Steve Westlund, heretofore best known as being the property manager for the movie "Howard the Duck" and a Viper racing enthusiast, finally making a net quarterly profit on a company he headed.

Wow!!! Maybe my 7500 shares of Kaire Holdings (before the reverse splits and reverse merger) will someday amount to something. But I'm not counting on it.

I'll bet Westlund will give the CEO and CFO of IPLO all the credit though.


BTW are Nacaratto and Baum still hanging around here?

Quarterly reports proves that company is profitable (on an net basis!). But nobody seems to care.

Outlook given by management is optimistic, too (new orders....).

According to Bloomberg, IPLO has only 4,504,000 shares outstanding.
The 3 largest shareholders are: Standard Resources (3,915m or 86,92 %), Owen M. Naccarato (0,225m or 5,00 %) and Steven Westlund (0,1535m or 3,41 %).

This leaves a free float of just 210.500 shares or 4,67 % of the issued!!!

This company is profitable, no shares have been converted recently. I don't even know, if there are still convertibles outstanding.

With such a low free float, this baby can run fast and high....

Guess that would be over well 9 weeks ago today, 4-14-2006, that H & H said it would be releasing 2006 results "shortly". Maybe the results were too "shortly" to announce.

Over 5 weeks ago (February 6th) the company said that H and H Glass's 2006 earnings would be available "shortly".

How long is "shortly" at KAIH?

Ever notice how the people "hyping" this stock only show up when the company is "pumping" on new news. After the stock is run up and them dumped these "hypsters" disappear and aren't here to discuss the company.

I guess the losers who bought the hype and purchased the stock at $ .035 to $ .07 are too emabarrassed to admit they got stuck with the stock at that price now that it has fallen back to near a penny.

Hint to losers: Wait until the 8K comes out that explains the hype PR before jumping in with your cash. You won't be buying the stock at 7 times the market price that way.

well Osiris I guess my post didn't concern you "savvy" traders who managed to get into a stock you knew nothing about and get out in the same or next day at a profit, but the holders of the millions of shares who bought in at $ .034 and $ .07 and are still holding at $ .022.

Its always amazing how when this pump (based on incomplete press release)and dump (after reading what really happened in 8K) there is always the "savvy" investors who manage to show up claiming they made a profit on the upswing and sold out at a big profit. But I am sure you one of the privileged few to be "lucky" or "smart" enough to see the familiar pattern and get in and out on this unknown stock. Surely that was child's play for the god of the underworld eh Osiris. Have fun with your "free shares".

Uh wait you aren't Steve Westlund or one of his lackeys who is getting the 29 million plus "free" shares are you? No wait those aren't distributed yet and I am sure you aren't a short seller are you.

How much is a glass company making $ 500,000 a year worth?
Divide that number by 900,000,000 and you will a have the actual worth of KAIH shares. at $ .017 the market value is $ 15,300,000. So the question is if you had 15 million dollars would you spend it on a glass company who made $ 500,000 in 2005 and you don't know how much it made in $ 2006?
(Oops left out effect of the convertible debt, but thats ok, I like to be liberal in my assessments anyway.)

Certainly not if Steve "Howard The Duck" Westlund stays around or is rewarded with almost 30 million free shares.
But thats just me, I don't have money burning a hole in my pocket to get away.

What is a share of KAIH worth? No one knows for sure however in using deductive reasoning lets try this.

Known facts:

Last known profit by acquiring company $ 500,000 in 2005

Market value of company normally 10 to 20 times earnings

900,000,000 will be authorized and outstanding when H and H takes over .

For ourpurposes let us assume a market value on the high end of the 10-20 times earnings lets pick 18 times earnings. Since we don't have earnings for 2006 we will use the $ 500,000 from 2005.

18 x $500,000 = $ 9,000,000 market value

$ 9,000,000 market value divided by 900,000,000 shares = value of $.01 per share.

So todays price of$ .035 relects a value $ .025 above the rational value of the stock.(However if the earnings for 2006 turn out to be about $ 2,000,000 then the $ .035 stock price would be about right.)

Of course the "hype" buyers very seldom are rational in their reasoning. They just run from one mo mo play to another praying that this "will be the one".

What does the company think the value of the stock is? Read the 8K, the value they place on the stock in their example is $ .01.
How about that.

Read the SEC filings carefully and then invest. If you act off the Press releases you will be fooled.

Who was it that was arguing with my statement that this looked like a reverse merger based on the fact that the press release said that KAIH had "bought" H and H Glass.
