well we can agree to disagree. the high short interest is the main reason i bought in. great contrarian indicator. very rarely do you see short interest jump above 10-15% unless bankruptcy, or some scandal is looming. i think the funds took this as low as they wanted to take it, i expect an uptrend channel from here on out regardless of the overall market.

Not a chance. Why do you think the stock moved from $21 down to $11.93? ALL THE BAD NEWS WAS GETTING PRICED IN. So the bad news hit and the stock bounced, short squeeze coming. Housing is the ONLY sector in the market I am bullish on. Housing stocks have been getting beaten down for 2 years, only one way to go now imo

Trust me, probably no one knows this stock better than me. There would be nothing wrong, except that Mr. Jones likes to give shares away like kids like to ask for Christmas presents. I know of 2.2 million shares that went to investorsvoice, and another 3 million shares he gave out to 2 separate promoters he wouldn't disclose. Add in the 1.5 million he tried to give me, which judging by how hard certain posters have pumped this recently, those 1.5 million undoubtedly ended up in the hands of someone else here on Ihub, and there's likely AT LEAST 6.7 million free trading shares out there. Then consider the fact that only 10 million shares have even traded since this came off the greys that means 9 million shares of the float haven't even traded yet. Then there's the private placements that they didn't disclose on pinksheets but Mr. Jones mentioned over the phone (yet when I asked for specific information on the buy in price and date they become covertible he had to "get back to me") that will likely be increasing the float. Trust me, do a search through my post history, I was probably the first ihubber in this stock and probably the one to interact the most with the company, and I was oblivious to the warning signs. I wish those of you invested here well, but just keep in mind everything I have presented the board with in this post

Yes, and I saw it had positive news out today as well and I do agree the upside for this stock is unlimited. One of the few pennies I've seen in my entire life to make a big move and not give them all back, the chart is very very impressive and tells one all they need to know about the prospects of the company imo:

Thank you jtayz, though I do like KATX unfortunately I can never buy it. I had KATX @ .004 back in November of 2009 and sold it in the .03's, I don't ever buy a stock higher than where I first sold it no matter what. This strategy has saved me money, and in the instance of KATX, such a strategy has cost me thousands in profits. KATX does have my approval though for others who have not played it before, or who might not have the same trading rules. GLTY

Now if we break below my channel here, I'd be willing to bet FAZ doesn't bounce until it fills the gap (at least some of it) between 16.30-16.62, bottom channel trend line support will be right around 16.20 after that coming into tomorrow.

I agree that they will be bad no doubt. I just disagree that the news will be sold. I think the big money funds will use it as an opportunity to trade it up and then dump ahead of next week. Also with the revised GDP number expected to come in @ 1.4% from 2.4%... that's a pretty drastic revise downward, so it wouldn't surprise me if that number came in better than expected. Furthermore, typically when Bernanke speaks, which he is on Friday, it's good for the market during that day. The selling usually happens the next day as fund managers get home and really take the time to digest what it is he had to say.

Best thing about the market though is you never need to wait to long to see who will be right
