He has filed some new motions for custodianship on some tickers recently (expert market). I have to believe that he will do something with XNNHQ at some point within the allotted time period (deadline) on the expert market. With it's share structure....I honestly think when xnnhq comes off the expert market, it could see dollars almost immediately.

That has nothing to do with whether a stock is a shell or not. Even a shell must submit limited info to actively trade. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/XNNHQ/overview if you look to the right, XNNHQ has the shell designation. According to the new regulations, Lazar now has 18 months to execute a merger deal here. We are locked in now, for better or worse. When the time comes, Lazar can easily submit the info required to move this to pink limited or pink current status. When he does, many will be glad they are locked in. Those who liquidated it for a tax loss will be kicking themselves. I DO NOT think Lazar just abandoned this shell.

That’s a good point. Accumulation very difficult in a stock like this, what better way than to allow a “sell only” scenario.
Tbh, I contemplated this earlier this year, so managed to swing a decent stash of this on the way up a few months ago only to be left with very few shares. Then managed to SLOWLY accumulate another modest sized trove in the teens over the last month, but again to your point, difficult to do without inflating the price. Expert market or not, I’m glad to be holding this one. It will be explosive in time. Would not sell now even if I could.

In my opinion, LAZAR is interested in the current situation. Currently the main BROKERS do not let you buy $XNNHQ only to sell ... in this way every time you accumulate more shares, and when you are interested in updating it, patience pays off.

Honestly I don't think this will change much for Lazar. If he still intends to, he will file when the time is right and move it back current.
Not that most people could still buy it anyway already.

Moreover, I find it unfathomable that lazar would let this beauty sink to the ocean floor. I don’t post often but have traded my fair amount of custos. I just can’t figure out why this one has languished for so long, given SS and fact that it’s already made it clean through the process. Just needs a new company to call it home...

Since ticker is under custodianship and Lazar listed CEO, we will wait and see. We never know what's going behind the screen. It's been very quiet for a long time here though. Would be nice to know if Lazar still has some interest to do anything with these tickers. All of them very slow in progress.
