How you like me now?
What are warrants looking like these days?
I searched today.com for "stracham" and found two pieces, one very new.

I don't know about getting the video feed at work though.
Did nviv just uplist? Someone posted an sec form on stocktwits that has something to do with nasdaq registration, but I'm not savvy enough to confirm. Can any of you confirm?
If any reading are able, would you please post a level 2 montage screenshot.
Reason: I'm thinking it might indicate that institutional ownership is picking up. Is there another way I might be able to tell if that is the case?
Bullish
I like your questioning attitude, rumper. I don't think you are going to find solid answers from anyone here, but instead speculation on both sides of the fence. Good luck finding peace of mind from that.
IMO (and I am a layman in both the stock market and this industry, but I have been following their progress for some time):
Product launch means their product is ready for large-scale? commercial delivery. I believe their product was once going to be assays of liver tissues, but, if I recall correctly, they revised their model to provide testing services of assays instead of assay deliveries. So product launch to me means they have a plan to provide a sustained X number of testing services per month and should have the personnel and equipment necessary to achieve that plan sometime between now and December.
I'm with you ... I don't know how many X is and what kind of revenue numbers it will produce, but I'm optimistic and assume their plan will sustain their business. So instead of them saying something like, "we have $12M which will sustain us for 12-18 months", they should instead be able to say something like, "we have [revenue figure], which will sustain us indefinitely at this production level, and produce [profit figure] to support future research and development."
Given the large number of big name research agreements I keep hearing about, big pharma is interested in the liver product. I don't think we hear directly about it most of the time, and I think you'll be hard pressed to find concrete evidence to support the level of their interest.
Date? Really? All we know is what they've said... they are ahead of schedule (meaning before December).
"Will this tank the stock?" "Minus 50% ytd has me a little weary"
You said it, brother! Personally, I don't see how this stock I feel so solidly about could tank much more than it already has - it would have to completely fall on its face.
Good luck
I wasn't watching the market at close ... can anyone tell me how much of the volume was from that massive aftermarket trade? I'm not sure where to mine that information.
As I understand it, positive liver assay results have already been revealed. November (or possibly October?) is their target production month ... when they will start to commercially sell assays or assay testing services.
As for your question ... are we expecting a jump then? Your guess is as good as mine. I would think so, but I have been wrong more often than I have been right on ONVO.

Attended shareholder meeting in San Diego
.
First of all, let me state that Keith is my favorite nerd. He handles himself brilliantly and when this is a big company, he will represent us on T.V. very well. I never expected a big announcement, that is not their style. My takeways from the meeting were very positive, they are building a strong business for the long term. What I did discover, and perhaps many of you already know, is that in April of this year they have signed a contract for the 3D assays, which is paying them real dollars. Not a ton of money, but nevertheless, proof of concept. They are gearing up for the release, later this year to multiple first tier companies. Glad I am long and would be scared SH**less to be short. Another takeaway, is how many different income streams they potentially have from their technology. Look at a company called Charles River Labs, which I shorted then covered at a loss, because my thinking was that ONVO would really eat into their business. Keith explained that they are working with them for possible distribution outlets, so they are more likely to be a collaboration rather than a heads up opponent. This was very interesting to me as I have watched this company since when it was called Charles River Breeding and they have been very successful for a long period of time. I am thinking Skyworks/Apple on a smaller scale. At the end of the presentation, there was applause from all in attendance .Enough said.
Holy mackerel! I'm not too good at reading earnings reports, but that one must have been pretty good. I'm glad I'm still holding some warrants here. Congratulations to the patient ones here.
seriously? Looking at the last ten days volume and price action I would guess less than $150K has been traded. I don't see the "liquidating" you do.
In my own opinion, much of the news released has been open to interpretation and lacks tangible substance, which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. However, I remain optimistic that this company does have real potential to enter into this field. I own a small long position.
It certainly feels that way glancing at the chart, but after plugging numbers into my calculator I realize less than $2500 has been spent buying shares this morning .... so now what does the chart action really mean?
Don't get me wrong; I'm cautiously optimistic on DDCC and own a small long position - I just wanted to temper the enthusiasm with a reality check.
comments?
8-K out

expected revenue from prerelease contract $100K-$400K
signing contracts ... revenue maybe sooner than expected ... glad to see this here, she has been a real pig lately.
Could it be that their claim is more about the physical capability of the system design and not so much about how much they actually anticipate shipping?
Thank you very much, rd. I'll put it on my radar - and will try to pass you some feedback at some point. Much appreciated.
I'm a novice trader interested in exploring TA resources for ONVO to help separate my emotions from my trades. Have any of you discovered any particularly useful sites to help you evaluate the price action on ONVO? This joyful spike is a little insane, and I'm starting to feel edgy about my position. Maybe if I cut it in half I won't be quite at the edge of my seat anymore.
I found ONVO by reading daily posts on wishingwealthblog, which has some general market philosophy I appreciate, but it doesn't go into the kind of detailed TA that I'm interested in now.
thanks in advance for recommendations/replies.
H.O.
I think its all-time-high is $10.90 - a price I would love to see it close above this week. What a great time to be in a great company like this.
wow - over 2M on the bid .... that's twice the avg 10-day volume.
Sweet.
DDCC - moving on news
Nice news.
You can get a real time quote here if you're having trouble finding it elsewhere.

On a tear at $5.29. Nice movement. Any news?
TROXW and TROXG appear on the eTrade ticker search now. It didn't recognize them earlier this morning. No information or volume, but must be getting close.
In post 6261 I didn't mean to imply that I received 12 warrants for my 750 shares. That was hypothetical, as I was trying to better understand what I should expect to receive.
I checked my account this morning.
I had 750 B shares
I now have 10 TROXW warrants and 12 TROXG warrants. They don't have any value associated with them yet as far as I can tell.
Hope that clears the fog.
**edited ... I had them reversed.
did your warrants show up instead? Or your stock just disappeared?
My account hasn't reconciled anything yet - still shows shares. meh - these things don't happen overnight. It would still be nice to know what to expect. Thanks to those that have provided input.
Thanks for the different perspective. You paint a much nicer picture.
Here's to Tronox having a great year. 'clink
I've never owned warrants before, but this doesn't sound like a very good deal to me. My radcon math says my warrants will be worth at best half of what I could have traded the shares for a couple of days ago. 7 years is a long time though.
my assumptions:
tronox new commons open at $125
my 750 shares (now 12 warrants) are worth about $125-$68 or $57 each
so my ~$1400 value is now worth ~$700.
I don't know about my $125 assumption, but I don't imagine it could be much higher than that initially.
any insight? Have I got it all wrong?
sigh ... 7 years is a long time ... hopefully I'll be in the money eventually.
Excuse me ... has anyone played 'rise of the antichrist'?
I can't find a reputable review of the game. I can only find Walmart consumer reviews, which mean zilch to me.
Please provide links to real reviews if you know of any, and I would love to here some first-hand testimony from those that have actually played the game.
In my opinion, a software company is only as good as the applications it produces.
received 2 of 3 ballots last night.
Virginia - 3 separate accounts - no ballots.
question for those closely following court documents:
I have a vague recollection from the hearing last Wednesday that the debtors planned to provide a revised ds on Thursday or Friday. I have heard nothing else since. Does anyone have any gouge on the revised ds? Has one been presented in court documents?
Thanks
Thank you
god ... this stuff is better than fiction - a real page-turner. I've been on the edge of my seat for days.
Can anyone tell me where I can obtain the transcript of tomorrow's proceedings, and how soon it should be available?
"I keep wondering why a late night POS POR would be presented."
Just my take, but I think the proposed POR would have had the same effect on share price regardless of what day or what time of day it was presented. I think in this case that the company was working very hard to meet their self-imposed deadline of 17 June. Perhaps they weren't as ready as they thought they were to present the POR, or perhaps it is the nature of the beast that contentious issues within the POR will always make it a down-to-the-wire type of document.
wow --- ate through that .83 wall like a hot knife through butter
everyone has level 2 for this stock - via this site

edit: though, I suppose it doesn't show real time volume/block size ---- so, thanks for the info.
more like .72 from 1.78
This just isn't that hard .... scenario:
Bob has 50,000 shares of cemjq.
Chemtura exits bankruptcy and issues new shares at $10 value, but dilutes existing shareholders by 50%.
So, Bob's shares are equivalent to $5 value.
To determine how many shares Bob has, first determine the value of his diluted shares, or $5 X 50,000 shares = $250,000.
Then divide the value of his shares by the offering price of the new shares, or $250,000 / $10 = 25,000 shares.
Bob gets issued 25,000 shares of the new Chemtura stock and his previously held shares get annihilated.
