Once again I am no stock genius. I really appreciate my thoughts and yes I hope you break more then even. Much success in the future fitman.
Yes wasn't that what "into the valley of death rode the six hundred" was about, not quite.
Dam Right
Fitman I hope whatever money you have in this you get back and more.
My opinion is the news should have already come out before market opening. And Friday it should go even lower.
If no news within the next two weeks, I predict it will drop below .02. Thanks for our response, as always your a good sport.
Investor up or down today?
So far two failed attempts at Merger/Acquisition. Smart horse who did not drink at the assertion of CNGT. You will see.
Thanks for the response, very appreciated.
Zepak do you get your tips from OTC Market new?
At least 15 years, I have been using the news for Tdameritrade.com. I realize any of these stocks can go up and down in a minute. Dirv which at this time to me is worthless, went from .008 to over 20 cents. I have seen stock where a building was put up and land was landed and traders who believed in the stock lost a small fortune. Zepak, I become upset when I see a history like Zimbler.
Then why is this stock only .027 a share? Nutty your not taking your medicine.
Well cannot argue with that. Once again is Otc markets your best choice
Sello one last question, do you get most of your investment tips from the news put out on OTC Markets?
Did it pop when the Merger was announced by merger expert Zimbler?
Thanks for the post and glad for your prveious success.
It certainly has no substance behind it. Meanwhile, shareholders never see the acquisition, nor the merger. .
When I saw the boilerplate Merger info in the 10Q it became apparent to me there would be no merger. Sure, keep coming out with merger plans since they help the stock rise, but where is the funding, for the merger. Just my opinion, and thanks for your response. I did not mean to be disrespectful, but I have seen this act before.
With that type of reasoning, you should, "live Forever." Correct, this would be a reverse takeover, but still why any takeover, except to raise money they need.
Luffnstuff, I would like to know how you get this much faith in a company, tell me do you shoot it, smoke it or drink it?
Bottom line there is a lawsuit against Recommerce, and a company worth nothing with pie in the sky dreams trying to take them over. This Zepak is not a good representation of a business model it is a "Saturday Night Live Skit." Or as Mr. Zimbler would say "the show must go on."
I do not believe that. The time has expired and nothing new was done on the merger. Be careful investor.
No merger, same boiler plated statement made last time, I think at this point I have been taken. Sure, there may be some pump up news, but Cngt with no money, Recommerce being sued, does not make this the best choice at this time for me. How can a company with no money succeed? Like I said when the Merger, if ever, comes about I will get back in until, I feel taken.
That is not a merger, and why did they do a repeat of the same paragraphs re merger they put in the prior 10Q watch out mixed messages, and no progress.
Will see said the blind man. Like I said I can always jump back in. But I have seen this waiting before and it came to a bad end. When I gave my views on the board everyone involved was upset with me. I ended up being right stayed like a fool and lost big time.
They were clear as to giving us the same statement on merger as before. My opinion, just window dressing. That is now how I feel.
Fitman please be careful with this stock.
So they should just say that instead, creating the impression the merger is on. It is insulting and Mr. Zimbler can keep his dreams of an empire to himself.
Possibly nothing new about merger after all this time.Perhaps you can tell me what there is to be positive about.
I agree with Meitze, so far OTC junk. Even a little movement, but a company with no money buying a company in a lawsuit reminds me know of the marquis de sade who said, "the inmates have finally taken over the asylum." Just my opinion.
TTT I like your post, but the only room for anyone who stays with this stock is the local mental hospital. Not one move to Merge, and companies that are backed with no money. Just my opinion.
Well, nothing new on the merger not even a different sentence from last time. Time for me to get out and then if the merger does happen jump back in. Any thoughts
I think the best bet for control is Zimbler since the Merger will bring in money. However, with interest rates going up funding could be stumbling block. Hopefully we will hear what is being done on the merger tomorrow. That may give a rise in price. What are your thoughts
Well they are going to mention the merger even if it is not complete. What do you think?
Investor any predictions for Tuesday?
Then a better position for CNGT. Also the chance of raising money through the merger and stock. If there is a merger you just watch the pump. I did not read the filings, but Recommence leveraged 100 of their assets? What filing should I look at and 100 percent sounds steep but once again thanks for the information.
No doubt like I said and feel the Merger will continue on. From what I know and expect. I would also like to see some Cngt news irrespective of the merger.I feel very confident at this point even though I was a doubting Thomas.
Always nice to be thanked. Have a great day TTT
Assuming this is the same Richard for the plaintiff: This are some really quality lawyers involved in this suit. These guys normally do not come cheap. Unlike the accident lawyers or even some criminal lawyers they are usually considered the creme de la creme of the legal profession.
