$WWE: WME buying WWE to combine UFC
$21Billy Deal........ Endeavor Group Holding $EDR
OMG....... WTF ????
ROTFLMAO !!!!!!
WYSIWYG !!
HAGW !!!!!!!
GO $EDR
The street doesn’t like UFC deal. Stock down pre mkt.
A one month chart that strong could indicate insider accumulation knowing WWE was going to be acquired by UFC.
And the rumors of him selling is shooting up the pps
I wonder if they would increase the dividend now after Vince stepping down. Probably not but just a thought
It’s a New Day, Yes It Is
Vince is stepping down as CEO during investigation and Stephanie is named ceo for now...
WWE losing market share to AEW fast!
Now Triple H maybe leaving on top of more releases with rumors of even more. Future doesn’t have much clarity about WWE post Vince.
“I do love me some good old wrastling.”
Well that’s not WWE anymore lol. More like new PG entertainment. Bring back blading blood.

The recent releases have people speculating of WWE being sold off. NBC is a name I’ve heard
That's not true, there was a period, years and years ago, where WWE had an agreement that all shares would pay $1.92 per year (four times the normal rate), save for the ones owned by the McMahon family, who would be paid the usual $0.48 dividend. I think it was in place for two years, and after that period ended they decided not to renew it and went back to $0.48 for everyone. This was probably ten years ago, maybe longer.

Well Hopefully USA has lit a fire under their butts
What matches. It’s mostly all Promos and commercials. Old Mid south on YouTube has more matches in a 45 minute program than Raw

Anyone who bet against him this past year has made bank.
Impressive yet again.
Never bet against Vinny Mac.
I might start buying soon and hold long term.
Earnings this week
I honestly couldn’t care less about 97% of the matches WWE has on TV these days.
Earnings on the 29th.
I like the addition of Nardini to the Board.
Who knows when house shows come back.
Are they doing a Kingdom show yet this year?
I own zero at moment, I don't think will see 20/25 you mentioned but yes to 35, maybe 32. Only time will tell.
Yea they are never going to raise that dividend or at least anytime soon. If they would have then they would have shortly after their TV deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if this thing hits the $20-$25 level per share. They need house shows to keep some of these folks in ring shape and give something for under used talent to do as the roster is over bloated with talent. Seems like WWE is far more interested in keeping talent away from AEW than increasing the dividend. I’m mean really Eva Marie coming back. Tessa Blanchard would be a great but at times they get talent just for the sake of getting talent and do very little with most of their talent.
1. Dividend ain’t going up. It literally NEVER has.
2. 5% is $10 per share brother. No wonder Steph sold half her class A?
Owners selling ain’t good mojo for the pps.
5.5% would be good.
would take 20s & raising divy a few pennies/Q.
Steph sold off quite a few shares, but a drop in the bucket when it's trading 33M/day in dollar volume like today.
You may be right on 29s but I think at least 33s coming. We will see what happens. I've not been watching much but I may start.
What is an attractive dividend rate? 3%? That puts the stock back into the 20’s as a price that’ll stick?
$29.25 is my entry. See you in three months?

Looks like somebody else thinks it’s gonna go lower still
The product in my opinion is not as good as it has ever been. I’d describe it as inconsistent, highly scripted by non wrestlers, and dull aside from main event storylines which are still decent.
But look at the Wednesday night ratings to see the real proof.
18-49 men couldn’t care less about WWE when something more compelling awaits on TNT.
Starting to look attractive I might buy at $33.
I don't think it'll go all the back to March low but who knows. Maybe not even to 33. But surely 35 soon. Maybe I'll buy and hold.
I think board should raise divy a penny but they never have as you've opined on before (I'm still surprised by that, it should be done periodically). Doesn't seem likely today but someday it'll finally happen. I don't think they've ever been in this good of shape before which is absolutely unbelievable to say. But that's VKM and Co. for you. In the best shape they've ever been, in the absolute worst circumstances ever faced.
And Drew Mcintired is champ....
Dividend creeping slowly towards 2%...
Here we are...
Thunderdome was cool! MUCH better presentation than the performance center!!
He even lost his shirt with the XFL and still turned a profit. Amazing.
Kudos to Vince. He can have zero house shows and merch sales, sell no tickets, just scored the lowest RAW rating ever...and still he’s profitable? Amazing.
For real, cancel all house shows ASAP. You’ll need fewer wrestlers who will stay healthier for longer.
They fooled me, cancel the house shows! They are no longer needed clearly!!!
Maybe just stop posting, you clearly know nothing
Nobody is selling tickets to anything for at least another three months. Q2 is bad? Then Q3 gonna be bad.
I’ll say this: If they show quarterlies that AREN’T a total disaster with zero live show revenue, it’s time to get rid of house shows and stick to TV tapings. If they aren’t needed to keep the ship afloat....
But I think, they ARE and this is three weeks from being $32.
Three weeks till Q2 disaster reported.
Not only is Q2 going to show the drop in revenue, but Vince has shown us that even in the BEST of times the dividend will be .48 per year regardless. I love consistency, but not when it nets 1%.
This is going back to 30 IMO.
