On one day not too long ago over 1 million shares were traded and huge blocks were traded on the ask. After that every now and then noticed aggressive trading. A good amount of accumulation has taken place since the stock started trading. The fact that this stock is not going down but holding steady during this period where there is no news at all indicates that the moment we hear some good news we are going to see this unravel and move straight up.

$142mil in assets last reported is not small change , YUII ipo 2 years ago and I would think by now if there was a real problem $$$ it would have come out . I just see they got ahead of themselves and now have payed the price with the pullback and the market has absorbed the negativity . From over $4 to $1 in 2 days I just see a great possibility of a jump back that swiftly ..... We will see what the next news and filings will show;> Still watching for any insider activity because they were buying the $4++ nicely a few months back and these prices must be pretty tempting , thus the big volume days we have seen on and off...

The answer to your question lies squarely in your question. "Why are people still buying?". People are still buying and will continue to buy because they are aware there is value in this stock. The fact that the pps is holding in a tight range tells you that once good news starts trickling in this stock is going to take off. They are working on fixing the issues and so sometime soon we are going to see them being current in their financial reporting having hired a new auditor, we will also be going to hear about their forensic audit and the remedial steps. Bad news has been priced in and good news to follow will take this stock back up to where it belongs.

People who have a vision into the future know this is a viable business with huge profit margins which will continue to rake in plenty of money for many years to come. This is a non-cyclical food stock in a huge growing economy that is doing very well, plenty of growth potential, a cheap and healthy source of protein, much cheaper than pork which is the most popular meat in china. With a chicken or two in every Chinese pot and over a billion Chinese it is just mind boggling to think of the size of the market.

Now I hope you understand why people are still buying this stock. Smart people are investing in a smart way and will cash in when the time is right. Nothing happens in a hurry and neither will this, but when it happens you need to be prepared. "Be prepared for when the time is right".

I am not sure if prayers will help eventually, cause most often this is due to a lack of common sense. Anyway, just do our best to help the ignorant that they may one day see things the way we see. Right now they are blind and don't have a sense of direction :)

From what I see right now the pps is artificial. I have been noticing accumulation for quite sometime now but the pps is being held around +/- 1.20. Sometimes it goes to 1 - 1.04 and then runs back to 1.20, other times it goes to 1.35 - 1.40 and then goes back to 1.20. Most often it shuttles between 1.15 and 1.25. My feeling is that this is being done till YUII comes out with some good news to warrant a move. When they come out with their next financial report or their forensic audit with remedial steps I expect it to start moving. Once it moves IMHO it will go to 5 fairly quickly.

This being a non-cyclical consumer business in a country with a huge population looking for a cheap source of protein as an alternative to pork (which is a popular item among the population but is getting expensive) is going to keep generating profits for a long time into the future. I strongly believe once the pps reaches 5 it will keep moving up. A price target of 15 to me is not far fetched at all. Right now the situation calls for a lot of patience. There are times when I have noticed huge blocks being bought. My feeling is that insiders are accumulating right now. We just need to hang on and wait for the take off. IMHO there is bound to be a good ride here.

last reported yuii had $142,995,484 in assets on march '11 up from $80,119,986 from 2010 - I see upside , as usual the shorts take it down too far and the longs run away too scared , but as everything gets sorted out they run right back in long and shorts cover fast - thus the fast drop from 5 to 1.20 - the up will be similar 1.25 and open one morning right over 3 and running back to over 5 .

They are making money here and $142mil -$80 mil is big bucks in my book . we will see whos right , yuii good gamble imo .......

Skull and bones will go away shortly

I checked other chinese stocks such as CCME, SNOFF etc and all display the same as what you see for YUII.

FUQI has a Yield sign instead of the skull & bones. If you place your mouse on the yield sign it says the following:
Companies that have posted limited financial information through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or are late in their filing obligations with the SEC are designated as OTC Pink Limited Information.

From this I gather YUII has the skull and bones displayed since it has not released its financial information since December 31 2010. They just got an auditor on August 10th who has started working on their financial information. Sometime soon their financial results will be out. In fact the Yahoo message board on the company events page states that the earnings announcement will be on Sept. 5th.

Once the earnings are announced on Sept. 5th or whenever in the near future, we probably will see what we see for FUQI or better.
In my opinion the Skull & Bones is a temporary thing which will be replaced by the Yield sign or better yet a Big Green Strobe Light. YUII is doing all it can to fix things - they have hired a good auditor, they have hired a reputable law firm that has hired a top 4 auditor to perform a forensic audit. Once the earnings are out and the forensic audit is over and the remedial steps are in place we should see YUII in much better standing than it is currently. If you see the pps it is shuttling between 1.04 and 1.35 and the accumulation is good. My feeling is that the MMs are holding the price within that range till we hear some good news. Once we here good news, the pps will start to move. Right now we probably need to be patient till the earnings announcement and the forensic audit are complete

yes but why did it change? there must be a reason yuii had a change there? I guess only thing to do is email http://www.otcmarkets.com/contactUs and ask them see if they can tell us if something happened and they got more info from yuii to do this uplist on there site, or it might just be standard policy to shift around tier levels especially since yuii was so recently on the nasdaq and not like most pink sheets stocks which have been here for years... just some food for thought

It will turn out to be good

They have just hired a top 15 auditor Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk. This is good news. This should help them have their regular audits in place soon.

Loeb & Loeb a reputable law firm the BOD has hired for the investigative process has hired a top 4 auditor to do the investigative audit. This is a very good move to help with the clean up process.

They are going to appeal the delisting again. I am sure they will improve on what they lacked the last time in order to succeed this time. The persistence is a good thing

We are seeing signs of a resilient company that is doing all it can to fix what is broken and rise. These are not signs of a
fraudulent company that wants to leave investors in the cold.

Their profitable business is intact. They are mending what is broken. In due course they will normalize and be back in the game.
