when does evans' other scam go to "No Bid"?
this week probably as he sells out all of his shares to flee jursdiction.
wonder if the bounty hunters are keeping track of him?
147M shares evans is getting al his cash and going to flee jursdiction i'll wager.
there may never have been a worse scam on the pinks than lgtt or a bigger crook that evans--and that's saying something
uh, good buddy.
are you suggesting if i called mickey an a/h he would respect me more?
I think you must be bored today and just typing stream of consciousness, because the last few posts of yours are non-sensical.
I'll avoid calling mickeyan a/h
and I'll try and avoid bashing this tdgi stock
no i have been in cash for just over a year when my travelling kept me from missing obvious signs of trouble on a speculative biotech. I held through more than a quadruple without selling only to see the stock tank after hours one friday all the way back to almost the exact price i paid for it (gnvc)
so screw it. I kept one speculative biotech (bnvi) which i'm about 40% underwater right now on an all or nothing play for a couple of years out.
I always am looking, but don't have enough time to do more than surface DD--and i'm not a buyer of anything right now.
Surely not tdgi
saw plenty of recent bashing on dndn.
this policy must be limited to whoever is pulling your tails the hardest
no volume, i agree but the posters with their 2 lines of straight pump are so PINK
because i suspect that many on the tdgi board are boiler room pump and dumpers.
tdgi just smells so PINK
nice guess nicmar, but as with your purchase of tdgi, you are wrong. I follow Mickey's Telecom Corner and a month or so ago I saw everybody all fevered about tdgi so i looked at it.
Hated It!
Said so
Got called an asshole
Now I bash it when I can
My bad for only including the U.S. ticket sales. Oceans did way better overseas apparently, but i find it doubtful that tdgi/hanover house has the foreign distribution rights to turtles.
turtles will be a way bigger U.S. dog than even the lame Oceans was, imo.
I can see it now--turtles on IMAX--a whole audience asleep.
Mickey, do you ever have an actual fact at hand when you post?
From 5/17/2010
13. "Oceans," Disney, $752,018, 973 locations, $773 average, $17,669,450, four weeks
4 weeks at $17M but after 4 weeks down to only $750K so will never even sniff $100M as you boldly stated as fact.
I think this is an example of the information you use to make stock buying decisons. And you're wrong when you say i don't like you. You called me an asshole because i couldn't buy into this tdgi, so instead of not liking you, i now just simply don't care what happens to your stocks.
If i cared, I'd be running, screaming into the night right now.
mickey, sorry but I wouldn't look out my window to see turtles if it was being projected on the building next to me. And I suspect if they are being honest nobody here would see the movie or talk it up if tdgi wasn't supposedly involved.
but when a public company comes out of bankruptcy they have to re-capitalize the company and ergo issue shares of the new company while cancelling the old shares.
Otherwise nobody would ever invest in the post-bankruptcy company if the old shareholders shares were still hanging around.
At least this is the path in most public bankruptcies.
c'mon aren't the tdgi pumping messages a little over the top today. they makes it look so pink and boiler room.
"Shock and awe"
"goose bumps"
"going to levels never seen before"
this happy-talk is drowning out issues, big issues, this company has with an audit and $.03 share price.
you aren't calling that Fluff piece research are you.
No author & nothing but a company-generated piece of fluff.
So Pinky of tdgi
Oh, a movie about watching oats grow!
Right in tdgi's wheelhouse!
I sure do hope this company can get a piece of that goldmine.
Wait I just threw up a little in my mouth from laughing
finally the threatened $.0001
lowest price possible.
this evans guy must sleep with one eye open
nysouthern,
Instead of buying a $300M asset, you think it's best to focus on $11.57 worth of revenue coming from Turtles.
now that's some funny stuff!
I love to see posts about how big Turtles will be!
Management can surely put out a fluffy PR to stoke that unaudited fire
you mean tdgi didn't win the bidding for Blockbuster?
Shocking!
sorry DaReal, the pink sheets is the place where stocks like tdgi hang out--they don't have to submit audits of anything and can create a company based upon fluffy PRs and positive spin on minimum results.
Let me quote my own post from this a.m. back to you Ramsey:
"when this stock is finally sub-penny everyone will be saying, "I never could see the problems."
You paraphrased it perfectly with your comment about the $.03s
Can you really say you will be surprised to see sub-penny?
Company continues to offer nothing of substance.
bad movies
$$ losing movies
unaudited everything
when this stock is finally sub-penny everyone will be saying, "I never could see the problems."
c'mon, a $5M net profit?
are you kidding me?
Company continues to lose more movies than they put in theatres.
No, no TJ, i read the March 18 evaluation, but like with all things: Garbage In, Garbage Out. Swazek made a lot of assumptions for valuing something that an unaudited company provided.
Did you read the list of 10+ disclaimers on the valuation?
I read it in that post I put here--the same $25M everybody here has been spouting--are you saying it's more? less?
YOu are the only one then because that's the big hook right now for investors so I think it's ridiculoous to dispute that I don't cite the right number that's being claimed.
Also as far as not knowing where to look--I suspect the only place you could tell me to look would be a company-generated PR--which exactly proves my point about reliance on the ridicuoous $25M valuation for such a lame library of films.
lookinforgreen, you had better look again:
The release plans set forth by Parkinson for these titles
indicated a collective gross revenue potential exceeding $25-million, approximately half of
which was attributable alone to “HappyThankYouMorePlease,” a highly commercial “datefriendly”
romantic comedy that has garnered enthusiastic reviews and significant revenue
predictions from top film industry publications.
So really the library is gross rental potential, eh?
I see six flops comin' and six excuses with distribution problems and promises unkept (7 incuding Turtles)
As a pink sheet company, which does not have to publishe audited ANYTHING, why would anybody accept this $25M value?
Answer: You wouldn't unless you consider company-generated press releases the same as due diligence.
I'd guess that the only DD anybody could do on this company came by way only of press releases.
I'm just saying.
Okay here are some of the movies in this $25M library:
“The Secret of Kells”;
“The Wild Hunt”;
“HappyThankYouMorePlease”;
“Thru The Moebius Strip”;
“Racing Dreams”;
“The Countess.”
Let me just add, "Turtles"
The release plans set forth by Parkinson for these titles
indicated a collective gross revenue potential exceeding $25-million, approximately half of
which was attributable alone to “HappyThankYouMorePlease,”
Let me just ask whether anybody has:
1) Paid a nickel or more to see any of those 6 movies
2) Would pay premium movie prices to see any of those 6 movies
3) Ever heard of any of those 6 movies
This stock is starting to smell like all the other boiler room pump and dump, fluffy PR, pink sheet pantloads
I hope everybody here (especially Mickey) gets out of this one close to break even anyway.
Don't get your hopes up for getting Blockbuster. I'd say that's maybe the most accurate statement I've ever read.
Mickey, since you like TDGI so much i don't really want my negative opinions to rain on you. The auditing of the movie library is part of it and the lack of transparency and accountability of a pink sheet stock is just not for me.
sorry Mickey, i don't have private message ability. and also sorry that i can't agree with you on TDGI.pk.
When things are unaudited like the value of the library, etc. it remains a huge red flag for me.
besides i'm way out of the market except for one speculative biotech (BNVI) which has sucked the really big one lately. It's in my Roth and regular IRAs so I"ve still got a few years to let it percolate.
Hope you do well on TDGI and on what you have left in IDCC
i call pigshit on tigersrb1
put-up job by the evans scammer himself.
I wonder how many 10s of millions of today's shares was evans?
yeah, those brokers give you a margin call at the drop of a hat--i remember when i bought my first stock on margin (Claires-CLE) before the days of Ameritrade, etc. and paying $60-80 per trade. Encouraged to go full margin and got really lucky and made enough in 3 months to buy the top of the big screen tv with the profits.
I thought margin was the only way to go until the next 5 stocks in a row, probably HA!
No margin for me anymore and the only stock I even own is BNVI-small spec biotech that I'm about 25% underwater on. but it's in IRAs so no hurry for recovery and I'm not buying any more of it so it's a waiting game.
and Mickey, I'll be in the background cheering you on whether it's in idcc, tdgi or your real estate enterprise.
time for some financial luck to smack you in the head in a good way
Mickey, I've done DD on TDGI and it reads like SPNG, QBID, and that diamond thing from several years ago--it reads like a boiler room operation with the entire company existing from one half-baked innuendo-laced PR to another.
Supported of course by the boiler room shills on the TDGI message boards from which I was banned after two posts questioning the company--like the ass who stated it was great that TDGI could come up with the $300-$400M to even qualify to make a bid on Blockbuster. That little boiler room statement thrown out into the ethernet was barely, I MEAN BARELY shot down, but not before other people had married up on it and given a blatently false statement credence by repeating it--Think: How do you unring that bell?
I think investors who trade this for a penny or two a few times will make a couple of thousand dollars but those who hold a couple of years are going to be holding only their schwantz in their hand along with a big tax write-off.
The thought of you selling your IDC and sinking that money into TDGI makes me quiver with nausea.
Whatever you decide, I wish you only the best.
How is your house building/selling plan going so far? I haven't heard anything about it in a number of months. Still kicking some ass there?
best,
robj
sorry, tdgi.PINK organizing to buy BlockBuster????
Now that doesn't pass the smell test-and reeks of pump and dump
smelly and scammy
anybody looking at this objectively would have to conclude.
harr, you can declare a loss on your shares even if you can't share. If and when you sell, you just have to report any amount you sold for above the loss you claimed--at least that's how i remember the rulings.
ah, Marine, I thought you might have been an ADZR bagholder along with me and harr.
company had a chance--either the government's secrecy requirements or the management's own actions would up screwing the pooch for all of us.
i don't know which.
sorry Marine, don't know what "this" is--kind of like Bill Clinton, eh?
Mickey, I would draw your attention to the contracts Spongetech had with the NBA and it, too, seemed to be all over the place. It cratered while on the pinks.
Whatever, I wish you a lot of luck on TDGI and was surprised to see you didn't have much IDC left. Did you sell on the last run-up?
Oh, Mickey, I hate to see you here buying up a bunch of TDGI--especially after IDC treated you so badly, but at least it's a real company. Everything I read about TDGI is that it's a boiler room scam that is pumped about 2x a year on websites and on message boards. After IDC why oh why are you into a shady pink stock like this one?
searay, just read about 100 posts here and you'll know what this company is about--and then you'll run away screaming into the night.
