Good morning. Haven’t looked at this board in awhile. Surprised to see all the posts.
Sounds like something percolating? I see your Islanders are looking at a possible wild card spot. They need to be active at the trade deadline to get some help. My Leafs are looking good lately. They got past their annual Christmas time losing streak.
Good morning long time no chat
Explain olease. XNRG coming back or their new venture which does Jack Crap for shareholders?
Con game? Pffft whatever. Totally innacurate.
Great. What's the new con game?
GOOOOOOOOOOO JERRY!!!!!
Alot of positive chatter coming from Jerry's camp. XNRG
We just remodeled a Wendy's restaurant off of 79 and Race Track rd. and one over in Beaver Township
Washington PA is my stomping grounds. Gas wells everywhere now, my little sister has a pipeline running across the back section of their 22 acres.
Happy as hell they never heard of XNRG and Jerry the Jerk.
NICE. I stopped at the old Shenandoah Truck Stop in Lore City Ohio on my way back from Washington Pa yesterday. Oilfield trucks out the wazoo around that place.
If you wait till you have enough money you will never do it. I heard it was boomin down there is my old stompin groud was born in Cambridge and went to work on my first double back in 1969.
I'm ready to retire. Just need the money to do it. LOL The oilfield industry is just booming between Columbus Ohio and Wheeling Wva. I think its a lot of gas wells in that area though. Ive seen some really big drilling rigs around there. Way bigger than them old jackknife rigs Dad used to drill on when I was a kid.
Staying nice and warm that is the advantage of retiring. Yeah I do not know what is going to happen to these wells. Hell who even owns 15 anymore?
How you been wild man 1. Hope your staying warm these days. I've been wearing out my long johns. LOLOL Looks like they just keep racking up the violations on the backside of things. Must not be good at finishing the job after they start things. They knw what they are supposed to do just seems like he chooses not to do it the right way an awful lot.
Yeah they had a lot of trouble with the frac job on that well. And it never made any oil they took the pump jack off it a few years ago but never plugged the well the tubing and rods are still in well. And your guess is as good as mine as to where the money went but it sure never went where is was suppose to go. I see on skytruth DEP got all 3 of Malis companys for violations I kinda feel sorry for him in a way but he is the bond holder.
Where did all the money go that jerry made from selling stock

Whatever happen to this thief aka ASSHOLE... WENT ON VACATION WITH MY MONEY AND I STILL SEE THIS USELESS 5 MILLION SHARES IN MY PORTFOLIO
Sure are taking their sweet time working up a new con to run on the public.
So your waiting for this dead stock to decompose?
When the time is right. Let the boys work
So when do you think the band is going to go back on tour?
Nope. Letting nature takes it course.
Finally gave up did ya?
I don't think so. I am looking forward to Matousek telling us the history of Thanksgiving this week.
Lol. How to I get rid of this pos from my account. Tired of looking at one of the worst trades ever
Like what? Facts only
It's an opinion but it's not factual. Good to know.
Whats up with the HUGGY BEAR?
Jerry may try to hide his past but the XNRG forum still exists in cyberspace
Or anyone. Quite obvious.
Must be something that somebody does not want us to see. Just my opinion.
Thank you. I think this will be very useful.
I sure would like to read some of those company announcements again that should of been an 8k. Funny how all that stuff has magically vanished.
With no forum on the company website that tells me they are trying to hide something. Just my opinion.
ahall, no. It would be illegal to make a market for revoked XNRG ever again. EOM
Seems quite reasonable to post it on a public message board. It’s good for potential investors to see how the company conducts it’s business before they make an informed decision to buy shares. If the assertions are indeed true, XNRG could easily take care of this if they were interested in doing the right thing. If not they should make a statement on their company forum. They had no problem making statements when they were drilling their stripper well and issuing billions of shares.
Instead of posting that info here does it make sense to post that to a lawyer
Can you put a lien on the new company? If Xun and Xom were subsidiaries of Xnrg and xun(I think) is the registered agent for the new company, then they might be connected?
I feel for ya. Have no idea what your deal was with Xnrg but Having spent quite a few years doing oil and gas exploration, have seen some pretty unscrupulous behavior by land men who would say anything to get a signature and access to someone’s property, and end up with me having to straighten it out with the landowner, when I showed up with the crew. Sometimes looking down the barrel of his rifle or shotgun. Ohio and Michigan were bad for that.
Don’t give up on trying to get paid. Do whatever it takes. Worst case scenario, if the amount is large and justifies travel expenses, pay them a surprise visit.
That they did not pay for in full and also did not keep the water truck or the brine plant paid in full. And on top of that did not pay me after I reclaimed 4 locations and roads that were built that was never used.
Lol. Good one.
Over 7 Billion of them issued on the back of 1 failed stripper well. Almost unbelievable if I hadn’t been around to see it unfold .

XUN ENERGY, INC.
/s/ Jerry G. Mikolajczyk
By: Jerry G. Mikolajczyk
Title: President and CEOIT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE THIS PRESS RELEASE CAME OUT. AND THERE HAS BEEN NO DEALS OR SHARE HOLDER VALUE. BUYER BEWARE.
PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - December 24, 2014) - Xun Energy, Inc., (OTC PINK: XNRG) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors approved the actuation of the physical commodity trades division, Xun Oil Marketing (XOM), on December 24, 2014. The Company has been researching and testing the concept over the last several months and believes it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders to engage the physical commodity trades market with its own proprietary and creative business model.
With the Board's approval Xun Oil Marketing begins its assignment to execute the objectives of its business model. The new division's business model is that of a Buyer and Seller of a wide range of petroleum products sourced internationally and sold to Exit Buyers. It is the task of this new division to undertake the purchase of refined petroleum products at the lowest possible price and sell at the highest; to establish long term contracts with international suppliers and creditable Buyers, primarily "Majors" (major airlines, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.); and to earn an exemplary reputation for industry standard delivery performance, service and flexibility. XOM will collaborate with qualified financiers to fund our refined product purchases, assemble joint ventures and partnerships with individuals and companies that can facilitate these transactions. Jerry G. Mikolajczyk, President and CEO of Xun Energy, will head the management team of XOM and says of the XOM launch, "Xun Energy has the management capabilities to guide the new division through the successful purchasing, marketing and logistics of refined petroleum products. Over several years, I have made connections and facilitated refined product sales by others. I feel it is time for the Company to capitalize on the work and expertise I've gained." He further states: "Our focus will be primarily on Aviation Jet Fuel (AJF) physical commodity trades as the demand for AJF is greater than the supply and each transaction involves large quantities. A small margin multiplied by large quantities can generate substantial cash flow for the Company in a relatively short timeframe between the time of purchase of the AJF and the sale of the AJF, a matter of hours, not days or months."
As part of its activation process, the Company will launch a dedicated website for XOM. The dedicated website, www.xunoil.com, outlines the business model and will provide performance data as physical commodity trades are completed by the Company.
"We are excited to announce our new division and the XOM web site! Here Buyers and Sellers of refined petroleum products, as well as financiers, can view information on the full range of Xun Oil Marketing objectives and its performance," says Mr. Mikolajczyk.
