More dilution which is contrary to what was said in several posts about the companys cash holdings and no need to dilute. I have learned so much from the board. Basically, take what you read with a grain of salt. i saved myself thousands by scrutinizing the hype and not buying into it.

My guess is flicharge is priced below cost just to show sales. I think they want to sell IP license so sell what you can to show there is sales. I expect more dilution before end of year

Why does the company continue to use stock for aquisitiins and cash? It tanks the stock and takes directly from shareholder equity. They know this business and know how to play the wallstreet game to pocket millions dilutions.

They been staying in business by diluting this has not veen a company who can survive from positive cash flow. Masters of dilution keeps the bonuses and salaries to fill employee pockets. It appears things might change but dilution has not.

They should just use cash if these companies make profits - maybe they don't make profits? Oh wait, dilution preserves the cash at the expense of us shareholders.
