This contract took time to make. For sure QMC would have had many months to prepare these SEC filings. All they needed to do was to make sure those SEC filings were done in time, and then they would get $15 million...

No SEC filing that Pasaca is now majority stockholder. Steven who puts out a desperate PR about something that happened more than two months ago, and in which he doesn't even mention Innova or Pasaca!

We already know QMC breached the agreement when they didn't become current with their SEC filings. So this contract doesn't mean anything. It could already have been breached and cancelled.

Show me prove that Pasaca owns 51% of QMC! Isn't there a website that shows stuckholders? Doesn't that need to be filed with the SEC?
