Etrade just stated: QBID has not "Officially" been haulted, he saw something about Triangle Multimedia in Aqusition/Merger talks and said QBID is problely un-officially haulted pending this merger or aqusition news

I used to get drunk and call NITE and cuss out who ever answered...lol
QBID trading stopped today at 11:59a.m., I have called pink sheets, and Knight Trading group with no answers, then my Etrade broker said it diffenately did infact stop trading at 11:59a.m. but he saw no news or Haults in place. He said he would continue researching and call back if he found anything. He did say volume was unusually high for the a.m.
John, wow...lol nicely put...lol
I Just called the FCC, Time Warner is the one who licenses TTN because the FCC has already licensed TimeWarner. Just checking for any and all information.
Skunks, Thats what I meant exactly.
All I'm saying is QBID in "Present Form" is not Launching TTN, too much non-filing and share secrets and so on and so on. Things will be cleaned up before Launch. Time Warner ain't gonna do this half assed.
Looks like Raging Bull is down since around last midnight

Mr. Bill FWIW= Good News enroute, fingers crossed
SHAREHOLDERS TEAR THIS UP: Folks, Make no mistake, Time Warner is in Full Control here now. They, not Frank are incharge of Launch. I was told by TTN-Investor Relations yesturday, that Time Warner has instructed TTN to "Do certain things in preparation of Launch". The Launch will happen and on time. Appearently Time Warner actually cares weather or not TTN goes over well or flaunders. Appearently they want TTN to succeed. Time Warner will make this happen so sit back and relax, it's a done deal. I also doubt Time Warner will allow a non'filing pink sheet to Launch TTN. I firmly believe that with or without Frank Olsen's Help, TTN will Launch on Time, the programming will be of Time Warner Quality, and the Books will be straight and at a minimum QBID will either get books straight or """TTN"""will IPO! Giving QBID share holders a set amount of shares based on a Ratio before IPO. All this takes to do is an 8K from QBID and Application to Nasdaq to simple.
Skunks, All my information comes from Investor Relations, Elaine. I did not ask her about funds. But pretty much at this point Time Warner has taken over and is ensuring TTN succeeds. Elaine said Time Warner is doing certain things right now before launch. I am sure that means getting funds together for a launch of great programming. Think about it, why would Time Warner allow TTN to just falter, it be a big waste of time right?
I just talked to TTN:
1. No Reverse Split.
2. Soon to Launch.
3. Time Warner, has certain things for TTN to do
4. Pridevision has hit a snafu as of late
5. Queer Eye for Str8t Guy, Boy meets Boy ect...ect...
Most diffinately in "Line-Up"
6. Good Morning Gay America, news and other programming
7. No dates yet have been publicly published

TV'S GETTING THE ‘QUEER’ MAKEOVER
BY SHIRLEY BRADY
Cable World, Aug 11, 2003
Print-friendly format E-mail this information
With Bravo's Fab Five making TV history, last week's historic election of the first openly gay Episcopal bishop and June's Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay sex, art and life are seeing (queer) eye to eye.
Queer Eye for the Straight Guy set another record last week. Episode four on Aug. 5 posted the second-highest numbers (a 2.38 household rating and 2.7 million viewers) in Bravo's history, topped only by the show's July 29 telecast.
Bravo's owner knows a good cross-network commodity when it sees one. NBC is again re-airing the show, this time in its original one-hour format, during its Aug. 15 Thursday prime-time comedy block after Will & Grace. Later that night, the Queer Eye cast jumps to The Tonight Show where they'll outline their plans for Jay Leno, his band, even the set. They'll return the next night to show America the results of their “make better” approach to late-night TV.
Bravo president Jeff Gaspin says he wants to attract the broadest possible audience. “I don't look at Queer Eye as a gay show,” says Gaspin, who's ordered another seven episodes. “It's a makeover show that happens to have five gay men in it.”
It's praised by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, though spokesman Scott Seomin is less taken with its lead-in, Boy Meets Boy. TV's first gay-themed reality series nabbed 1.2 million viewers in its 9 p.m. time slot Aug. 5.
Gaspin says that of the pilots that Bravo had shot before NBC bought the cable network last December, Queer Eye “was the only one that had potential. It had charm, it was different, and it certainly got my attention.”
AMC SVP of programming and production Rob Sorcher hopes to generate as much buzz for The AMC Project: Gay Hollywood, an original special running Aug. 11. “We're in the happy moment of what seems to be the programming trend of the moment,” he says.
Showtime, a champion of gay programming with marquee titles such as Queer as Folk, starts running The L Word, an original series about lesbians, in January. Likely to win favor with critics and viewers, would its success revive Viacom's plans for Outlet, a 24/7 premium gay channel?
Howard Buford, CEO of ad agency Prime Access, says with the success of Queer Eye — and with gay and lesbian annual spending power estimated to be $500 billion — the timing is ideal. “We have had great results by crafting almost a ‘gay network buy’ on cable with networks like HGTV and TLC, which have high viewership among women and gay men,” he says. “But there is a real need for…efficient TV programming to help advertisers reach [the gay] demographic.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE NEXT QUESTION:
Will cable systems carry Here! PPV, the first gay-themed pay-per-view service, launching this month on DirecTV, or Triangle TV, which inked a hunting license with Time Warner Cable last year but has yet to get carriage?

TTN could be as big as:
DIS-$22.43 {2B shares}
FOX-$29.95 {900M Shares}
L-$11.18 {2.4B Shares}
NZSKY-$27.00 {1B Shares}
Plus we are forging the way for Gay's and Lesbian and this year is the year of the Gay-Way. Look at the success of all of the Gay shows, Queer as Folk, Will and Grace, Boy Meets Boy, Queer Eye for Str8t Guy, now imagine Gays having there own Network on both Satelite and Cable, Nation Wide, World Wide. The Potential is AWESOME...And that my friends is why I am a QBID Shareholder!
