Cashless exercise a possibility? Looks like company at least knows of the option they have. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Asia-Entertainment-Resources-bw-4111198302.html?x=0
EPS recorrected to .86 EPS and .44 fully diluted.
"The fully diluted basis gives effect to the issuance of a total of 16,088,000 shares upon the exercise of its outstanding public warrants, warrants held by insiders and former insiders that were privately issued at the time of its initial public offering, shares and warrants issuable upon the exercise of a unit purchase option granted to the representative of the underwriters of its initial public offering and shares issuable upon exercise of the warrants included in such option. If all of such securities are exercised for cash, AERL would receive additional capital of $81,208,000. To the extent that such securities are exercised on a cashless basis, the amount of cash that would be received by AERL and the number of ordinary shares it would be required to issue would both be reduced and the earnings per share on a fully diluted basis would be increased."
At this rate you'll have .50's soon lol
I'm all out for now...I just really didn't like earnings...they had higher chip count but lost on margins and .45 EPS in china stock isn't what investors were looking for I think. I'll still watch closely but I'm not sure what to think, so I'm out for now.
Agree, looks pretty miserable...
.45 EPS... and higher turnover rate but lower margins...that is not good..I wouldnt be surprised to see the warrants get hurt on monday
I was told late April, Early May for earnings..would be nice to hear something..
It could have been shorted to allow a hedge to buy cheap warrants...but that's just a theory.
Either way this is very undervalued it just needs to be discovered. Check out TXIC...warrants at one point went down to .10 before it was discovered when china small caps were out of favor...then it came back and popped big time
Man, you have to wonder why they havent called in the warrants yet...chip turnover looks good, but where are earnings...they need trading volume
blah blah blah...china housing is growing...U.S. is not...they will need cheap or expensive ceramic tile in all the new construction in china...its not stopping overnight give me a break
Market is down over 1000 points recently and chinese stocks getting drilled on housing bubble talk and collapse in china market so china market way out of favor, then liquidity and interest is low. I wouldn't worry too much about it, I consider the price here an absolute steal. China 1billion in infrastructure plan that wowjoint should be a big part of.
What a disaster today
yeah today its taking a beating for no reason
Looks like its just you and me here...this one expires october 2013 Risk reward is unbelievable here
Intrinsic value currently is .30, this is getting real bad real quick...
Still waiting...not patiently..but waiting. Too much value here, let's just get some press out and an uplist this year please!
Regarding Warrant Registration, does anyone know if the uplist now officially registers the warrants where they can now be exercised, because if so then there will no longer be an intrinsic gap shortly.
However, I know stocks like CCME, EDS etc were on a big exchange and their warrants werent registered for a while...so just wanted to know
The commons move on hardly any volume, I have a feeling this next month or two will be very very fun
Yup the warrants will see $2.50-$3 a little bit after the uplisting IMO
I would love that but I just don't see that happening here..I'd be more than happy with a stock price of $8-$10
All we need is a move to $8 and then warrants will effectively be $3 given that registering the warrants now wont have any intrinsic gap
Anyone alive here? Things are heating up once again, picked up some more warrants...
Yup, who knows when...but this is going to bring in big reward for warrant holders IMO
Congrats, my price is much higher, I'm averaged in around $1.70 at this point...so this slow drift has hurt me :(
I'm going to wait it out..really no reason not to...have until october 2013 with $5 strike...so commons just need to be above $6.70...seems like a no brainer to hold and wait and see where this goes.
wow just saw that block...interesting
That's not true...I still hold all shares from .085...just saying don't be surprised if things dont go as fast as you anticipate. Relax a little man, we are all on the same side.
I have shares and will wait..but I don't think these guys are on "go" mode...I wouldn't expect anything regarding a new company coming in with information etc for a while, but who knows I could be wrong
I guess we are the only ones here still...I'll just sit and wait, intrinsic value makes the current price look silly...and we will surely gap up on any registration of the warrants with the SEC
I just don't understand warrants pricing at $1.55 with the current share price and potential to call in the warrants..just doesn't make sense. The only thing I could think of is if there was going to be some secondary offering at a price of $6 or something of that sort
Man some people got really burned including me
This is very bullish
"Rolling Chip Turnover for the first quarter of 2010 in our 2 VIP gaming rooms in Macau was US$1.894 billion, up 132% year-over-year, compared to US$817.3 million for the first quarter of 2009. Rolling Chip Turnover for the month of March 2010 in our 2 VIP gaming rooms in Macau was US$496.7 million, up 93% year-over-year, compared to US$257.8 million for the month of March 2009."
You need to compare it for YOY each month is going to be different in the gambling industry due to seasonality...
Great news to here they already applied, now that makes CCLF, AERCF (supposedly has applied to) and WHJCF all applied to get on nasdaq...the time for all of them should be within the next few months lets hope
But did you put the option out there for him to think about lol? Nice rolling chip count...
If we get on nasdaq, I think we are golden as long as they don't do a secondary offering like CO did.
Thanks any discussion regarding the option to call in the warrants?
At least they are looking to uplist lol
Did he answer any of your questions though?
IR Email Contact NOT WORKING! Can you believe this? I tried to email hcinternational from the contact given in wowjoint's press releases and the email sends me a "failure notice"...wow thats unprofessional
Not sure the dilution angle that you're taking...if anything I figured they'd just do a reverse split like NEWN did when a new company came in
Wowjoint common and warrants on sale here....
