Yeah, I get that garbage all the time in my Newlead alerts... It's a automated site that obviously hasn't cleaned up their site in a very long time!
More companies around $NEWLF being charged by the SEC...

Con artist Zolotas messed with the wrong guy when he tried to screw over Serge Turko!
I can't believe you're still in the denial stage...
Probably the same new documents I am reading right now. It will definitely take me all weekend to read all of them!
Zolotas is, or was, such a con artist! He should have been in prison years ago!
I just hope Serge Turko and his lawyers make Zolotas pay through the nose!
Transasia was a private company...
Thanks, but I followed this company and all of the court proceedings since 2014. I've seen all their SEC filings, which later turned out to be lies. I've seen court transcripts in which the Judge himself said that NEWLF was a scam when they were trying to keep some evidence marked as confidential because it would show that Zolotas was lying to investors...
So you see, while I appreciate the fact that you think I'm smart, it's really just because I paid attention!
Transasia is not taking over Newlead... Newlead is non existent with exception of those registered shares, which is over 3 billion. That's about $600,000 if you say they are all worth $0.0002 but most are actually worth $0.0001 and some as low as $0.000098. I don't think the shares are worth even $400,000 honestly. The company itself is worthless...
Transasia and creditors are trying to track down the money that Zolotas illegally gave to friends and family. With his involvement in the collapse of the Bank of Cyprus, Zolotas will probably be in a prison cell for a long time!
I don't think they have a future... Not as $NEWLF anyway! Zolotas has too many legal headaches. He may pop up somewhere a year down the road running another scam with Newlead's registered shares under another shell companies name, or a much smaller scam in his native Greece. He knows people forget in a couple of years!
Maybe he wants all his shares back to open a new scam... If he had to start over, it would cost him a bundle to register new shares, so he buys them back to go play another game somewhere else...
Could also be market makers dumping shares on unknowledgeable traders knowing they will soon be cancelled and worthless!
They haven't paid their attorneys! That's why they keep quitting...
$NEWLF is defunct... http://www.newleadholdings.com/index.php
Oh man, keep dreaming...
They haven't updated at all... They still don't have any ships listed, and the only place you can get the truth anymore is in court documents!
And what is it they are supposed to do with no ships and no money?
Is $NEWLF still trading? My ThinkorSwim platform can't find data on it anymore...
Yeah, I've been waiting for those documents that Zolotas wanted
marked as classified!
Cozen O'Conner (lawyers for Transasia) told Judge Ramos that there
were no trade secrets in those documents and that Zolotas was just
trying to hide their fraud from investors. Judge Ramos agreed and
released them to the public.
Only problem is, they are not available yet!
The documents that we'll be looking for are:
221 thru 232
234 thru 235
248 thru 251
254 thru 255
290
442 thru 447
477 thru 478
and 630
I don't have to get used to anything! I was here for several years trying to get people like you to understand that Newlead is a scam led by Zolotas, the con artist. Many didn't believe it then, but came back saying "I wished I had listened", and you will be no different...
Actually, it's Zolotas' past that will have him begging on the streets of Athens!
Sorry, tanks are bone dry...
I haven't checked into that one since last December! So there was finally an update... Thanks!
I used to be the mod on this board... That was before I saw the truth and followed the scam through the courts!
Common shares will become worthless even more so than they are now!
Ok, just for craps and giggles, let's use your made up dollar figure of $250,000...
$250,000 divided by 3,602,055,737 outsanding shares = $0.00006940481 per share price...
If you don't believe me, here it is!
https://www.google.com/#newwindow=1&safe=off&q=250,000+divided+by+3,602,055,737
That's $2,000 you'll never see again...
Yup, and then it will drop to $0.000098 and your fearless leader Top Penny will be the owner after buying all those shares of a empty shell company! No ships, no business...
Short??? Trust me, no one is short here! It's dead!
Like they say, there is a fool born everyday... Happy Birthday to you!
It's not that they didn't have the money to pay ship crews or even their debts. Zolotas hid the money by shuffling it between empty shell companies and giving it to family members to avoid paying it out in lawsuits. Cozen & O'Connor are keeping an eye on it I'm sure... At least $22m they will be paying in the Transasia lawsuit!
Thank you very much!
$NEWLF I'm thinking Zolotas is buying up all his shares so he can move them into another scam shell company...
I'm sure Cozen O'conner is watching the money to make sure Transasia, their client, gets their $12,000,000 from the lawsuit!
Wishful thinking? $NEWLF never released earnings in 2016... Why would they release one now when they have no ships?
Follow the Transasia vs. Newlead Holdings court trial...
LOL, that was $1,100 that traded hands! No, it's not good volume at all on a stock trading at $0.0001
And today, only $250 changed hands!
Zolotas being back, I'm sure he's working some kind of scam, but he has to be careful... Transasia's lawyers are watching real close to follow the money. They will want their $12,000,000 and the case hasn't even got to the jury trial yet to show Newlead Holdings is a scam!
