I do believe Rhonda was caught with her hand in the cookie jar!! Blocks of shares were being sold while still on expert market status!! She now has to decide if she can find a merger candidate willing to pay for it!! We will find out either way!! There are plenty of other stocks waiting for a merger and it seems none have went through lately!! Heavy scrutiny is being used to prevent share selling scams!! I'm sure Rhonda has participated in a few!!

And/but a "custodian" would indicate there's no business here whatsoever, and anyone who'd want to inhabit the ticker would do better to just start from scratch with a new corporation, new stock registration, etc., and not have a legacy O/S to deal with that would give those holding the bags a stake of ownership of their company for nothing.

Yes, ali-g......if XSport Global Inc. files a FORM 10 and predicated on the SEC not having any questions about the FORM 10 the company would once again become registered with the SEC and the equity stock would once again be able to trade on the OTC Market. Optimal timeframe 60 days if the SEC doesn't have any questions.

Note, though......when a company has its SEC registration revoked the SEC would require 2 full years of audited Financials and all pertinent material before granting the FORM 10 effective. It is not an easy task but it is certainly doable.
