There is no penny stock like HIRU. Regarding business costs, HIRU is not a bottom-penny stock expecting a handout from other financial institutions.
Here is a company with a plan and money to back it up. Not too often does a penny stock like HIRU show success on the OTC board.
Touch of class!
I raise a glass of fine wine to HIRU.
Cheers, everyone.
Taking on more debt makes good business sense. Having no idea what to do with business debt is a risk. By reducing the risks, you can't lose money. Going "way over the top" with debt is a harder fall.
Pay off all debts and move on.
The Ford motor company became successful by not borrowing money but working with the business. One of their logos says, "We do not borrow money from the government and people but pay off our debts" or something like that.
Why did Ford tell Obama to take his bailout money and cram it up his but?
They were NEVER offered "BAIL OUT MONEY" as Chrysler and GM were… Because of Ford's excellent management, it just didn't need it. Remember?
UH, HUH... HMMMM...
HIRU was an Asian stock selling pet food supplies at one time. I bought (shell) shares in 2013 and never did trade. The changeover from pet food supplies to a water company started business with HIRU. The name has been the same ever since. As for outstanding shares? Sorry, but I didn't keep stats on the statistics.
I bought HIRU stock at .0001 and will not sell soon. Watching the account make $$$ is kind of exciting. I have no complaints for a fraction of what I paid. I could have gone to a casino where money dwindles. But HIRU was a sure bet.
No complaints.
It's been a long time overdue with HIRU. The payback is a change.
The SEC requires all publicly traded companies, foreign and domestic, to disclose financial conditions, operating results, management compensation, and other areas of their business on a regular basis. This information can be used by investors to verify and understand the financial position of the company. Many, but not all SEC filings are available in the SEC’s EDGAR database.
Earnestly waiting for some more good news on HIRU.
Do you know what would disappoint all the na-sayers? If HIRU paid dividends -some "flash in the pan" would be nice. Is a penny stock in the market today capable of such a thing? Investors pay more attention to HIRU'S ticker. That concept appeals to me.
IMO
It's understandable why some grumblers are angry because they didn't take action when they had the chance. My trading stock with HIRU is doing well - no complaints, 300% is the best it ever reached back in 2021.
Once again, I'm looking forward to some good times.
IMO, when pyramid structures fall apart, someone has to "hold the bag" or go to prison. I hope this doesn't happen here. CEO is too clever to get into this kind of corrupt business practice. Perhaps she left the company NXMR because of too much crookedness and falsehood.
Who would have thought to start a water business company where there is desert land is a genius?
Location... location... location.
In for the long haul...
No kidding! HIRU has traded more in the red/black zone for the last two weeks. It's going nowhere except trend-setting a new flag pole up, head fakes here and there, but nothing too serious.
That is why penny stocks are easier to work with because there's no short selling for profits. The only shorts (downtrend) move is through in-house wheeling and dealing. Investors never know when that happens because it remains a secret. Why? The pump and dump scheme or pyramid skeem can only last so long. Before investors realize a stock is fake and a risk. HIRU can do leaps or bounds out of this pink, grey category for good.
Time will tell.
Is HIRU onto the next leg?
IMO, Do your DD.
I'm sure investors know a lot more, to be in this kind of business requires shrewd thinkers.
And so... the monetary value of a penny stock remains worthless.
Waterchaser
You misunderstand what I mean when a stock goes below $0.01. What value is there when it's trading below a penny? Or rather, how can it sell short if it's already worthless? You can't sell it naked. But wait! One way a stock gets pumped and dumped is through in-house trading as market makers (bankers etc.) will sell the certificate to each other as trade, and the money is put in their account and guaranteed back. Eg. I give you a dollar for a 100% return; you give it back when I ask for it. The make-believe illusions investors get caught in the delusion? Why doesn't SEC regulate to get rid of these below $0.01 stocks?
Too much dishonest gain going on.
IMO - Do your DD
OOOPS! Typo error - Just saying. Do your own DD.
Penny stocks can only go two ways: sideways or up. Since it's already at its lowest price - as low as it goes; it can't go any lower because what value does a penny stock have below $0.01? Logic tells me that nothing else matters. Get in while it is still at its cheapest price. You never know.
Just syaing. DO your own DD.
By the L@@K at the charts, HIRU is going into consolidation (flag pole), and going to take some time before anything happens. Just saying - do your own DD.

HIRU needs to do more advertising... get this company better known.
After years of watching the OTC market, one penny stock that made it out of the pink/grey sector was GCM Mining Corp. It was a penny stock. Shortly after it was trading at a higher cost. Could success happen with HIRU? I sure hope so.
It's just my opinion, and I recommend doing your DD.
BINGO BONANZA here at HIRU... pick a number... any number.

HIRU's new support level is at .0034 - possibly do a head fake???
Yes, the numbers do not lie.
Oh! If only water can turn into wine...
Who knows? Perhaps, tomorrow, investors will be in a different business selling pies to the world... Less of course RS and merger come into play. Then all your shares would be gone - something to watch out for.
That's SEC job to do the investigation, but there are over 650,000 stocks on the market. It's too much for SEC to regulate companies like HIRU.

HIRU (an Asian/China company selling pet supplies) was a shell company, before, Did a reverse merger into a water company located in Arizona.
Perhaps this is the way to go.

Even if there was a stock split the company’s not going to go bankrupt because it doesn’t work off the bottom dollar. These processes take time as FINRA is going to collect when a plan comes into their play…
If any reverse split were to occur, it can’t exceed a 20 for 1 R/S, with a more aggressive lean towards a 10 for 1 R/S or nothing at all.
All HIRU has to do is plan a potential revenue-producing endeavor to facilitate a share buy-back to keep investors made whole, there are many options available at our disposal; it just takes a fresh perspective and some creative thinking from the company and investors.
So there it is... no reverse stock split for the next 3 years. Stick around and let's have some fun... EH!
If a reverse split is necessary, it won't happen right away, these processes take time and even then may not get approval from Finra. This is why if any reverse split were to occur, it could not exceed a 20 for 1 R.S., with a more aggressive lean towards a 10 for 1 R.S. or nothing at all.
This is information I've come to learn from another source and not my opinion.

Good! This kind of information (Q4) needs to keep going for this company.
After reading the June 30th, 2022 (balance sheet) report. Is something wrong somewhere? This is what was emailed to my broker.

Disclaimer Regarding Forward Looking Statements
Etc...
I wonder if this company will take investors on a Field Trip. Or is this ticker a Father Time certified share-selling scam?
It might get interesting from here.
Yes, I know, but who is behind the "closed doors" calling all the shots?
Nothing was ever mentioned about merging...
Is there anyone who can answer this question? I've been investing in this stock for over 20 years. At .0001, shares were purchased. Previously, this stock belonged to a Chinese company that sold health food products for pets. Several years ago, this stock became a water company.
How does a Chinese pet food company become a U.S. water bottle company?
Please explain.
Thanks,
