Yeah, makes you wonder, up until the last couple of days it had traded zero shares in 2017. These are the approximate numbers I see:

2016- 510
2015- 1000
2014- 3600
2013- 5900

In the past couple days this has traded about 3000 shares, granted that's not much... but it's a LOT for this....which is highly unusual.

Couple more taps today, be very interesting to see this get some significant volume, I believe this has the lowest float of any fully reporting OTCQB on my watchlist, at only 18K shares.

Just a shell company now but if this ever gets an RM, change of control, etc....watch out....the Chinese could easily run this up to $20 or $30 bucks like they did with ABQQ.

Or could just as easily sit completely illiquid for another couple years, hard to say at this point.

New bidder and a few tiny taps on this Chinese ticker the last couple days, only shares traded since Nov 2016, prob nothing but with only a couple thousand share float worth watching.
