I talked to Investor Relations, Mr Holmes, today
Nice guy. Sounded hard working.
Says the CEO, Will Gray, is a good worker raised in the oil fields who has had a few dirty tricks played on him from European shorters.
What he said that got me to buy was that they are now pumping
80 barrels a day and making about $50 per barrel at $75 oil.
If you do the math that is
80 barrels/day x $50/barrel x 365 days per year
or about $1,440,000 per year in profit.
for a stock with a market cap of about $2.8 million that is a P/E of 2
A P/E for growth stocks is about 20 conservatively.
Makes this a TEN BAGGER.
Anybody want to fill me in here as to where I am wrong please feel free.
Mr. Holmes said they are going to get more wells running and this area,
the Permian Basin, is a good place to drill.
I forgot the depth of the oil.
I remember him saying they had maybe another 41 wells that could be brought back into production.

Historically that has been the patttern here.
Exactl two weeks before anouncing the drill ship was coming stock started to spike.
Like playing cards on hte internet where the shill knows everybody's hand.

Without oil ERHC doesn't have much staying power.
These wells cost too much.

I was in a long time ago and got out.
I am no oil man but I think when they drill they get more than a clue as to what is there.
Also this stock moves on insider info in advance of big news.
To say this looks bad now is putting it mildly.
A lot of old time posters who were very positive appear to have left the ship.

Just wondering why you think there is any real business here and what is your evidence?
