Judging from the boards there is little interest in WTFSD. Maybe a few big buys over the course of the liquidation process but that could be it. Not worth trading, only worth investing if you have enough $$ to claim a significant percentage of ownership.

Please elaborate. I was thinking if they have good assets they would not want to have to liquidate if they can just pump it up. Looks to me like they're letting the impatient cut their losses, buying back at .033.

I don't know but it's trading like they're going out of business and putting up their assets for public auction at 10c on the dollar.

Assets look pretty solid and there's no fluff like mega-millions in goodwill, etc. SS is steady at 240 MM OS. Net asset value is about .38c per share and I'd think if Xinde were flying under the red, white, and blue they'd be trading well north of that. Chinese bookkeeping issues and reporting omissions by many companies over the past few years may still overshadow trust in Chinese companies' reporting. Perhaps perception is truth.

Sales year over year are soft with only about 1/3 of the revenues from a year ago but earnings were +.014 last quarter. Now, annualize that and we're trading less than earnings. PRs of technology improvements and advancements have been positive and impressive.

Bottom line is, I think there is still significant short interest absorbing anyone willing to sell into their open orders to cover. Damn few buyers so it's working for them. Volume is way down so I'd guess many are just holding for a rebound.

This is just my best guess and I have no knowledge of the company's inter-workings. Glad I reduced in the .05s but I added back at .041. We'll see. Still looks like a value play to me but requires great patience.

10Q is on time. At first glance: S/S is stable with 240 MM OS - unchanged; Net Income 1st qtr = $3.35 MM (or +.014/share this qtr); shareholder equity increased to $91.5 MM. Market cap is only $10.1 at market close today.

Xinde is just barely holding at .05. If the quarterly report due shortly is very disappointing, I think stock is quite vulnerable to a further sell-off. The wise thing to do at this point may be to stand aside until the quarterly figures are out. Waitedg.

Looking at the trading today. We started off near the .06 level and drifted down to the .052 level on pretty good volume. I don't think there is much short covering left--but there could have been some short covering that brought us back up to near .06. Don't know. There is still weakness here. We will have to see whether .05 holds as support until the earnings come out. If not .04 is next support--and an oversold condition could lead to a couple of days down at .035. Not predicting--just waiting--and hope to sell another position to have some "dry powder" here. Waitedg

TC - Do you know about when in May the WTFS earnings are due? THere may be short covering going on right about now? If I were short, I would be getting nervous holding that position at .05. If there is covering, it could shoot the price up a bit until it is over. You may be right though about us holding at the .05 level. Investors like to hold positions when they get close to earnings announcement times.

Xinde Tech interests me. I am just super conservative on pink sheet stocks. But remain open. Waitedg

Waitedg, I don't know but for now it looks like .05 is a pretty solid support level and bringing in buyers like me. I'm often surprised at how determined and persistent some sellers are at driving down price so you might be right.

My guess is there's a fairly large short interest right now and the real question is when will they cover. I think they're nuts if they don't cover now. But I don't expect to see a serious short squeeze until we retrace a few cents north of here.

I haven't bailed and actually added a little more today. I kinda' like the light volume and it looks to me like the sellers are pretty much done. We'll see.

Getting back to my previous post, the fundamentals are solid and Xinde Tech. is stellar - and I'm patient.

TC - How do you interpret today and yesterday in terms of your chart, shorting, et?. Interesting chart you came up with. Looks like technically we are trying to establish a support at .05 level.

Those who sold short will have to cover their short positions. Also those who just sold (likely insiders) may want to "re-load" for the next go-aroound. .. Would imagine this would happen around the .05 level.

Although Murphy Analytics gave WTFS a .50 value, he warned of the effects short term on WTFS's earnings due to Chinese government's tightened inflation control, and the short term ,at least, problems with the Chinese economy. I suspect that shortly after the earnings report in mid-May, Murphy will come out with his already contracted for follow-up report.Historically his follow-up reports are about 3 months following the initial one. I would expect he will reiterate his .50 forecast--or thereabouts--and give this stock a second spike. How high? My guess would be to about the .09 level. I would then expect another round of shorting and insider selling to bring us back down to a much loower support level. - Waitedg - Afterthought: will we hold supppot or still drift south. My hunch is still the latter. If so .035 is next support level.

I'd guess that the huge gap up on 4/16 attracted short sellers. Moved just too far too fast. Looks like a bear raid to me but draw your own conclusions.

Why would i want to get you to sell your stock for my benefit? If this stock holds at .05 support, I will likely not get in. If .05 support gives in, as I think it will, I will likely trade this one time. My previous posts express my thinking. And my Dave Ramsey quote still stands: "If you associate with snakes too long, sooner or later you are going to get bit."

Testing support at .05 which I don't think will hold. If we break down below .05, I think we may be heading down below .04--possibly to .035 level. Lots of investors have "been taken", and feel disillusioned by this recent insider rigged blitz.

Investors are still there deciding whether to dump and move on. Then company will be looking for new investors to retry the same thing. It is also true that there is some real value here, with real earnings. As posted earlier, my faovorite Dave Ramsey quote. "If you stick around snakes too long, sooner or later you are going to get bitten." Careful here. Don't think we have seen the bottom at .05. Waitedg

Teasure Coasting - Good to have you here. Your access to financials, and this type of contribution will be helpful here. My own opinion is that we are still heading south--and may hit as low as .035. Glad you dug up when the next quarterly report is due--mid-May. Also know that Murphy Analytics has contracted to do one follow-up report. He often does them three months or so after the first one. If the quarterly report is favorable (hope to have your analysis of this), and Murphy gives another strong recommendation, we will likely see another spike. From my previous posts you can see that I am in this for the short term trading. My weak area is the understanding of the financials. We may start to rebuild a board here. Waitedg

WTFS is in my "Value Pennies" list - been following it since it's great fall last year after the 4:1 R/S. Financials appear attractive to me with $88+ MM in Stockholder Equity and earnings even though sales were soft last quarter. Appears to me their O/S is 240 MM and has been for some time (reminds me, I need an updated SS). Anyway, every time I crunch numbers on WTFS it appears grossly undervalued. Arguably, I think this should be trading north of .35 by my conservative math. Any thoughts?

It's a mystery to me why WTFS went into a sell mode over the last few days other than penny stock guru promos tend to be the kiss of death. But you know, I thought they got this one right and I had no position for the run up to .12+.

I couldn't resist at .06 on Friday so I'm in for another starter position to put a little skin back in the game. I may be early but it sure looks like we'll be in pretty solid support around .055 (+/-). Think I might try to accumulate more before the next quarterly report - probably mid-May.

Just sharing my humble view of WTFS but please make your own decisions and DD. GLTA
