3 years come June... Mike is a scum bag pos I didn't hold 3 years to end up holding a shell that has over a 400 million os with a dead beat ceo... when I bought in over .012 3 years ago I was told by mike a bunch of bs lies then every PR for 3 years was nothing but Hot air that amounted to not a single ding dong thing, the only reason they have TX assets is because of Josh's hard work, I can't see one single thing that Mike has did that improved XFLS and now AMIH...

Still here. Isn't like we have the ability to go anywhere. It is now a waiting game. I too check otcmarkets daily, but I do not think we will see any changes for quite some time.

So, I'm sure we will be long term shareholders by the time something happens here. If you're not already.

But I do agree with Redskin that nothing is stopping Andreas from issuing a statement/PR...

I check Ihub and OTC Markets daily to see if Roussos got off his a$$ and filed anything to get us back to PC. I don’t know why he doesn’t put out a statement to comfort shareholders.

It’s absolutely false and misleading not to clean up the OTC Markets Profile page and make it current especially after the material corporate and staff changes that were announced at the February 22, 2023 board meeting. When CEO’s and Directors resign those events need to be reported on an 8K.

Iggulden reported at the meeting that we have accepted resignations of Mike McClaren, Sigmund Freiberg and Gary Giles yet they remain on the OTC Profile page after Roussos half-assed attempt to update it! Plus WHY is McClaren listed as a company contact and company insider? The ASC made it perfectly clear the bum was to have NO affiliation with the company!

Carson City, Nevada -- Xfuels Inc. (OTC PINK: XFLS) Mr. Charles Iggulden reports on February 22th, 2023, Xfuels Inc. board meeting.

The board discussed the settlement agreement with the ASC and as a result of the settlement agreement with the ASC, Mr. Michael McLaren CEO and Director tendered his resignation to the board and Mr. Charles Iggulden accepted Mr. McLarens resignation.

Mr. Iggulden then motioned that Mr. Andreas Roussos be appointed as CEO and Director and the motion was granted.

Mr. Iggulden then accepted the resignations of Mr. Sigmund Friberg and Mr. Gary Giles.

Mr. Iggulden and Mr. Roussos thanked Mr. Friberg and Mr. Giles for their service to the company.

The company wishes Mr. McLaren well as he embarks on a new adventure with his move to Texas

Unfortunately I don’t have much faith in the side show running this company now and can only HOPE that they pull something together. This Roussos guy better come to the realization he is running a PUBLIC COMPANY with invested shareholders not some private part time hobby company that he only works on at his leasure.

I guess at this point we have to wait and see and pray we can recoup some value here.

I didn't ask him to give any info to me I asked him to give a public update and to do his job of keeping it current etc but repeating the same answer doesn't help considering it said the same thing 2 months ago... I also told him I and other shareholders have a lot of $$$ invested in this and were screwed over by mike Ill be here 3 years come June...

Maybe you all should stop asking them dumb questions you know cant be answered without violating some SEC rule.... I'm sure they are trying to figure it out and TBH the OTC markets have been absolute nightmares lately with their 15c211 garbage. I've had several companies go expert in the last year, some good ones too. Soon they wont have any companies list. I still own this I'll put it to the side see what happens instead of whining about something I have no control over.

Only way I got him to reply was on Linkdin I sent him one on there again when it entered grace period he deleted whatever he said before I could read it then just gave the generic response I do see that he was added to OTCM today not sure why they waited to go to Expertmarket to start getting it update.. but at least its not the greysheets its easy to get off expert market can be done in like a week if they get their filings in.. my guess is Mike didn't give him the paperwork needed to do the filings or the keys to the otcm until now... though if it does go 100% dead i hope that shareholders go after Mike for the Crook he is

I think the guy is negligent for not performing the job of CEO which includes filing on time and communicating with shareholders! Especially after all the trauma we have been through recently! It’s just unfathomable to me. Charles Iggulden is right up there with this guy, imo.

I sent two or three emails to this Andreas Roussos guy asking for an update or statement and he did not return the emails. I let him know we were in a “grace period”.

I know Mike left the company a financial mess, he didn’t file Q’s when we were under CTO.

I couldn’t find any contact information for Charles Iggulden. I posted this in mid-April, shareholders need to harass this clown Roussos.

Mr. McLaren then presented to the board a demand letter for his outstanding secured loan of $1,674,096.07 plus daily default interest.

The board appointed Mr. Iggulden to enter into a settlement agreement with Mr. McLaren and the motion was granted.

Mr. Iggulden motioned for permission to enter into an agreement with Cycle Energy Corp. a Texas corporation to assume the debts of Mammoth Corp. and Michael Brierley in exchange for the technologies developed by Cycle, Xfuels and McLaren and the motion was granted.

There's not been anything in writing but I believe they were all assets of cycle energy. Since they took the debt, they get the equipment that was bought with that debt.

Good post and same here. I sent an email to Andreas Roussos requesting a shareholder update a week ago and no reply. Anybody know how to get ahold of Charles? I wonder if he is still with the company? No updates to the NVSOS web site or OTC markets yet.

It kind of irritates me that friggin’ Andreas hasn’t put out a statement I own more XFLS shares than he does. Here we go again another Mike, no communication. I hope they are working on getting the fins filed and CTO cleared in Canada.

Hopefully we get some news in May?
