You must be buying a lot with the dollar volume at 100 bucks.Your going to have too cough up a little more than that for my 2 million.Good luck and good trading.
ReachOut Technology is about as legitimate of a company as we have seen reverse merging into the OTC.
CEO is a tech guy, impressive resume and track record and based on what we have seen so far he is hungry. He owns a mature cybersecurity MSP, is acquiring more and with everything going on around the world right now that is a hot sector to be in.
We are probably sitting on the ground floor of something big here. If you can get this under .01 you are likely sitting on what will be a massive company in a great sector.
What price do you have them at on the ask? Because I’m on level two, and I do not see them. Which means the market maker that is selling your shares has other shares at a lower price which makes yours not available for me to see. Please tell me so I can set my Perimeters to buy them.
No shares on the ask,now that's rich.Got my 2 million shares available, but I don't see any takers. No one is buying this baby now.New CEO,and same old OTC.Hurry up and wait, the future is golden.Just lay your money down and we will place it in the spin cycle.P.T. Barnum said there's a sucker born every minute in America,he knew what he was talking about.Good luck and good trading.
Didn't GGII go on. major run?
Good luck Buddy!
Not the most exciting way to lose or win. Once in a while the squirrel gets his nut
Hopefully all of us hit it here with Reachout
Don't forget to ask Kevin about GGII.How did that work out?You people crack me up with the ticker and name calling.Has nothing to do with where YCRM is now. That is delinquent in their filings, period.Don't need any crystal balls or pumping, just bare facts.Face it people, you been had by yet another stinky pinky. This is what the OTC is.A system designed to circulate monies from various sources to wash those monies clean. There are no real companies, just washing machines. The shell owners are compensated for putting their names on the documents. It's one giant merry-go-round.The SEC only steps in when the greed or exposure gets too much publicity. All financial institutions benefit so nothing is said or done to stop it.Good luck and good trading.
All these negative post and yet I can’t find any shares to buy on the ASK. Would you please sell them to me already?
Kevin Harrington is on the Board of Directors. Harrington also sat on the Board of Directors of Celsius Holdings.
When Harrington joined in March 2013, CELH traded at .21 on the OTC.
When Harrington left in August 2021, CELH traded at $66 on Nasdaq.
Sounds like lottery lays, and that's a legit way to go about it IMO.
Exactly,no one and I mean no one invests long term in micro-caps.Unless your a Professional Micro-cap investor like SF971.Numbers are not adding up.Check out the volume, dead. What they did was just killed the stock.Nobody is parking their money for 2 years in an OTC lottery ticket.I don't believe it,you don't believe it,doesn't make sense. They screwed up and let the cat out of the bag.Going to take a whole lot of pumping to get this thing back rolling.Good luck and good trading.
Kind of my thing lol. Hit or miss. Play others while I wait. Rode OLVI recently from .06-9.00 currently at 4$
Held for 3yrs$$$
12-24 months huh? Have you EVER invested in an OTC ticker with the intention of holding 12-24 months? I mean without being bagged?
14.2% avg revenue multiple for cybersecurity. Interesting article.

Hey,the point is nobody invests to lose money.Who sells a 1.7 million revenue company for 125 thousands. He picked up 51 employees on the San Antonio deal, details wern't disclosed.Every person who has money in the game has a right too know what's going on.Spin it or justify it any way you would. The fact of the matter is they missed the due date.Good luck and good trading.
Can we merge with GIS? Owner of the best ice cream in the world( according to my wife) --- Häagen-Dazs.
These mergers definitely take time. I realize your intentions are to get Ricks attention but what is he supposed to do? This could be an absolute game changer for early investors like us. If it doesn’t succeed then we move on. Nobody here (hopefully) has invested money they can’t afford so it’s best to show some patience. Good luck and good trading.
Birch you clearly didn't do what I asked which was to watch the fireside chat. Before this newest acquisition he said they had 68 employees I believe. I feel like if you did it would answer almost all of your ignorant comments you've made. Man lots of broke people doing what OTC investors do best, bitch and moan, cause they didn't have they money to lose in the first place.
Chum, this one could take 12-24 mos to really make some noise buddy. If you can’t wait, go trade something else. Like Rick said, if you don’t want to be on the train, hop off. No harm, no foul. It’s your $. If you got time to wait then great. You seem impatient. Like I said, 12-24 mos at least.
They love to pump and I need filings and facts. I don’t have very much time because I have COPD. I can’t wait 10 years. No need to dream. GLTA
Free cash flow??? Rick has 60 employees. We don’t know how many employees that Rick kept with the 3 acquisitions. We don’t know shit but we can speculate. GLTA
Ok 2 choices. Buy more and average down or take my losses.
I'm averaging down. Believe there is money to be made here. Hope the filings prove me right. If it takes another month, so be it. Might have a couple million shares by then.
Market cap rerate from $2.5 M upon filing of the audited financials with revenues/net income/positive cash flow could be swift.
Numbers,we just need the numbers AKA filings. We are not talking ten years from now.We are talking about today. If you want to tie up your money on a sub-penny,go for it.Like I said before,if your going to dream,it might as well be in colour.Good luck and good trading.
Programmatic serial acquisition may not always receive the attention it deserves, but its potential for compounding investor returns over the long term is undeniable.
By adopting a disciplined and strategic approach to acquiring and integrating businesses, serial acquirers can unlock tremendous value for shareholders, realize economies of scale, build sustainable competitive advantages and continuously scale acquisition activity, acquiring new cash streams in near perpetuity.

Three acquisitions closed.
There are many publicly traded serial acquirer roll-up companies in many industries.
There are owner-entrepreneurs already doing roll-ups in the MSP space (Orrin Klopper etc.).
Mr. Rick Jordan is the first to do an MSP roll-up in a publicly traded entity.
Free cash flow, debt financing and shares can be used for further acquisitions.
Revenues, net income and cash flow will continue to go up with each acquisition and each quarter.
If earnings grow faster than the rate of dilution (it should given the MSP acquisition model is proven to be scalable and the accretive profit margins are lucrative) EPS will go up each quarter.
This will lead to share price appreciation.
"In a company news release published on ChannelE2E, a data and information site for managed services providers, ReachOut said its acquisition of RedGear will add nearly $4 million in revenue to its portfolio.
In an interview with El Paso Inc., Aguayo said that the acquisition is actually worth more – “at least $10 million in revenue to the ReachOut family,” he said.
More specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Aguayo said that other companies had approached RedGear about acquisitions, but he turned down those offers because they didn’t meet his vision of an ideal corporate match.
“In the past when I was approached by venture capitalists, and by other investors, they really didn’t care about the people,” Aguayo said. “They only cared about the revenue, the money. But with my conversations with Rick and his staff, we saw that even though we’re from different parts of the United States, we have similar core values.”

What good old SF971 forgot too mention was the number of RS that these companies had. When were they sub-penny?We all can post hundreds of stocks that look nice at dollars per share, but how did they get there?More importantly is where are they going.SF971 thanks for showing your colours. We know where your coming from,Rick.Good luck and good trading.
How long for the rerate on financials to occur?
$HRBR 8 months from .05 to $3 (54 M OS) starting at $3 M MC
$ELTP 6 months from .03 to .21 (705 M OS) starting at $30 M MC
Like I said,pumper.SF971 give it a break. We get your pumping,we got it.Means nothing, not one thing.Time will tell and in my experience it's usually not good.Good luck and good trading.
$AATC on OTCQX with similar revenues/net income and growth to ReachOut is trading at $35 M market cap.
Only $2.5 M market cap.
$YCRM is combination of:
$HRBR (mispriced/undervalued OTC stock awaiting release of financials for arbitrage rerate)
+
$EVI (serial acquisition compounder roll-up microcap).
Sounds like SF 971 is one of those professional Micro-cap investors.Or is it Rick buying some time and pumping at the same time.Who knows? All I know this is more indication of dead money.Oh,I forgot all the financial institutions lining up to invest in this. That alone will make it pop. Can't wait too see the fireworks and the marching bands. This is what I'm talking about. They are late, everyone knows they're late and now the excuses start.Add some pumping and there you have it.A typical OTC pump and when the time comes, dump. We only want the numbers, nothing else, just the filings. We will make our own assessments when the time comes.Good luck and good trading.
It should. Especially since it has taken this long to complete. Rick should have went with another auditor. In my opinion.
Should the upcoming 10-KT include ReachOut's financials for the twelve months from Nov-21 to Oct-22, from Nov-22 to Oct-23 (post-first acquisition), and the stub period from Nov-23 to Dec-23 (post-second acquisition) with revenue/income/cash flow growth for each interval, this filing may be absolutely stellar.
Every 10-KT filed by Fruci includes financials for the "stub period", and year-end financials for the previous fiscal year compared to the year prior.
Thus, the upcoming 10-K should include:
- Revenue, Net Income, Cash Flow for two months ended from Nov 2023 to Dec 2023 (Stub Period)
- Revenue, Net Income, Cash Flow for twelve months ended from Nov 2022 to Oct 2023 (Prior Fiscal Year 2023)
- Revenue, Net Income, Cash Flow for twelve months ended from Nov 2021 to Oct 2022 (Prior Fiscal Year 2022)
Mature business with real people and real revenues.
Acquisition of $1.7 M Revenue MSP just closed with more pending.
Serial acquirer roll-ups have much of the greatest returns.
Now that's a good one.Professional microcap investors. We already know who you are,I will make a note. What you're really saying, right out of the OTC playbook. This is going to take months, but don't worry you will be richly rewarded. This is still listed as Yuenglings Ice Cream Corp at Edgar's.Until they change names and get a new CIK number it will continue to be Yuenglings Ice Cream Corp. Thanks for letting everyone know that their investments are dead for months too come. You can't change a Leopard's spots.Good luck and good trading.
"Professional" microcap investors will only buy after audited financials are filed with the SEC.
By that point, institutions will likely have bid it up to rerate market cap.
Early investors who've been paying attention to Mr. Rick Jordan’s interviews will reap the greatest rewards IMO.
Thanks Mojo,I intend too.Facts are sometimes hard to swallow. It is what it is.All anyone can do is wait.It is up to every individual shareholder too make their decisions.Good luck and good trading.
Reverse mergers/significant acquisitions require two years of financials of the acquired company to be filed with the SEC, usually in a Super 8-K or 8-K/A.
Yuengling’s and ReachOut’s fiscal years are also different.
At some point, a 10-KT would’ve been need to be filed regardless to align the fiscal years.
10-KT requires financials for the “stub period” and prior two fiscal years.
Fruci will likely cover the above with the 10-KT.
A two year audit for a new public company with multiple acquired entities is an extensive process.
Audited 10-K filed for Fiscal Year ending Oct 2023.
Audited 10-K pending for Fiscal Year ending Dec 2023.
Audit delay is due to Fruci's backlog.
Perhaps you should find something else. Cut some shares loose Brother. I'm beyond tired of waiting too. With 349 mill o/s, and most of it accumulated, she will pop hard on filings once they are all updated and confirmed revenues. My gut tells me to wait. You do what you want.
Examples of other SEC audited revenue-generating, profitable, cash flow positive OTC Pink stocks and their respective market caps?
It's not about your perception of negativity. It's about performance, and right now we aren't getting any.Dates need to be met so shareholders can be confident in their investments. This new CEO who praises himself, isn't instilling much confidence in shareholders, with his missed filings.Nothing more or nothing less,it's about business.Timetables have to be made and kept. The flow of business is contingent upon it.Good luck and good trading.
He will deliver the goods. How is he going to get Capital with a depressed share price? I'm sure he wants a big price on the ticker..... it will come together! We lost a large holder today, tired of waiting most likely but opportunity for others.
Everyone is waiting for Rick to deliver the filings..... he will.....
$YCRM is currently at $2.5 M market cap.
Per Ian Cassel (founder of Microcapclub.com), "a $10 M revenue company breaking even" should be at $20 M market cap.
A $13.7 M revenue company with ~$3 M in net income should be at... ?
