Well I was just looking up a link to a "merge" and found something i hadn't read yet. Learn something new everyday.

At this point. I don't mind waiting.

Right before the engineered SVB bank run, the market was like watching paint dry. There were multiple liquidity warnings such as the Volmagedon 2. I have no problem with Andreas getting the ducks in a row, but any attempt at value creation will probably not materialize.

Just think about if for a minute...

They sucked much of the money out of the economy. Then the market bounced from 500+ billion dollars being injected back into the economy (which supposedly ends April 30th). Now that the wealthy have been backstopped from any real risk, we enter the wealth accumulation phase. This is where wealthy individuals, corporations, and/or institutions participate in predatory market practices to steal value from distressed companies for pennies on the dollar... This is NOT favorable to OTC companies.

They're trying to line this phase up perfectly with the beginning of the election cycle... This way, we are all too distracted by some political BS to notice... This is all typical market cyclicality considering there's no flash crash.

Sorry if this post seems cynical, but its just the way the aristocratic cookie crumbles... It is what it is.

Andreas may be better off waiting for rate cuts to happen before any attempt at value creation.

Someone, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't EcoVents owned by KEEN home now?

but I don't want to believe that XFLS would end like this. I currently have 1,300,000 average units. .00396 and wait either until zero or to earn. the general point is, it's a tragedy, and the audacity and the way scammers bring everything down deserves something I can't define here!!!!!!!!!!

Well the fact that Andreas Roussos bought 500K at $.0551 is somewhat comforting as that was a $27,550.00 investment in the company 07/10/2020. Now he is the CEO and I bet he is the controlling shareholder too as he probably got/purchaed the 1 share of Class A preferred and 120,000 preferred shares of Class B from MIke unless they were cancelled?

We won't know until we get filings or an update. I'm down ALOT too but I'm hoping Andreas wants to create value and make some cash off his shares too.

Outstanding AMIH presentation! Where's Andreas Roussos and XFLS!?!!!

I sent an email to Andreas Roussos asking him to make a statement that XFLS is moving ahead and that things are progressing behind the scenes. I didn't ask for details or specifics just put something out to the effect " I am happy to be able to lead XFLS in the next phase of it's corporate life. We are working to lift the CTO in Canada, produce and file the necessary financial documents to return to Pink Current on the OTC markets. Details of our new business plans will be released in the X quarter once we have the paperwork and documents in order. We ask shareholders to be patient while we work through this process."

Looks like he was looking for funding on his Linkd in feed as well so it makes sense he would roll that company into XFLS to get access to capital in the public markets.

It's a premature thought, but if Mike took the convertible debt from XFLS with him to AMIH and the OS was updated this week to reflect the deletion of Mike's shares... Can we assume that the current Share Structure is here to stay? As our CEO lives in Canada and I see nothing to state the CTO has been removed. So the only liability we have is the loan from Mike. Considering XFLS sold its interest in Cycle Energy to Marble Trital, would this not satisfy much of the debt we owe to Mike?

So if these mostly cancel each other out... Are we not a clean 'nearly' debt free shell?
This looks much better to me than the Mammoth and Union Dumpster fire that took itself over to AMIH.

Cycle may have revenue, but stripper wells don't produce forever... And the only people I've known to make millions on stripper wells, actually did the work themselves. I don't see Mike gettin his hands dirty... So, the profitability will always get dragged down by the "overhead" that is Mike... To be honest I think XFLS got the better deal here.

Its all speculation until filings hit... But, I have always liked clean shells. I wonder what Roussous has planned.

My calculations say that Mike and his family had 36,245,000 common shares that should be cancelled and his 120,000 Class B preferred and the controlling 1 share of Class A preferred.

We shall see.

Still here and waiting can't get any worse and I'm fascinated about where this is going what have we got to loose or gain

The ASC filing state that him and his family will have to "cancel" the shares they own. The only other time I have seen this happen the shares just get removed by the transfer agent under the guidance of the regulatory body. This is how I have seen it happen with other OTC within the US. I would think that Canada would do things in a similar matter.

The question you should be asking is "if" they even had shares to begin with as of the date of this filing. Also, even though Mike took the Mammoth and Union Financial debt with him, that doesn't take into consideration the shares these companies already own.

Either way we should be happy that the debt goes with him, as I had the SS ballooning to around 1.2 billion considering they still get the 50% discount.

However, none of this matters until we get a filing. It is all speculation until Andreas reports a filing. For all we know even more shares could have been issued to Mammoth and Union before Mike's departure.

This is the OTC, none of this is uncommon. It is always a mess. It's by design.

I will wait to see what Andreas brings. If it goes gray it goes gray. I have made the most money from grays. High risk high reward. I was down 20grand here before it went up and made six figures. It's just how the otc works. I usually miss out massively because I sell too early, this time I didn't sell enough. It is what it is.

Funny thing about this whole situation is the new CEO, Andreas Roussos, either was gifted shares or bought 500K shares from Mike 0n 07/10/2020, as this is noted in the Financials.

Time will tell ... I may start adding more shares here and there! The other outlier is the Blue/Green hydrogen technology I think XFLS retained. That would make sense to add to the Alkaline Fuel Cell Power/ PWWR portfolio.

$XFLS I emailed the CEO on Monday and got a response on Wednesday (screenshot attached). Great response time. I asked some specific questions which his response stayed away from (also exactly what you want to see from a CEO). He didn’t pump me or reveal any insider info. Impressed so far. Already seems like an upgrade over Mike. Looks like we might have a seasoned CEO running things now.

I think once we start seeing the shares vanish from the OS will know things are going forward as well as the Nevada SOS updated... but reading the last PR I'd guess Mike took the leases with him in TX so we're a debt free low OS Shell? or whatever the New guy is bringing to the Table...
Is suspect that the Leases and stuff in TX suddenly is Mikes when he was PR'ing it like it was Xfuels not his but idk Mike belongs in jail and banned from owning any company or managing a company but looks like he's moving to TX and giving us all the birdy finger in the proccess... I'd guess he'll end up getting his arse sued the heck out of from the holders of debt that he's taking on with the TX company since the debt will no longer be able to convert to shares to sell. and make Mammoth and the bradly's family pissed off.
