I am curious to know the value of my World Moto shares. I have a set purchase price from many years ago, and I’m wondering if the value of the shares will have less, same, or greater value once this is all figured out. Here is an example, what if someone owns 10 million shares at a cost of 5 cents a share. The cost basis is $500,000. What will the value be when the World Moto shares are converted to All Your Foods shares ?? Anyone ??

I think so. It looks like they used Worldmoto shares to help purchase the new company.

World Moto (FARE) has officially changed it name to All Your Foods, Inc. a Nevada Corporation and has received its Nevada business license. This was done after bringing World Moto’s registration current with the Nevada Secretary of State.

The Company is now in the process of preparing to file a Form 10, which is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), also known as the General Form for Registration of Securities. It is used to register a class of securities for potential trading on U.S. exchanges. Any company with over $10 million in total assets and 750 or more shareholders is required to file a Form 10 with the SEC.

I bought this stock back in 2013 like many of you other folks out there. It's been almost 10 years. In 2018 I bought my last set of shares before they were delisted. I never thought FARE would come back from the grave. Hopefully investing these last 9 years will pay off for all of us.

The recent press release reminds me of the old World Moto PR's.

It talks about how big the opportunity is and how big the food delivery industry is but the company has nothing to show for it.

I cannot find any such company in Canada. There's a Super Fresh Foods, but no Super Fresh Meals that I can find.

The All Your Foods website lists Chop and Chisel and Caveman Chefs as partners. Both appear to be legit as they both come up in Yelp and Google lists them as located in Charlotte and Denver. Both have FB pages that have recent posts.

All Your Foods and Chop and Chisel websites seem to me like they were designed by the same people. Caveman Chefs website is currently down.

Both companies state they are about to resume food deliveries again.

Neither company is filing current financials so there's no way to know how this affects shares.

Paul Giles and Benny Doro are both from Vancouver BC. FARE and MRPI were both incorporated in Las Vegas.

Doro's LinkedIn page has a recommendation from 'Paddy Smith'. That's Patrick Smith. Smith used to work for/with World Moto.

These people all know each other.
