Special Investment Bulletin
Xten is to Internet phones what
Motorola is to cell phones.
You could easily be $50,000 richer in just 12 months
should it soar 500% as
I expect it will. Xten is
the Homerun Stock
pick of the year!
It’s Microsoft money mania all over again
(only this time don’t miss out!)
When I first talked to the team at Xten I could not help but think Microsoft all over again. Even AOL in its earlier days.
Those who had the vision and who recognized the enormous potential of these tech stocks invested early. Now they’re sitting on their million-dollar yachts, vacationing in exotic locales and have retired at shockingly young ages. They have the world by the tail…and so could you, by investing in Xten.
I have a hot new stock that I believe could really hit a grand slam. That is why I call it a Homerun stock. It has the potential to deliver big gains of at least 100% in just 12 months.
Xten has developed a phone that works over the Internet—a softphone. It’s not actually a piece of equipment but rather a piece of software that carries your voice over the Internet through VoIP technology—Voice over Internet Protocol. Also known as Internet telephony. You use your PC, an adapter and a headset to make the call.
Yet, the beauty of this softphone is that it works exactly like the phone you know—voicemail and all—only without the outlandish fees charged by traditional telephone companies. In fact, there are no additional fees for those enhanced features and services.
All you need is an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) or ISP like Earthlink or a broadband phone company like Vonage. You pay nothing or just one very low monthly fee and you can call anywhere in the United States and Canada for FREE or, internationally for a tiny fraction of what telephone companies charge.
Verizon, MCI, Sprint, AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner Cable—virtually ALL of the big guns have committed BILLIONS to bring VoIP technology to market.
Why? Because VoIP is the very technology The Street, a respected investment and financial news website, reports will wipe out most landline business in two years!
Says David Isenberg, a former Bell Labs researcher and respected industry observer, “The barriers have fallen away, and this sector is about to explode in the face of the incumbent telephone companies.” (As reported in TIME magazine.)
Even IBM has said, “When it comes to IP telephony, now is the
time to act.”
All you need is a broadband connection and right now nearly 25% of households in America have it with 50% expected to ultimately have that broadband connection.
Who wouldn’t love it? Think of the mind-blowing financial gain for business alone. I will get into that in greater detail soon, so you can see just how colossal this opportunity is!
For seven years or longer the world has been clamoring for VoIP technology and Internet telephony. It’s here and finally ready for market.
Xten has the Internet softphone that towers above any others.
As you will see inside this special report, Xten is already in use and is growing by mind-boggling leaps and bounds.
Even MCI and Vonage have said that Xten has the BEST product on the market. No wonder all the giant telcos, cable companies, ITSPs, ISPs and others are clamoring for it.
Investors who want to make a fast fortune listen up:
Internet telephones are the next BIG technological revolution and are going to be more common than traditional phones or cell phones in just 24 months.
I am immensely excited about this opportunity. It is rare that I see such real potential in such a young tech company.
You have the opportunity to invest in the $1 to $2 range and watch the stock potentially mushroom to 500% in just a few months!
A $10,000 investment could quickly turn into a $50,000 windfall at breakneck speed!
Why do I say this with such certainty?
Because I saw the same thing when the
cell phone came along.
Xten’s softphone software is truly a dramatic revolution in the telecommunications world.
Simply take a lesson from history.
When Alexander Graham Bell introduced the world to the telephone 127 years ago, who would have thought that a phone would replace the telegraph. It was unimaginable.
Then about 15 years ago, along came cellular phones. People scoffed and the naysayers blew off the technology. Yet look how far cell phones have come. Everyone I know has one and everywhere you go people are using them.
Cell phones were the next-generation telephones.
Motorola, Ericcson and Nokia are laughing all the way to the bank as are the early investors in those companies.
It’s time now for the next big thing.
Who could argue that the Internet has dramatically changed our society? Now the biggest and brightest minds in the tech sector are bringing us Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology or what is also commonly called Internet telephony.
“Every tier-one telecom and cable company in the U.S. has announced plans to launch an IP telephone service in
the coming year.”
EVERYONE is getting into Internet-based phone service. Those who don’t will be eaten alive.
IBM was recently quoted as saying “When it comes to IP telephony, now is the time to act.” And from Richard Notebaert, CEO of Qwest came this: “If you don’t do it (VoIP) next year or the one after that you won’t be playing in the game.”
Xten has the product that makes
Internet telephony finally work
Xten has developed a softphone that gives the world the freedom to place calls to anyone, anywhere via the Internet. In a nutshell, to turn a PC into a phone.
Xten
Smart people. Smart product.
“My conversations with Xten management have been as clear as if I were talking on a regular phone or cell phone. I would never have known they were using a softphone had they not told me. I was absolutely shocked at the clarity and reception.”
Xten’s tech gurus were smart enough to create a product built on what the industry calls “open standards.”
To understand this, think about it this way: Xten’s softphones can work on anyone’s VoIP network since Xten uses what is called “SIP protocol” which is the most prevalent protocol in the world.
It’s like HTML…you are able to view a web page on any computer.
It used to be that the quality of voice transmission and reception were a significant issue. For years the quality factor held back this technology and prevented it from being used the way many had hoped.
That quality issue has now gone by the wayside. I can vouch for this firsthand.
You know the company has one
gosh darn great product when the big wigs of the corporate giants say so.
Perhaps one of the best testaments to Xten’s product comes from the praises it wins from competitors and clients alike.
See for yourself what they have to say:
“Some of the best softphones on the market are being developed by Xten.”
Andrew J. Perry, MCI—
International VoIP Engineering
“Last week we did an extensive analysis of the ‘best suited’ SIP client…our analysis pointed to the X-PRO of Xten Networks as the number 1.”
–Confidential memo from the world leader in broadband access technologies, operating in more than 130 countries
“We are really excited to partner with Xten to offer our customers the best softphone on the market.”
Michael Tribolet, Vonage—
Executive Vice President of Operations
All the majors are planning to add VoIP capability
in the next 12–24 months. Guess who’s working alongside these corporate giants in their labs?
You got it. Xten.
One of the most astounding things I learned about this company is that, to date, they have made NO outbound sales calls!
As a successful businessman working with many successful companies, I can tell you that is highly unusual.
It says that this is a company that is onto something hot.
Xten has been working nonstop to keep up with incoming calls and sales leads. Xten did not go to the country’s largest ISP. Instead the largest ISP with millions of subscribers came to them. Same with Vonage, the fastest-growing broadband telephone company on the continent right now.
And guess who else came knocking? Some of the BIGGEST NAMES in telecommunications.
Comcast, AOL, Sprint, MCI and AT&T have all bought software from Xten!
Many tier-one telecom and cable companies are currently working with Xten to either deploy or resell their softphone software.
Fact is, last December, every single telecom company announced that they were going to deliver Internet telephony service in 2004—2005. Just think of the biggest names in the business such as AT&T, MCI, AOL, Comcast, Sprint, Verizon and many more…they’re looking to offer a softphone component to their customers.
Yet the beauty of all of this is that the majority of these corporate giants have been talking to Xten over the past year. It is no secret that Xten has the best softphone on the market.
Right now, Xten is secretly working in the labs of all of the major industry players to help bring their Internet telephony service to market.
Some of these companies are starting from ground zero with no softphone software. Still others have an existing product but desperately need something better—Xten’s softphone!
One of the largest computer peripheral manufacturers, an international household name, has Xten working on a softphone/videophone solution for a bundled offering to one of the biggest cable giants in the country!
In fact, they are in the final stages of development as I write!
A contract with this manufacturer could be worth tens of millions, most assuredly sending Xten’s stock soaring beyond 500%!
That is not all. One of the country’s largest cable operators could soon be offering Xten softphones and communications to their entire user base.
If that happens, as I suspect it will, you could be looking at a company ripe for takeover by any one of the software giants like Microsoft.
Think how lucrative this would be to a corporate giant who wants to expand their growing empire using the next-generation technology customers will clamor for!
This just in: A deal has just been signed with one of the largest ISP’s in the world and negotiations are underway with one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world.
It is a fact that this ISP just signed a contract with Xten that should bring Xten millions in revenues. The relationship with the aircraft manufacturer is so top secret I cannot release the details at this moment. Keep watching the news though as you should see an announcement soon.
I can tell you that rumor has it that you will soon have VoIP and Internet telephony services available on the seat backs of airplanes. That means you could be making free calls to friends, family or businesses associates from 35,000 feet in the air.
“I first learned about Boeing Connexion at Fall 2003 VON when I was approached by a couple of people looking to ‘air test’ our WiSIP phone with the Boeing Connexion service. These folks told me that the Connexion team was already using Free World Dialup at 35,000 feet, and that using a WiSIP would be just another part of their testing regimen. I later learned of their plan to introduce high-speed Wi-Fi service in 2004, and could not help but imagine how cool it would be to be able to stay connected while in-flight.”
Jeff Pulver, The Pulver Report, June 2, 2004
According to Michael Robertson, CEO of SIPphone, Xten’s software was used for this test. It would make sense since Xten’s softphone is used by Free World Dialup!
You can confirm this…at http://sipphone.com/thecall/ is a news release from the guy who started MP3. Good enough for me.
Late-breaking news!…Late-breaking news!…
First SIP phone call made in-flight 21,000 feet over Bahrain using an Xten softphone!
Call made by 3Com’s Global Strategic Webmaster, Klaus Schultz, to a colleague on the other side of the world in San Jose using a laptop, an Xten phone and a SIPphone.com account.
Xten is making history and investment guru Richard Schmidt expects it could very well make stock market history, too, with its potential gargantuan gains in such a short time.
When you think about all of the current and potential contracts Xten has in the works, the numbers become mind-boggling.
Get a piece of the marvelous money machine before it is too late! Xten projects $10 million in sales this year…and I predict a grand-slam gain of 500% for investors who get in now.
You’ve heard of being at the right place at the right time with the right product. That describes Xten to a “t”.
Consider Xten’s already explosive growth:
From their launch in April 2003 through December 2003, Xten had $375,000 in sales, exceeding projections by nearly 25%.
Just this past March, one customer’s purchase of Xten softphones added over $200,000 in revenues for Xten (over the next 12 months)…and the figures keep growing.
Revenue projections for 2004/2005/2006 have been revised to upwards of $18 million, factoring in corporate giants like Vonage and some of the deals currently in the works, each of whose contracts with Xten could equate to millions.
And, consider this: Xten is working with a large cable operator and computer peripheral manufacturer who are both on the verge of signing contracts with Xten.
What makes me so confident that Xten will close on those pending contracts?
Businesses and consumers are ready for softphones.
The time is ripe for market acceptance and the signs are already there.
We already know that the industry giants have committed to
spending billions to bring VoIP networks with Internet telephony
to their customers.
And, they’re desperate for a rock-solid Internet telephony service.
They know Xten has the softphone of choice.
You can also look at the usage numbers to see the trends:
Since Xten’s product launch in April 2003, they have been able to boast over 310,000 active end-points (softphones) or users who are actively using the softphone. Today, Xten is reporting 1,000 to 2,000 new activations A DAY!
What does that tell you?
It tells me as a business analyst, that VoIP technology is the best sector to invest in right now—right up there with homeland security.
There’s no doubt in my mind that Xten absolutely could rocket to the top of the stock charts in record time. That potential 500% in just 12 months is looking more and more visible every day.
Xten has very little competition, spelling mega opportunities for deployment to market.
Certainly, there are a few competitors in the softphone market since softphones have been in development for some time. However, not one of those competing companies even has a product that comes close to Xten’s products.
eStara, for example, does develop SIP softphones like Xten. However, eStara primarily wants to be a service provider, which competes with their potential customer base. In other words, why would an ISP or ITSP want to buy from a direct competitor…unlike Xten, which complements carrier offerings. Their niche is different.
In Russia, there is a company known as S.J. Labs. While the product offering is similar to Xten’s, their product is simply not as comprehensive. Xten has a much deeper product offering and far more features. Add to that the fact that Xten’s pricing is far more attractive!
And, you have just got to love this. Xten displaced SJ Labs and is now the softphone of choice for Vonage users.
There are a few other companies such as Avaya, Telesym and IP Blue, however, they do not develop phones based on the same SIP standard as Xten. Therefore, their offerings do not even come close.
Xten’s softphones can run on Windows, Windows CE personal digital assistants (PDAs), Mac OS X and Lindows OS, with Linux due to be released in October. No other competitor can say this and no other offers it.
Why is that so important? Because that means Xten’s softphones can be run on any computer system. It is the same so software companies don’t have to learn how to use one system on their PCs and another system on their PDAs. Vonage is putting out a news release…announcing Mac coverage.
Xten’s softphones are intuitive, easy to use and function like cell phones which everyone is familiar with!
Beautiful financials paint a very good picture
for Xten! There’s NO DEBT.
One of the factors that often trips up young technology companies are the financials. Not Xten.
Just recently Xten received $1 million dollars in equity financing and the company expects several million more this fall. Taken in total, these funds provide the needed capital for positive cash flow and profitability.
Better still, the company has NO debt, putting Xten in a far better position than so many other young tech companies.
Their burn rate is low, too.
Financially, Xten has the capital needed to continue to bring their product to market and develop new ones.
Looking toward the future, Xten already has
some surprises under wraps…just in time
for a holiday launch
You have already seen that Xten will benefit from a diversified revenue stream. What you are unaware of is that the company is already looking ahead to secure their market position.
Xten is working on some advanced technology that would be a natural add-on to their softphone. It is called videotelephony and as its name suggests it allows for audio-visual contact through the Internet from point to point or even to multiple points.
Xten will have the only SIP-based audio/video telephony software end-point in the market—just in time for Christmas 2004! Additionally, Instant Messaging, File Transfer and Encryption are being added to the Xten eyeBeam offering.
Think about the businessperson on the road, not only is he able to save huge amounts of money by making phone calls from his laptop in his hotel room, but now he can participate in video teleconference calls!
In fact, some of the major corporations have already requested this technology so the customers are now lining up!
