I advise everyone to do your own DD! Look at the progress made since March.. Make your own choice.. it’s not everyday you see a company not only reduce the AS.. but also canceled restricted shares.. I haven’t seen that type of commitment in a very long time

Gmoney, so many were here b4 you and hoped and pumped only for shares to go all the way back down again. Yes, they've gone up to date on their filings many times b4 and made announcements of an exchange etc. etc. but nodda ever became of any of it. If something does develop now? Yes I am Lone Wolf! I've been in this POS for years and it always happens. I will be here long after you leave. I am only hoping they do something legitimate so I can bail on the rise to break even. So...you're suggesting that getting OTC current after over 2 years of delinquent filings...and the filings that announced their aquisition of 2 companies readily identifyable and their JV announcement with a cash-flow positive entity and their 'official' filings via the OTX regarding their restructuring efforts are all false? Hmmmmm...

All i cam say is don't wait too long foe some tickets. Your lotto opportu ity is almost gone.

Wondering where did all these posters come from. My guess is that they are pumping and priming this pinky for a short term gain as they try to coral the many unsuspecting retail traders to jump in to raise the SP so they can get out and then it will go all the way back down - Buyers beware for I've been here for many, many years

I can appreciate you saying, and I've seen that they're caught up on their annuals/quarerly's but they've done this before and before and before and after they've done this, NOTHING has ever become of this company. They've even had acquisitions and all and R/s's before and still nothing became of this Pinky!

Like I said b4, if they do something positive, I've got to see it in PRINT to believe it. So, bring it on - GLTU

Folks that missed my AN*I call in the mid-trips...my LD*R call in the mid-teens and my DS*T call in the upper-teens need to really pay attemtion to the news, volume and trading patterns here in GRCV. Its EXACTLY the same as those others that delivered multiple bags!!!

It's good that they can't use it (the extra 3B) now, but looks bad that they had it at 6B. It could go back up just as easy. Probably not but could. If they had it at 6, that meant that the plan, at least at one time, was to dilute the 'f' out of it. All the way up to 6B. Which is shady. 2-3B, I'm cool with that. 6, no. So yeah, having it at 3 is better now, but it's just correcting a past mistake.

I'm most wondering what float is.

And trying to understand the series B shares they say are paying off debt with. Which is 900k I think. I think I read they satisfied 75k of it so far...i guess that's a good start.

Just gathering info here mi amigo.
