Provided a corporate update on its recent activities and the impact of COVID-19 on the market and operations. Zenabis Atholville cultivation operations continue at steady-date, and operations are focused on adding a significant number of high-THC cultivars; Zenabis Langley has now completed a harvest from each of its licensed production areas, with cultivation output between Zenabis Atholville and Zenabis Langley sufficient to meet current market demand; and COVID-19 has increased the focus of provincial counterparties on discount product offerings, resulting in a significant increase in product listings of Zenabis' discount brand, Re-Up. I guess the time and date is a secret like everything else with this company. Their last press release didn't make it out of Canada. This company seems to want to keep themselves, a secret for some reason. Go figure. We'll know soon enough, I guess.

I concur with your comment, Zenabis has got to be the best kept secret since the Japanese invaded Pearl Harbor. They've positioned themselves well as a high volume, high quality, low cost, dependable, producer of cannabis and cannabis products, worldwide. Not enough space to write all the good things going on with this company. Because this company is only one year old, they're operationally a little behind the leaders. This company doesn't promote itself yet, like other companies do, it looks like they are going to let their earnings reports do their talking for them. Just go to their website and read their Q4 and 2019 end of year report and the press release of April 30, 2020 and then read everything you can find on this company and you'll begin to get the picture. Don't take my word for it, on the web, it's not worth anything anyway. Go look for yourself, this company is a sleeper, big time.

Based on their production- this stock should be trading for $1.90 to the $4.60 range. Very undervalued.

Nice to see some positive press on ZENA. Zenabis has the one of the largest indoor grow facilities in Canada, but it's still craft grown in small batches to maintain quality. Plus they can grow year round in all kinds of weather without the need for sunlight. The quality & consistency of indoor grown is hard to match.

Looks like Zenabis has shipped vape cartridges to Nova Scotia with New Brunswick getting them next. They are to be used with PAX Era vaporizers, which are the most popular of the high end quality vapes.

They are using in house extraction so the margins should be high enough to keep the prices lower than the competition. Just like they do with their flower. They price for the everyday smokers for repeat business. Smart.

Correction-Cannabis NB reported $11M in sales for Oct, Nov, and Dec. So it would be 38% of $11M total, if ZENA is correct about their 38% market share in NB. Looks like the NB market is starting to grow quickly. Like :)

This article on Zenabis came out during the awaited Q4. According to the article Zenabis believes they have 38% market share in New Brunswick.

Cannabis NB just reported $11M in sales for December. If you do the math Zenabis could have made $4,180,000 in New Brunswick just in December. Add in Oct and Nov sales and they could beat Q3's revenues from one province alone.

Add in all the other provinces, and this could be a record quarter for the company. I've seen it posted that the official release date will be Feb 18th, but I haven't confirmed it yet.

Zenabis is currently undercutting the competition, and hopefully stealing black market share by selling $160 ounces on Cannabis NB. With ZENA's low cost to grow they could compete successfully with the black market growers. Not just on price but on product safety. There are some really informative graphs that include Zenabis in this article on Organigram.

It shows ZENA's revenue per gram going up while other LP's are coming down. Also ZENA's production costs per gram are one of the lowest in the industry. Their SG&A per gram is below Canopy and Supreme, but still too high. Believe we will see this metric going down across the board for all LP's trying to cut costs.

After reading this article on Organigram I feel pretty good about ZENA's position in the market. Especially at this share price compared to the other LP's. Hoping once the rights offering shares get sold by retailers leaving the sector the sp will move up. Volume is back to average so it might be close to over. MM's just vacuuming up the last of the scared shares. imho

Agree the valuation was affected by the decisions of the ex ceo. He had grand ideas of 400,000 KG's of capacity before the market was ready. Fortunately he was removed before more money was spent on unneeded capacity construction.

Now ZENA is focused on getting their 100,000 KG's of licensed capacity profitable. I'd rather invest in a rightsized company that can sellout what they produce, than a overbuilt behemoth taking product back from the retailers. But that's just me :) gl
