Must have missed that filing that an officer/s had left...
Simply comical, this company is no different than what they pretended to be years ago.. all you need to do is read up on management and you have your answer. It won't end well for you this time either.
Yeah I hear ya, and you're right. Only think i would like to know is what happened to CT's shares.
Dead stick here, despite their annual donation of a few hundred dollars to stay current in Nevada
This is interesting, specifically page 3 of 4

When was the last time you spoke with him? I gave up trying to get a response from them a while ago, frankly, they could are less, not all that hard to respond when you basically have nothing going on re: Viropro. They got to stick it to Cynthia for ~160K (final judgement against her), but I would love to know what happened to her shares.
Anyways, all is going quite well, thanks for asking.
I saw that, only ~$4K..... and yes, it wouldn't shock me to see news, just like it wouldn't shock me to see nothing materialize.
I still have some but, have been busy investing elsewhere, done well with bios and banks this year, never look at these anymore, only reason I do is because I still have a position. Hope you're doing well.

Nevada corporate listing current again, updated annual list (posted yesterday), new registered agent (early November). Bruce/Michelle/Ivor at the helm.
What's the hot new penny market, I've been removed from these lately. I figure where ever he ends up, it will follow that premise.
Lolol, the infamous Bonnie.... Took down 2 scams without ever knowing them... Almost magical...
It's about that time to see J4 pop up somewhere else, I bet you Big Al is getting ready too after some time off.
Here comes sub penny
I'm sure you are right about J4, I almost wonder how you would interview/find jobs like the ones he's had. On the darkweb? ;)
Unless something changed, that thing is gone..
Stock volume this month has been a bit telling, guess we'll see.
For me the website stuff is a bit more interesting, especially when you consider Cohen's remarks when they announced the original LOI had expired, basically left the door open for NovaRx should they reconsider.
Perhaps they did... and perhaps management has learned their lesson from before and has now reserved their public announcements for when things are signed, sealed, and delivered.
Wishful thinking until proven otherwise.
All quite on this board.... but here is some wishful thinking for you..
The AxxiomBio website has recently been locked down, not taken down, just completely restricted.
Interestingly enough, NovaRx.com website doesn't exist anymore. Kind of ironic since when that site was up it hadn't been updated for years...it costs next to nothing to keep it up, at the very least, you would keep it just because of the site name.
Feel free to speculate....
Unfortunately, scams last longer when you can't validate any information. The mining thing lasted longer because everything was based in Zimbabwe.
This was in Florida, plus, these guys didn't even make an effort to hide the past history, basic searches would have provided visibility into the a lot with minimal effort, they didn't even both move locations. They might have thought it was easy since the majority of the existing investors had taken the same beating twice before and believe anything they are fed.
A shame that employees got hosed on this, I mean, how do you not pay folks but have no problem giving yourself a 30k+/month promissory note. More of a shame that enforcement doesn't lock them up.
Crazy that this clown continues his charades and hasn't been locked up. Assuming the remarks are true, I hope they contacted the relevant authorities.
And I'm sure Schlegel is already searching for his next play. Maybe he can start changing the spelling of his name too, seems to have worked well keeping his peer in the game this long.
360k+ shares dumped today, retail gets hosed again
Geez, another 243k of sell volume today with only 5k as buy volume, the last trade too. So what are we up to now?? How many millions of shares have been sold ever since the company stopped filing their financials over 2 months ago. Scary stuff
Definitely not a coincidence IMO, same song and dance, just goes by a new name each time.
Another ~250k shares sold, company still delinquent, and not a peep from them about it.
Well, let's see, ~1.3MM shares dumped on Friday, the culmination of many months of continuous free fall, the company's delinquent filing status because no one wants to be the CFO here and slap their good name on something like this..and a CEO who has given himself a $32k/month promissory note paid every month for 5 years or until they become insolvent..
Would it shock you if someone decide to throw 4k at the Ask to give the illusion of strength after getting slammed on Friday.. The Ask has been dropping and selling into any bids for months, todays buyer could have easily posted a bid at 3 cents and it would have been sold into within minutes but that would have been glossed over. They may try again tomorrow but they will probably do it with much lower share counts, hoping that other people will jump in, it's a game,. Look for 100 share paint tapes this week
Take a look at level 2, there are lots more shares for sale, again, today was just someone thinking that they could buy strength. It's 4k they'll never get back, perhaps they all know that though.
Read the rest of it, big checked past, CEO simply took over a shell, issued shares to pay himself, that acquisition you mentioned was his old company that couldn't cover it's own obligations so more shares were issued. Then he gave himself a 1.4MM promissory note, he's making out like a bandit, at the expense of retail. Clear as day if you read the history.
And the company is delinquent in filing, as they have no CFO, they have nothing but recycled PRs of equipment that wasn't selling years ago and isn't today.
Agreed, more selling on its way, same story for the past year, clear as day
It's looking like we will see another one of those selling days. Ask is stacked, lower than ever. Looking like next week this will see .01s
I love the audacity the company has to still put out PRs when they are still delinquent in filings
He's gonna milk that note for as long as he can. The note was for 5 years if I recall, this company won't be around in a fraction of that.
IMO, they aren't even actively looking to hire a CFO, I think we may have seen the last filing with that NT.
I think Nitikin is getting paid more here with the promissory note he gave himself so I'm sure a new Benz isn't a problem.
J4 is doing fine as well I'm sure ;)
Everyone is doing well except retail of course. I was really looking forward to the financials that they still haven't filed, always appreciate the creative spins that are used to put lipstick on a pig
More sell volume today, this is gonna end up below a penny soon.
Maybe Cynthia is coming back.....
Belated April Fool's joke, sorry
And I was wrong, the game of musical chairs continues here
I'm just trying to be realistic.
If an 8-K is filed today, it's going to be 1 of 2 things, an update on the current status of the LOI with NovaRx or an update on the share being awarded to Royston which was still outstanding as far as I last read.
Maybe it'll be both, and I'm sure the company will also include in the 8-K verbiage regarding the current state of affairs, basically, a high level state of the union, it's overdue and folks just saw their share price sliced in half from already depleted levels.
I would not expect news on the financials, if that magical unicorn does appear, it will be without notice.
All my opinion/guess, but that would be the logic info, if anything is filed at all.
Financials aren't filed with an 8-K so, I would just cross that off the list.
Lolol, and the games continue.
It used to be someone named Carlos Gonzalez. Not exactly a unique name, but I think the LinkedIn profile below may be him considering the position at Sfinkx Dba Blue Chip (Nitikins old thing) and selectively used portions to describe him in the Fonon filings
Funny how the timelines don't seem to jive, I mean how can he be CFO at Fonon according to the filings if he's been employed at Unified Energy Solutions since 2013 and is still actively working there as a Director (bio link below)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this might not help things

Yes, could be anything but I doubt it was related to salvaging reputation.
These guys are on the same boards with other ventures, the sentiment here is that there was this massive rift. Maybe there is, maybe there isn't.
I though I read something about this whole mess as a means to push out remaining retail, I don't think that's true, frankly, retail doesn't have majority in any capacity and hasn't in years, so fight as you may, we don't have the votes.
This ones going on the back burner again for me. Good luck all
