You only have to be in stock for one day to get stock and cash dividends? I still don't see why he is diluting stock with this give away. If stock does not go down after Jan 6 or ex dividend date I will be glad to be wrong. we will see.

I think so, that is what usually happens when additional stock is added to market cap. I still like the company but haven't figured out why they are doing a stock dividend, I would rather see a stock buyback.

Where do you get 20% from, I kind of made the same mistake when I first read anouncment. $.10 a share equals .5% and the stock equals 10%, total 10.5% not 20%

If you analyze the business model, the hiring of the reps (quadrupled in 2020), the costs assisiated with training, the time it takes for a salesrep to be productive, the lifetime and break down of order revenues...
Guidance of the company points towards an EBITDA of apx. 30 cents/share in Q4 if you break it all down.
You do the math...
