everything you need for Keto is free on the internet. My opinion only but this is the beginning to the end of WW. Even Atkins makes their information free and use their products to make money. People are not going to sign up for an account when the internet makes so much information free.
Even Oprah can't save this one.
FX1, partially owned by Kil Lee is keeping up on their business filings in Georgia. Just filed their Annual Registration Stmt.
Yes...this time lns. EOM
LOL...poptech you have the patience of a saint. Surprised to see you still here.
Someone is trying hard to keep this above a buck. Because they know that once it falls below a dollar it will be a free fall to the death.
My TALK shares are still in my etrade account. Last price .00001. Under value there's a little emoji ROFLAO.
PB thanks for keeping us up-to-date on all of these documents. This one appears to say that the judge will issue an order by October 3rd asking for information from the company so it appears that the order will be issued by October 3rd and then the company has so much time to respond.
Probably someone just looking to see if it's still alive or tradable.
So now Lee is a professional running a company with significant assets? Before when he was making almost 20 million a year or set to make almost 20 million a year the company was garbage and going under. LOL how times have changed.
Explain how they couldn't? I haven't seen the most recent fins but it appears you have. Can you be a dear and post them for us all to see? You're the best.
So you've seen the most recent financials?
Actually there is more evidence it has been settled than not. So...
Hmmm, I believe almost all of the debt had been settled with the exception of the last lawsuit. So....
Because Lee owns shares here...
Must be somebody that Lee knows. Thanks for taking a look.
Lee is still listed as president of Italk but he will as long as that document is online. Unless they change it his name will always be there regardless of whether it's revoked or permanently revoked. Have no idea where those guys are. Probably sitting here waiting like the rest of us because they didn't know anything either or couldn't do anything.
The SOS filing in FL says that managers of FX1 are Lee, Thomas Hahm, and Alejandro Montes, one of the owners of FL Auto Phone.
Anyone know who Thomas Hahm is?
No...I think KHC, that company owned by Lee...needed some credibility so they joined with Florida Auto Phone to create credibility in forming FX1.
Not sure if iTALK will have a part in this company in the future. It appeared that TMo was reluctant to work with iTALK. Not sure why...if it was Levy or Dea. They both are dumb as rocks when it comes to business.
The only way I see iTALK involved is if Lee and Florida mobile buy the iTALK shell after it is revoked. I think Lee still shares in iTALK doesn't he?
I think the two separate entities he's talking about are the two that are listed on the Secretary of State filing. I believe those are the company that took over the debtor owned by Lee and Florida mobile or something like that. But I don't think it had anything to do with Italk. I could be wrong. Nice find though.
Would be nice even if they were planning to pull the plug if they told us.
That's a great idea. I'll be curious to see if you get a response.
I may have missed your point but it seems like the talk symbol should have some value.
It will say a lot if the website is allowed to expire and not renewed. Should be the final nail IMO.
Still hanging around. I ck the board a few times a day for something new. Mostly out of boredom.
Was scrolling through my old portfolio of stocks that have kicked my ass and had to do a double take when I saw the 3.1mil. Not sure but it doesn't give me any hope that anything is going on here. I'm still cking the SOS filings and the only one that is active and in compliance is FX1.
Yeah...that and a phone booth to change into your superhero spandex. lol
Yep...that's about 95% of OTC stocks. Congrats for picking that low hanging fruit. Nom nom...
I agree 2stubborn. Bad thing is that it could actually take a while. And no one knows when it will actually happen if it does. But one piece of small news could actually send it upward. Might as well wait it out. IMO
Same reason ppl buy a lottery ticket or go to the casino. This is not brain surgery. The OTC is full of situations like this. It is what it is. Get over it.
I don't think anybody got into this with the intention of screwing anybody.obviously Glasgow purchase those shares or he wouldn't have had to file that form. Whether he sold them or not is completely up to him but he did purchase them at one point. Also Levy to try to work this out with Lee but there were too many issues that he didn't vet before he did the merger which then caused all the problems with the bankruptcy. To say that people intentionally went out to screw others and we sat there and let it happen to us didn't happen at all. It just didn't work out how everybody thought it would. Which is about 99% of the OTC.
None that I have seen. Even I talk leasing in Georgia is being allowed to just be defaulted.
None of the other stocks in the suspension order with TALK have been delisted either. Not sure if any are still trading but I imagine they could if someone wanted to trade them.
Looks like the second case closed today.
This seems like a likely outcome IMO. I am sure there will be a negotiation with debt holders of TALK if it does plan to reverse merge with UMS.
