couldn't agree more
I had to fill out a "Worthless Securities" form for my broker to make the transaction official - now I can use the loss for tax year 2013.
What took them so long!?
Why do you think they do that?
I don't think the company is "basically" dead. It appears to be dead, dead, dead. No evidence to the contrary.
"Say CCME is 60% real with 120mill in net cash- value about 3-5$..."
If CCME were real in any substantial way, wouldn't their ads still be running on the busses? All reports are that there are no or almost no ads.
The article is interesting, but even if CCME was falsely accused - reports that they are no longer operating would still mean there is no income.
Article says nothing at all about CCME being a viable company. Price share and reports from those who have ridden busses in China indicate that CCME is DOA. No?
1. very clever
2. why do we keep posting here?
But there is apparently nothing left(including a headquarters or any business) of CCME - these market makers are just trying to dupe someone who knows nothing about CCME.
I agree there is no sign of life where CCME used to do business. Given that's the case I don't understand the recent bouncing between 5 or 6 cents and 25-28 cents. What's driving those trades? Thank you to anyone with a theory
Your post makes a lot of sense.
His post and your comment pretty much sum up the whole problem with CCME - there is apparently no evidence that those audits reflected any sort of reality. I still can't figure out if the company is currently doing any business whatsoever. Boy am I sorry I believed what was in those audits.
What is the stock symbol for Wuyi Pharma, is it a legit company? Thanks.
Really good questions - wish we had access to the answers.
Thanks for this substantive posts. There's too much bs emotional stuff to wade through.
That sounds like really bad news. What does it signify in more explicit terms?
I agree with you. At some point you DO have to dignify the naysayers with a response. Like Obama told the birthers, we need to focus on important stuff. I WANT to believe there's a legitimate company, but without any PR you have to admit there's definitely a lot of smoke blowing around.
You can be sure it isn't a GOOD sign
Good question.
"held your tongue"? not really
Good point.
I haven't found what you wrote to be true. For the most part if someone expresses a bearish OR bullish sentiment some agree with them and some disagree. I don't recall reading any posts that told bears they couldn't speak. Perhaps you can quote some of them.
Well said.
Are you the mediator?
Speculative stocks are inherently risky, but if anyone bought at $1.10 and sold at $2.20 they would have been very smart (and legitimately bullish) last week. No?
I think your command about bullish posters was heavy-handed in what is supposed to be an open forum. I would be equally offended if someone said the same thing to the bears among us.
Who are the new market movers? Do they have an angle/agenda?
I have been wondering the same thing. It's like an ex-boyfriend who continues to monitor his girlfriends behavior after he broke up with her. Just plain weird. Kind of like a stalker.
What you say makes sense, but I wonder why TDA even publishes such essentially worthless info. I guess I'm tired of being mislead by false data.
This Jaywalk report is from tdameritrade.com, if you can login to their site. Their 2.13 (5=strong sell, 1= strong buy) rating is a buy (surprising to me)and it indicates that 4 other independent analysts also rate CCME a buy as well (another 2 rate it a strong buy, according to this rating report). It seems they must be discounting the halt and the delisting and just basing it on the price. Yes?
