Well, i can say for me, that i have not rested on their responses. I call them frequently. I had the guy today do a three way call with me to the TA. Unfortunatley today, we got a voicemail. The fact that the DTC has issued the shares on 12/05 is the point of my frustration. ETrade has them but can't/won't issue them

Anyone have ETrade as their broker? Have you been in contact with the Corporate Actions Team?
One thing i did notice is that they are not on the L2 charts as of yet.

Correct Well, what i did was called the DTC directly. Eturd told me they had not received their shares yet. I found out from the DTC that they did on 12/05. ETurd now acknowledges that they have them, however, they are waiting on the TA to round up the fractional shares wich sounds like a crock.....
Any thoughts?

I can say that i phoned the number under the new information i found and they stated that it was a wrong number.
Strange considering where i located it.

The information i have received is the I will receive the 500 shares, however, they (ETrade) are waiting for the TA to do the "roundup" of fractional shares before they can put them into my account. What i was getting from them (ETrade)was that they had not received the new shares shares yet, but this morning, I found out otherwise through a phone call ( i wont say where to) and then called them on it. They then acknowledged that the shares had been delieverd, but as i stated, they are waiting for the TA to roundup the fractional shares.
I don't understand if they have the shares, why are they not in the account? I had no fractional shares.
Frustrating.

Well, at Least ScottTrade gives you a time frame. ETurd does not....Think i will switch.
Interesting though. TA states that they have to communicate still with the company on what they want to do. I thought DTC was suppose to over see these types of actions to ensure timely transfers of shares?

Well, at least you where given a time frame....I am getting conflicting information regarding the preverbial "Who's court the ball is in" at this point in terms of issuing shares.

Well, their request to the TA was sent last week. It is the TA holding things up. And this i know as fact.

With the exception that the TA has not even begun processing them yet for ETrade.........Oh well
