It's going straight to the SUN in a rocket filled with other like-trash.
thanks for the heads up. I assume it was you who was able to sell hundreds of thousands of shares at $0.0001? I put in a GTC limit order today after reading this for 200k shares at $0.0001, all or none because I am fearful of incurring multiple commission on such a low volume stock. What were the conditions of your order? I would LOVE to get out of this thing so I can report as a loss.
TMRC (Texas Mineral Resources)
I think what you’re specifically asking is the type of REE at Bokan.
Molycorp and other REE companies which have failed had high levels of LREE (light rare earth elements) like Cerium which are so abundant and cheap they failed to make a profit from mining and processing it.
What you want to see in any current REE effort is a high level of HREE (heavy rare earth element) or CREE (critical rare earth element) which are rare and expensive. Fortunately the Bokan deposit is rich in HREE according to USGS and therefore should be a profitable venture, should they ever get approval and funding for it.

Another good deposit is the TMRC round top in TX.
Buying opportunity today! Load the boat!
a short position is very risky at these levels
what the article fails to mention is that the program was already open to several other Fitbit competitors. this is just another big nothing burger.
Happy earnings day, tonight we rocket! Projecting $624M for Q4 ‘17 and 5.28M devices sold @$1.14 ASP
Bought 5K more at 0.145 ... anyone know why the recent drop?
I won’t have an update until after 4Q earnings. Stay tuned and until then it’s not too late to buy in!
It was a bad investment back then but now it is a steal. 4Q earnings will result in a meteoric rise in stock price. It’s not too late to get in my friend.
Pretty high volume lately, glad to see we recovered to 0.21. I think this company does well under the Trump admin as long as Rick Perry (former TX gov) is Secretary of Energy.
Bad day!
Nice day!
Nice run, still holding 6,750 shares at $8.5 average. Looking for $10+
Down 3% AH. Let’s see what normal trading brings on Thursday.
Best of luck to longs on 11/1 (after hours ER)
How much money does Ucore collect from licensing the MRT technology?

DOE Secretary Perry and Congressman Barletta Visit Texas Mineral Resources Rare Earths-from-Coal Project at the Jeddo Coal Company in Pennsylvania
SIERRA BLANCA, TX--(Oct 4, 2017) - Texas Mineral Resources Corp. ( OTCQX : TMRC )
---- TMRC team commences DoE funded REE from coal Pennsylvania project
---- Project targets high-value REEs including scandium
Texas Mineral Resources Corp. (TMRC), an exploration company targeting the heavy rare earths and a variety of other high-value elements and industrial minerals, is pleased to announce the Company hosted a visit from Department of Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Congressman Lou Barletta (R-PA) to the site of the Company's DoE-funded rare earth project at the Jeddo Coal Company in eastern Pennsylvania. TMRC is part of a team that includes Inventure Renewables, K-Technologies Inc. and Penn State University. The project is funded by Phase I of a two-phase DoE grant program totaling $20 million. Work on the project commenced in early September after funding was formalized with a contract signing with the DoE.
Speaking to media at the site, Secretary Perry said, "The rare metal extraction process creates 'staggeringly important' opportunities for the industry and country." "I don't think we can overstate how important the development of rare earth minerals out of our anthracite coal and the potential that it is going to have." Congressman Barletta added that "This is not our grandfather's coal," ... "This is used for manufacturing steel and, now, we are finding these rare earth materials that we are buying from China. (A consortium involving) Penn State is seeing how we can extract these rare earth elements that are nowhere else, right here."

$1 million Grant Part of a Two-Phase $23.75 million DOE Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA-0001627)
- Project Partners are Inventure Renewables, K-Technologies and Penn State University
- Full Project Plans Modular Rare Earth Extraction Facility at Pennsylvania Coal Site
- Successful completion heralds potentially significant economic benefits for Appalachian region
- DOE award is TMRC's second recent U.S. Government grant, following successful 2016 U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) demonstration
Consider that this thing could move up significantly if we bomb NK and China cuts off their supply of REEs.
$20M Department of Energy agreement and recent visit by Rick Perry bodes well, especially considering REEs potentially being cut off by China if we bomb NK.
Lol not a wise move as it turns out.
I know nobody posts here anymore, but I just have to say this:
After over 2 months of no news they issue a PR congratulating a board member for some absolutely TERRIBLE poster he made? LOL this must be a joke?

As soon as I saw this I sold my entire position. Ended up netting a pittance but netting nonetheless. I see after the close they issued their 10K, which is packed full of truly awful disclaimers and statements like this:
"We had no revenues during the fiscal year ended August 31, 2016. For the fiscal year ended August 31, 2016, our net loss was approximately $1,214,000 and our accumulated deficit at August 31, 2016 was approximately $32,497,000. At August 31, 2016, our cash position was approximately $5,000 and our working capital deficit was approximately $856,000."
Only reason I was ever invested or trading in this company was because of Jack Lifton. After he bailed and started supporting this company's competitors there has been no real reason to stick around. Good luck to any who ride this out, I hope it makes you a fortune. For me it just doesn't make sense anymore, and so I'm out.
Is this stock ever going to see mid teens again? When will be receive some material news on where this company is headed? Am terrified of the possibility we will soon be notified of company ceasing operations due to limited funding...
Man, the pps really flat-lined didn't it? I wonder what they are up to in Texas...
They have no money for that
Back in at 0.12... bit of a gamble but think we will see 0.14 again at least.
Looks like I lucked out. Still not sure if I should buy though. This might be the time it decides not to bounce
Large dump today by someone... approaching my buy in price
Nice quarter!
Moving down again or just a dip? I'm worried about their ability to continue operations. We need more news about the deals they are trying to make or something.
I mean "not sold it"!
When up 40% on a stock I sometimes ask myself how stupid would I feel if I sold it and the day after it rocketed higher. The answer I always find is "not as stupid as I'd feel if I sold it and the day after the company declared bankruptcy" ... something to consider, especially in penny stock land. Good fortunes to you.
Sold all my 0.12 positions at 0.168 average. Will wait for another dip to buy more, if not I still have some skin in the game. GLTA.
