Evolv has a 2 to 2 1/2 year first mover advantage…recent law suites against Evolv, and the underlying science and statistics being an xtract’s favor will cause the pendulum to swing In our favor, Not as soon as I thought it would be admittedly. Recent Endorsement/partnerships by industry leaders/champion customers can only help validate the tech and give buyers some comfort in their purchase. The industry seems to have an old school mentality, an old boys club, I’ve read that some being former cops now salesman, selling to security execs whom have no ability to properly assess this AI tech-bedazzled by AI magic, that as it turns out, doesn’t work as promised, and puts their clientele seemingly in a compromised position, both legally and safety wise. I don’t see the longevity in Xtract’s “sales strategy” given the aforementioned. Extract1 is built to ride the long road to success with solid fundamentals and tech.

option to upgrade to a much safer and more efficient security system, the better off we all will be. I am sure this will take time, but the testing results are clearly in favor of Extract One. It is shameful how Evolv has attempted to hide results in an effort to hang on to their clients, at the expense of safety and putting lives at risk. I believe it is just a matter of time for Extract One to begin replacing the old magnetic
detectors. Who can trust a security company that is so deceptive as Evolv?

***Tesla Investor Day is quickly approaching and everyone is speculating about what announcements Tesla will make and how they will affect Tesla stock (TSLA). Although this tweet from Elon Musk has a hidden clue about a new technology that Tesla seems to be using at their new Global Engineering Headquarters in Palo Alto. This new technology at Tesla looks like the AI Smart Gateway from Xtract One Technologies (XTRAF). Xtract One is an AI weapons detection company that specializes in artificial intelligence based concealed weapons detection. Their flagship product is the Smart Gateway which, in my opinion, has the potential to replace every walk through metal detector out there. If Tesla is using their weapons detection system then that validates the product and shows that Tesla, a leader in AI, believes that Xtract One's artificial intelligence based tools and solutions are the real deal.

We all know that Oak View Group has aligned with Xtract. Oak View is the operator of venues worldwide. Irving Azoff is founder and president of Oak View Group.

Irving Azoff is arguably the most successful man ever in the music business. Net worth $400 million. The man is legendary in the music business. Just look at his bio (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irving_Azoff) and you'll see he has his hands in everything related to concerts.

Now guess guess who owns MSGE... Irving Azoff!

And now MSG Sports Corp (a division of MSGE) is partnering with Xtract. Do you see what I'm seeing? The biggest man in music, has his music company (Oak View) partner with Xtract. And then has his sports company (MSGSC) partner with Extract. This is a no brainer. He sees how valuable Extract is for the sports and entertainment world, and is shoring up on all sides. Laying it out where he puts it in all venues, and makes money at the same time. The guy has the Midas touch. He's going to take Xtract to the next level!
